Arini just smiled, Vani like she used to when she first came to Sean's house. She was so amazed that Sean pulled her out and she fell.

Under the mango tree, Arini tells Sean to climb.

Sean breathed his breath out violently, then he started climbing up the two-meter-high mango tree.

Arini, Nick and Vani panic, as Sean holds his leg in pain.

"Darling!" arini shouted towards the direction where Sean was.

Nick and Vani are also approaching.

With the help of the other servants, Nick immediately takes Sean to the hospital.

Arini just cried seeing Sean moaning in pain.

Upon arrival at the hospital, Nick disembarks and orders the medics on guard to bring a gurney to pick up Sean who is still in the car.

The doctor did an examination on Sean, to be more clear what experienced by Sean the doctor did X-rays on his legs.

After everything was clear, the doctor was able to conclude that Sean had a serious muscle injury.

"Sir Sean had a serious muscle injury" the doctor said.

Arini is very sad to hear that Sean has suffered serious injuries.

Sean has now been transferred to the treatment room,

Sean's pain slightly subsided after the doctor gave pain medication queue and also compress it, the doctor also wrapped Sean's wound with an elastic bandage so as not to swell.

Arini who saw Sean's situation became sad, "I'm sorry," he said by holding Sean's hand and kissing him many times.

After the Doctor's departure, the nurse comes with a meal for Sean.

"If this continues I'm willing to be sick every day" Sean said
