14. Ellena's Fear

Ellena stared at her bed. There lies Winter. He was also very tired and wanted to rest. Ellena walks over to Winter, asking Winter not to mess around and quickly returns to the palace.

Winter pulls Ellena's hand, so Ellena falls down on Winter. Winter hugged Ellena's slender waist and looked at Ellena with deep eyes filled with feelings. Ellena's heart was racing. She admits Winter is the most handsome man she has ever met.

"Your Majesty .. Don't be like this. I'm not comfortable" Ellena said.

How deeply Ellena craves Winter's embrace, she will never forget that it was Winter who killed her in her first life. Ellena looked at Winter, "What did you say? I don't understand" replied Ellena.

Winter smiled, "Once you go. What the hell did I just say. I don't understand either. Just seeing you smile is enough for me. I'm sorry," said Winter.

Ellene frowned, "What does that mean? what is the man talking about? Was he drunk and ended up speaking indistinctly? There-there's just," inner Ellena.

Winter laid Ellena by her side and hugged Ellena, "Sleep. I'll go with you, then I'll go." Winter said.

Ellena was silent. He feels strange, but is reluctant to get rid of Winter who hugs him. Ellena closed her eyes, she was very tired and wanted to go to sleep soon. Slowly she felt Winter's hand caressing her hair.

"Is this a dream, or is it reality? the man who killed me in the future is now hugging me to sleep. Even though I knew I was going to die in his hands, I couldn't push this guy away from me. Wh why? what makes me unable to do it? has the warmth of his embrace and the tenderness of his determination swayed my heart? what is the purpose of this man exactly? Not long after that, Ellena fell asleep. Winter takes off her arms slowly and restores Ellena's sleeping position. Winter enveloped Ellena. He looked at his wife with great care.

"I'm sorry, Ellena. You must be so scared to see me, right? you're not comfortable with me, but I'm trying to walk right up to you. I'm sorry." Inner Winter.

Winter looked down, he was silent like a statue. Suddenly Winter clenched his hands, he immediately left Ellena who was asleep. Winter went through the window, and returned to the palace.

Next day. Ellena went to her father and asked for an antidote. Erick was shocked, when his daughter told him what had happened. Erick said he could not make an antidote if he did not know for sure what potion to use. However, for the sake of his favorite daughter, Erick then gave something valuable that he had.

"Take this," said Erick, giving Ellena a bottle of potion.

"What is this, Dad?" ask Ellena.

"After arriving at the palace, ask His Majesty the Emperor to drink it immediately. It's a mixed potion. With this His Majesty the Emperor will be immune to poisons and brainwashing influences. Although temporary, but at least prevent better than not at all. If you can bring me the potion, I'll make you the antidote" Erick replied.

"It's okay, honey. Go and return to the palace. You should be able to protect His Majesty the Emperor even with a little help. I will also investigate this in secret. I'll visit you to the palace, if I find anything" Erick said.

Once at the palace, Ellena goes to see Winter in Winter's office. Ellena hid the bottle of antidote potion her father gave her and stood at the door of the room. Either way Elle felt restless and unsettled, so her body trembled slightly. Perhaps because Ellena hurriedly met Winter after getting off the horse carriage.

Ellena took a deep breath, then took her breath. He tried to calm himself. He knocked on the door of the room and told her his arrival.

"Come in, Empress." replied Winter from inside the room.

Ellena opened the door, and entered. She is shocked to find Catahrina in the room, and stands by Winter's side. Ellena was shocked when she saw that there was no tea cup on Winter's table. Thought that cup of tea was from Catharina. Ellena was worried, but she could not show her anxiety to Catharina.

"Your Majesty, I have something to say. This is about the bookkeeping of the palace" Ellena reasoned.

Winter looked at Catharina, "You can go. I'll see you later" Winter said.

"Okay, Your Majesty." replied Catharina who immediately left. He just lowered his head and slightly bowed to greet Ellena.

As soon as Catharina left, Ellena quickly picked up the cup and dumped the tea onto the plants in Winter's room. Ellena did so out of worry.

"Had he drunk it? but the tea is still full. Am I late? goddamnit!" inner Ellena was angry. He clenched his hand.

"Sa-I told you. You must not .. "the words of Ellena came to a halt because Winter suddenly hugged her from behind.

"I know, my wife. It was not a drink made by Catharina. I asked Carlos to take it straight from the kitchen. So, can you just calm down now?" whispered Winter.

Ellena dropped the teacup and immediately turned to hug Winter. Ellena cried, because she was so scared. Winter hugged Ellena tightly, rubbing Ellena's back and head gently.

"I'm sorry I worried you" Winter said.

Ellena closed her eyes, What is this? why am I so scared? is this fear because I already know my future? That I'm going to die? or scared for some other reason? whatever it was I was so scared that it felt suffocated and couldn't breathe. I was so scared .. "inner Ellena tightened her arms with a trembling body.
