Zhen Yuan took Shu Lian and Bald Kun in when they arrived in front of the gate that read Zhen family at the very top.
“Stop! Who and mention your destination visit” two guards at the gate hold all three.
Bald Kun wanted to advance and display his elder medallion but was then prevented by Zhen Yuan. “If you tell us that we are from the Elixir Sect, then the entire city of Jade Fish will be in an uproar! I didn't visit for it”
Behind Zhen Yuan's hand now appeared a badge with the word young master in the middle. He gave the badge to the two guards then said quietly, “Tell Patriarch Zhen Shi if Zhen Yuan comes to visit!”
The two guards quickly grabbed the badge and noticed it, but then both of them did not recognize the badge at all. “You take care of them, I will go in and meet the elders!” one of them darted in leaving the other.
“We will ask this to the elder first. You can wait here”
Zhen Yuan nodded in return, he looked for a place around the Zhen family gate then with a slow sweep of his hand he cleared the place and began to meditate. Shu Lian and Bald Kun followed Zhen Yuan, eventually the trio dissolved into their cultivation while inside the Zhen family residence there was a commotion.
The elder that the guard met was apparently aware of Zhen Yuan's identity token. He scolded the guard for obstructing the young master of the Zhen family so harshly. The guard was half-dead shocked to learn that Zhen Yuan was the young master of the Zhen family. He was afraid that if Zhen Yuan would mark him and complain to the Patriarch, it could be that his future in the family was no longer brilliant.
“Already, you better come with me to see Patriarch.” The elder then dragged the guard along with him.
When they arrived at the hall, the guard told them everything. But thinking he would get tantrums and reprimands from the elders and patriarch Zhen, instead, the elders had bright smiles on their faces, especially the Patriarch who originally had no spirit on his face became the first to disappear there.
Patriarch Zhen was extremely excited to hear Zhen Yuan return. He was very worried when he heard that his son had become a fugitive of the Weapon King sect. Three years without news, patriarch Zhen grew even more worried even as the fake news regarding Zhen Yuan's death spread.
Today, getting the news of the mere child of his puppet back made him so excited that he left the hall in a hurry, the elders also immediately followed him.
Patriarch Zhen and the elders arrived at the main door of the Zhen family. The guard there was shocked by the appearance of the elders, moreover he was very shocked to see Patriarch Zhen Shi, the number 1 person in the Zhen family was also there. He immediately knelt down saluting all of them.
The guard was confused, “young master?” he thought for a moment, then his gaze turned towards the 3 figures who from the beginning were still meditating quietly without being disturbed by all of them.
The elders and Zhen Shi followed the direction of the guard's gaze, their breaths all suffocating upon seeing their young master, Zhen Yuan. Quickly, the 10 elders present all kneeled respectfully to Zhen Yuan.
The guard was again surprised instead of playing, he did not think that the elders whose existence was only as insignificant as the Grand Elder and Patriarch kneeled to the teenagers who had just arrived at their family doors.
The guards generally wouldn't get too familiar with members of the Zhen family practicing outside like Zhen Yuan, since they only entered the Zhen family after the family was victorious and famous. But the core elders, they all knew Zhen Yuan because they were all the core members of the Zhen family that were currently still left.
Zhen Yuan heard his name called immediately opened his eyes, stopping his meditation. He then saw the 10 elders kneeling obediently before him. So were Bald Kun and Shu Lian who followed Zhen Yuan.
“Elder, all of you must not do this kind of thing” Zhen Yuan swung his hand, a powerful yet calming soul energy came and charged towards the elders causing all of them who were originally kneeling back to lift.
The faces of the elders became even more excited, they were all able to feel the strength of Zhen Yuan far surpassing them even with just a wave of his hand, Zhen Yuan managed to make those 10 Spirit realm elders back upright.
“My boy!” the turn of the advancing Patriarch Zhen Shi, he immediately embraced the child lovingly. Zhen Yuan also missed his father so much that he returned his embrace letting people see the deep affection of parents and children.
The guard finally realized the true identity of Zhen Yuan, inwardly he cried out in fear for having been rude to their own young master.
“My son, me and everyone are very worried about your situation out there. We heard that the Weapon King sect is hunting you, I even want to send the elders to inquire about your news to the Elixir Medicine sect.
“Dad... You don't have to worry about your son's safety, this person who is able to kill your child is not yet born in this world” Zhen Yuan joked.
