Chapter 26. Obstetrician

The warm breakfast on the cloudy morning was over. Now, Kia is sitting in the family room, fiddling with her favorite folding object. Seeing the work that had been more than a week he ignored. Although Alfan had already said to no longer think about work, however, Kia thought this was her duty and responsibility.

"Neng, there's a call from Madam." Bik Ida's voice made Kia stop her fingers that continued to dance on the keyboard. He then looked at the middle-aged woman, then reached out his hand to receive the phone that was being extended towards her.

"Yes, Tan." Answer Kia.

"Where's the house, like?" A soft voice rang out at the end of the phone that was stuck to Kia's cheeks and ears. The girl then nodded her head in agreement, as if the middle-aged woman who was on the other end of her phone, could see the nod of her head.

"Thank you very much, Tan. Kia doesn't know anymore how to get back at all this." Answer Kia.

"Not to be answered now, but later."

The amused laughter on the other end of the phone again made Kia smile.

"Oh yes, Kia. There will be a doctor who will visit the house. Want to check your content, as well as provide enough vitamins, so you don't have to go out of the house."

Kia was silent for a moment. No longer knew what to say with this beautiful woman's kindness to her. Even if he were to pay with all the money he currently had, it would definitely not be enough to pay for all the kindness he received today.

"Thank you very much, Auntie." Say again.

"Yes, Aunt closed up.. If anything, tell Bik Ida. He's an aunt's confidant, so you don't hesitate." Danira said again on the other end of the phone.

After saying goodbye, and the call was closed by Danira, Kia handed the phone back to the woman who was still standing next to her.

"Thank you, Bik." Her speech.

The middle-aged woman nodded, then smiled. After gently rubbing Kia's head covered in green, he then bid farewell back to the kitchen to finish his work.

Kia also resumed work, while waiting for the obstetrician who would come to check the content. His job is not too much, because the work he usually does has been diverted all to other colleagues. He only helped Dimas check the work of other employees.

Kia pressed the incoming message from Aryan, then read it carefully. There were already many messages coming in from the man, who had nothing else to say about his whereabouts, and Kia had no intention of answering that message either. Let her sin today for being a bad wife, be a business with God later.

Until the last message made the beautiful woman smile. So great was her husband's family, even without her always being the plaintiff, in no way influenced the court's decision on her marriage to Aryan. The sentence in the message was so clear, that the court would grant his lawsuit.

Kia raised her hand, then gently rubbed her flat stomach while apologizing to the future baby for her attitude today. Apologizing for being so selfish, separating his son from his father. However, if he does not act, then forever he and his son will continue to be trapped in a miserable life.

Kia closes her laptop without intending to answer the charm of Aryan. Let the man know, if anything good requires sacrifice. If Aryan cannot sacrifice for himself and their child, then let him sacrifice. Choosing to part with your husband while pregnant is not an easy thing to do by a woman like her. However, to start a better life, it takes courage to make decisions.

While Kia was pensive in the room, Bik Ida, who should have been in the back, was now walking towards her with a young woman who was still wearing a doctor's white coat. Kia then stood up, and immediately reached out her hand to greet the beautiful doctor.

Bik Ida immediately resigned to retreat back to the back. While Kia and the beautiful doctor named Tari, began to talk lightly about the situation that Kia felt in early pregnancy.

There is nothing to worry about, regarding the cravings in the first trimester, indeed not all women who feel it. And Kia became one of the women who were not given the opportunity to feel the pleasure of nausea and vomiting in the morning.

Long enough Kia and the doctor talked in the living room, until the two stepped into Kia's room to do further examination. Although with inadequate tools, such as in the hospital, Kia still feels grateful because the state of the fetus in her womb is fine.

The doctor only asked Kia not to think too much about the problem, and tried to be happy for the sake of the baby who really needed her mother. Not to forget also, vitamins for the health of mothers and prospective babies, given by the doctor.

"The most effective medicine for the health of the baby candidate, is the mother. If his mother's okay, the fetus in the womb will also be fine." The doctor said as he held out some vitamin tablets and other drugs towards Kia.

Kia nodded in understanding. He knows enough about it. For that matter, no matter what his injuries were today, he was trying to stay fine. Everything he did today was for his future baby. Only this baby was the lifeblood of his life at this time.

After taking care of the medical equipment he used to check on Kia's baby candidate, the beautiful doctor said goodbye to go home. Many things he tells Kia, including how it relates to Alfan's family. Kia is one of the lucky women, given the opportunity to enter the Alfan family.
