In Islam know the name of divorce experienced by married couples for various reasons. Although allowed divorce is one of the things that must be avoided by married couples because there will be a lot of harm caused. Although not prohibited in Islam, Allah SWT openly through some verses in the Quran explains that hates people who divorce.

The reasons for talaq are allowed to be re-referenced, referring to Surat Al-Baqarah verse 229

الطَّلَاقُ مَرَّتَانِ فَإِمْسَاكٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ أَوْ تَسْرِيحٌ بِإِحْسَانٍ

Meaning: "Talak (which can be referred to) twice. After that can refer again in a way that ma’ruf or divorce in a good way." (QS. Al Baqara: 229).

Hadith Bukhari Muslim

مُرْهُ فَلْيُرَاجِعْهَا ، ثُمَّ لِيُمْسِكْهَا حَتَّى تَطْهُرَ ثُمَّ تَحِيضَ ، ثُمَّ تَطْهُرَ ، ثُمَّ إِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَ بَعْدُ وَإِنْ شَاءَ طَلَّقَ قَبْلَ أَنْ يَمَسَّ ، فَتِلْكَ الْعِدَّةُ الَّتِى أَمَرَ اللَّهُ أَنْ تُطَلَّقَ لَهَا النِّسَاءُ

It means: "Let him refer’ his wife back, then hold her until his wife is holy then menstruate until she is holy again. If he (Ibn Umar) wants to divorce him, then he can do talaq in a sacred condition before he hires him. That is al ‘iddah as Allah has commanded ‘azza wa jalla." (CHR. Bukhari 5251 and Muslim no. 1471).

For the law of the talaq itself there are the first five are haram, makruh, mandatory, sunnah, and allowed in accordance with the conditions of the married couple.

Meanwhile, the law of divorcing a pregnant wife is permissible, if indeed found a fatal case. The reason, the Haram talaq occurs if it is dropped to the wife who is 'on menstruation and when the holy wife after being gauli'.
