Finding the Core Formation
Infiltrating the enemy base was an easy task for Zhen Yuan even so he remained careful because the Goldenhow archipelago had many cultivators as strong as him.
“I have to find the core formation first!” He expanded his spiritual energy throughout the base. Because Zhen Yuan was close to reaching a grade-3 formation master making his spiritual energy far more advanced than 4th class masters. They wouldn't be able to sense it unless Zhen Yuan deliberately showed it.
It took a long time for Zhen Yuan to find a room filled with formations, unfortunately it was heavily guarded by some Sage Peak cultivators.
“If I kill or conquer them, the strong cultivators here sooner or later will know about it. Therefore I might only have five to ten minutes to observe the formation.”
Zhen Yuan decided to take the risk. He eventually killed the four peak sage cultivators guarding the formation room and then immediately entered the room to research the formation inside.
However when he entered, Zhen Yuan felt a strong force inspect him from the force Zhen Yuan sensed if he could be easily killed by it.
“What happened?” Just now that he had gotten the examination, seconds later the examination seemed to disappear and nothing happened.
The young man shook his head slowly “I can't lose focus here!”
He began to observe one by one the formations connected there, there were a total of 300 fourth-grade formations intertwined with each other as well as several pseudo-grade 3 formations that stood as the center and pillar of the entire formation.
While it was in accordance with Zhen Yuan's conjecture, the four joint leaders of the Goldenhow archipelago sensed that their four cultivators were killed right at their own headquarters.
“Who dares infiltrate and kill our troops?!” A middle-aged man who looked arrogant stood up so fiercely. His strength flared up, he was much stronger than the island lord of Hell Screams.
The other three also stood up, although their strength was slightly weaker than the middle-aged man but clearly their positions were the same.
The four of them immediately headed for the place they felt was the scene of murder. But other than blood, there were no corpses and battle marks there. His fourth face frowned, a slight sense of danger trembling in their hearts.
“Who can do something like this without being noticed? We have known all the Peak Sages cultivators who were equal between the highest islands and the Central Palace. The four seriously searched around the room but the results they got made all four frustrating.
The other two people also nodded in agreement but not with the blue-robed man. He was dissatisfied and a little unwillingness was seen, but seeing that the other three had given up he inevitably agreed and stopped the search.
Unknown to the four, Zhen Yuan was still there. But unfortunately he had hidden himself well using some formations. If only one of them was a formation master then Zhen Yuan would be found.

This surprised Zhen Yuan, especially those who broke out were in different groups.
“While they are besieged in the battlefield when looking for prey, then at least the one that breaks out must be one group if the opponent is too strong. However there are 7 broken seals in 5 different groups!”
Zhen Yuan was both confused and worried about the development happening at his base. He only gave basic advice to Prince Lucifer and Old Kasya so that he did not know how their leadership style was.
“I must quickly complete the observation of this formation” Zhen Yuan determined.
Finally after another ten days had passed, Zhen Yuan managed to decipher the formation. He was ready to leave after taking the point.
“Creating the core is not difficult but will require abundant resources. Different if we take the point from the formation that has formed” The young man smiled cunningly, he then swayed and disappeared from his place.
Zhen Yuan met some cultivators who wanted to kill him in the inner area, yet he immediately killed him in one strike. Now he relied on his Fire and Water lotus to destroy every cultivator that came.
“I have a feeling after purifying both heavenly seeds successfully then when reaching the Mystic realm I have some cool new techniques to try using the Fire Lotus tendrils and Air” He thinks inwardly while continuing his journey.
