Seriously, Become A God Of Martial Arts

Seriously, Become A God Of Martial Arts
Ch.02

Nancheng City is a city in the eastern district of Yunan. At first I was shocked and amazed by how this city looks, as well as the atmosphere.

I'm telling you, this city is full of architectural buildings like the three kingdoms, I can't explain it in detail because I don't have a great knowledge of it.

But at least I know this is very beautiful when viewed directly, very different from the skyscrapers I used to see.

Once we arrived, we were confronted with the vast Cheng family residence and guarded by two men armed with spears in front of the gate.

Maybe they're both guards? Like in the movie.

Nie Wei, my uncle asked them when I was busy looking around. After that I followed where he was going and got to another place and met someone. Nie Wei obviously saluted him and I did the same as he did.

"Head maid.." respectfully Nie Wei as she pressed her hands against each other to the person.

This man in front of Nie Wei was clearly acting arrogant.not one bit he looked at my uncle's face as if we were nothing while saying something.

"So you're the new waiter?"

Ah, a very familiar sight.

"Right Mr. Wu, the servant is the new servant."

"You're just a garbage cleaner, take care of the main residence as well as the branch residence and make sure no one is missed!"

This poor-faced, middle-aged man, having two large teeth like a rat was clearly humbling Nie Wei. Let him still look calm while I, what can I make with the body of my five-year-old child.

"Who is this? did I let you bring someone else here?"

"I'm sorry servant, Mr. Wu ... He's my brother's son and I want him to study here."

"You want him to study for free? Just dream!"

"Wait, if she also becomes a waitress and cleans the courtyard then I'll consider it."

"But sir,"

Before Nie Wei spoke any further I immediately pulled her hand strong for her to turn to me. Already so far I will not waste any opportunity as long as I can learn.

In the past life I even licked my shoes, it was still nothing to me.

"Uncle, I'll do it."

"Xiao Li, you're still very small. If your mom and dad knew then,"

"Why are you blocking him? he even thinks more mature than you, haha—" interrupted Wu's butler with a laugh, mocking.

"Uncle Nie, trust me."

Nie Wei could only sigh softly. There was indeed nothing he could do, moreover butler Wu would not listen to him.

"Alright, but you have to promise to focus on studying instead of doing homework."

"I promise." I replied sure.

Since living in the Cheng family residence, I have slept in a very simple and narrow room. Every day I wake up early and clean the yard, while waiting for the study time to start.

Learning begins when the sun begins to rise to the mid-limit to the summit. The ones belonging to the Cheng family got a comfortable place while those of us from the servant family could only hear it from outside.

What interests me is that, in addition to learning basic knowledge but there is also learning about martial arts, even though with our status as servants, we cannot participate in learning it.

I can tell that because a few days ago I accidentally saw kids my age practicing movements like martial arts.

If only I could practice like them.

Then, the next few days passed and I was still curious. Today I purposely climbed the wall, helped by a tree just to see them practice.

There were at least a dozen children from the Cheng family, with different age ranges practicing martial arts movements as well as another who seemed to pay attention to their every move.

"HAAAA—!" yell them in unison.

"Cheng Lan, watch the position of your hand."

I watched their every move until I forgot what to do. When he noticed that, someone was trying to call my name behind my back.

"Xiao Li, Xiao Li,"

"Nie Li!" the man's cry was a little strong, leaving me shocked to death.

"Uncle Nie!"

"What are you doing there?"

I'll be downstairs to see Nie Wei. I saw a thin frown on his forehead indicating that I might have been scolded for the act just now.

"Aren't you afraid of falling from up there?"

Nie Wei's words stunned me. I thought he was going to scold me but he was worried about me.

"I'm glad you want to learn, but still have to be careful and not get caught. Lucky this time I saw you but good luck doesn't always come more than once" he continued, ruffling my hair.

Uncle Nie Wei's habits are the same as father's. They are brothers.

"Okay uncle." I replied with a small laugh.

Since then, I have been watching the Cheng family practice more and more, then practicing it myself in my spare time.

Not to forget I also finished my work to clean the pages, and learned basic knowledge. I could read and write as I expected.

And a year went by so quickly.

There should have been lessons but today teachers cannot teach so classes are postponed. I continued my work cleaning the yard but until the middle of the road practicing martial arts movements that I learned secretly.

"The right hand is straight forward and the left hand is bent backward, the legs are straight while the right foot is bent slightly forward, forming horses."

I muttered every move I had made as best I could and practiced it straight away. When I was busy with my movements suddenly someone appeared out of nowhere.

"What are you doing?"

The distance from the beginning was still far, then came until the shadow was near I did not realize it. I was knocked in front of him, choosing silence.

From the clothes or aura that this old man emanated clearly he was part of the Cheng family. Moreover, I suspect that he is not an ordinary family member.

"What's your name, son? You're from a servant's family, aren't you?"

"Why did you learn the martial arts of my Cheng family?"

The question from him has reached a point where I can no longer dodge. I lowered my head and avoided direct eye contact with her as much as possible.

But unexpectedly this old man patted me on the shoulder, my reflexes looked towards him because of shock.he smiled at me, seemed to want the fear I felt could fade.

"Are you afraid of me, son?"

"Sorry...."

The old man nodded long. Only an apology can I say to her.

"It seems you already know your mistake. Servant families are not allowed to learn martial arts."

I looked down again, but the old man's next sentence made me distrustful.

"But I've seen your persistence, your talent is no less. I really hope to see you develop in the future."

Once again he patted my shoulder and left. A few steps the old man went through and then he turned around, he called me once more and this time I had no intention of ignoring him.

" I almost forgot— hey kid, what's your name?"

"My name is Nie Li."

"Nie Li, yes ... All right." said the old man, smiling faintly, leaving me still unmoved with a broomstick.
