Fang Hua and Zhen Yuan were stopped at the border between the Red Crow and the Yan Brothers. It was fortunate that they had made a less conspicuous identity, they had to pay two pieces of red crystal for the entrance fee. After that they will be taken to the immigration office as a formality.
The Yan Brothers territory was far more advanced and peaceful than the Red Crow organization. Because the Yan Brothers Region was governed through many officials and governments so it was much more orderly. From Fang Hua, Zhen Yuan understood that the Yan Brothers territory was the only region in the domain that was not an evil force.
“Is there nothing we can do in this region? It is better if we move to other regions to speed up the movement!” Zhen Yuan asked.
“The Yan Brothers Region has a formation to move to another domain! We don't have to go through the Night Killer area to switch domain” Fang Hua replied.
“Really? Then let's ask the Yan Brothers to lend the formation”
Fang Hua wanted to smash Zhen Yuan's head, “You think that it's so easy to do? Of the three powers that exist in this domain, perhaps only the Yan Brothers would refuse a request from a second layer Mystic cultivator like me”
Zhen Yuan was startled, Fang Hua continued his explanation. “The reason is simple, because they have more second layer Mystic Cultivators! The Yan Brothers are actually made up of four two-tier Mystic Cultivators, far different from the Red Crow and Night Killer organization who might only have one to two cultivators like me. That's why we shouldn't have the approach you think!”
Fang Hua explained that the Yan Brothers were a fair government. Therefore they must be part of the government and get great services for the Yan Brothers before making a request.
“That will take a very long time!” Zhen Yuan complained.
“This is at least easier than having to pass through the territory of the Night Killer” Fang Hua is very familiar with the powers of the three as he is often the representative of the White Lotus Dynasty to come into contact and make transactions with them.
If the Red Crow Organization commits murder through silent and covert attacks then the night killer is the opposite.
Fang Hua then led the way towards one of the government offices there. He issued his new identity and said he wanted to register as an official in the region.
“To become an official in the Yan Brothers region, you must have power in the Wise realm! For those in the realm of True Wise to Wise Master would be low-level officials serving in the village auxiliary government offices.
While those in the initial layer to the fifth layer will be mid-level officials who are tasked with leading the village auxiliary government offices. As well as being an official who served in the territory of the second level regional government office.
For those who reach layer 6 to layer 7 will be the leader of the second level regional government office as well as the first level regional government office officials.
Those who reach the eighth and ninth layers will become first-level regional government leaders and become second-level members of the central government office. As for the peak sage cultivator would be a level one member of the central government. While those who reach the Mystical realm will have other ranks.
“It looks like we can't register here! Too low!” fang Hua said to the staff there while unleashing his power that was in the True Mystical realm.
The staff was surprised but soon became ordinary. “If you are a Mystical Cultivator, you can choose to become an official or a member of the military! Usually mystic cultivators will tend to choose to be part of the military.”
“No, we would rather be an official, can you name where the nearest central government office is?” Zhen Yuan immediately replied.
“We have 4 central government offices, the nearest one is in Ilyang prefecture!”
Zhen Yuan asked for a map to head to Ilyang prefecture then thanked him for a bit before darting towards his destination. Fang Hua followed quietly behind him, he did not speak as the two were indeed in a hurry.
Ilyang Prefecture was very advanced and had a modern civilization, unfortunately Zhen Yuan and Fang Hua were not there to admire it. They soon entered the much grander and larger headquarters of the central government. There was also a lot of staff and no shortage of seventh and eighth layer sage cultivators milling about there. Every now and then they found a Nine layer cultivator and only a few times did they see a peak sage cultivator there.
The staff that greeted them were also eighth layer cultivators not far from the Nine layers.
“We want to register!” fang Hua said while releasing his power that was in the True Mystical realm.
The cultivator asked Fang Hua to calm his aura, “Mystical Cultivators have the option of becoming a high-level official at the headquarters, but can also register with six government revisions or be interested in militar”
“What are six government revisions?”
“This is a division formed for the development of pills, formations, weapons, herbal resources, culture and Education”
Zhen Yuan was interested in the six revisions, he later said he wanted to enter the Education Division. Meanwhile Fang Hua was interested in becoming a high-ranking official at headquarters.
The cultivator immediately registered them and made their respective medals.
