“Do elders want to use hardness to suppress us?” Zheng Cho was very unhappy. His show today had to end much faster because the elder made a fuss.
Not answering Zheng Cho's question the elder instead ordered his five followers to surround Zheng Cho. “Kill him!”
Instantly also the five followers of the elder released their heavenly energy. Apparently the five of them had the ability to keep up with a Wise Forward cultivator if they joined.
Zheng Cho had just wanted to fight but was immediately suppressed by the five. It was fortunate that the four plain leaders present quickly acted and freed Zheng Cho.
“You okay-what brother?” The middle-aged man asked worriedly.
“It's okay, we better face them!” Zheng Cho was rescued in time so he was not injured. After that Zheng Cho started attacking one of his closest followers as well as the others.
The 9th layer elders led by Frander faced one of the vassals, while the 3 plains leaders faced the remaining 3 followers. While the middle-aged man was fighting fiercely with the elder.
Zhen Yuan calmly observed their fight, while eating the wine that was on the table.
“The strength of them is still very ordinary! Although they were Wise cultivators but their foundation was still very fragile. Perhaps none of them will go beyond this!” Zhen Yuan shook his head slowly. Even so, they were still the strongest cultivators in their respective plains.
Not long after, their fight came to a halt when Zheng Cho managed to kill one of the elder's followers while the other 3 who were facing the plain leaders also suffered severe injuries.
The elder realized his position was getting cornered immediately stopping his attack. The man who faced him also inevitably had to stop because the death of the elder would make his teacher move.
When the contract of the agreement was destroyed, Zheng Cho and Frander became very happy. Even the four plain leaders congratulated the two before the elder.
“How good! See how you will suffer after this day just as the Old Thief ancestor once” The elder snorted then left the room with his remaining 4 followers.
Zheng Cho was surprised when he heard the elder offend about the old thief ancestor. It was the teacher as well as the previous leader of the Shadow Thief sect. It was a pity that he died from being unable to face the Heavenly Tribulation.

Hearing the elder's words, Zheng Cho trembled in anger. He realized that the meaning of the elder's words was to threaten him and also make a confession if he had killed his master in the past.
Zheng Cho recalled if his master said not to worry. His master had managed to refine his technique into a Wise technique so that he would be able to pass through the heavenly tribulation perfectly. Not to mention, he had a Shadow constitution that could help him as well.
That was why when teacher Zheng Cho went somewhere to pass through the heavenly tribulation, no one accompanied him. It was very likely that he had gotten an attack from the elder and his master. Only when at the end of his life did he send a message about his location and circumstances to Zheng Cho so that Zheng Cho and the elders could help him. It was a pity that the location was so far away that Zheng Cho and the elders were late to save him.
