"he's cyanide poisoning". A doctor with a complete PPE (Self Protective Equipment) steps closer to Arran.

"Luckily, he did not swallow it. Cyanide enters through the skin. It's a second late, it's over!". Said the doctor while raising his sagging glasses.

"Who did it? My security has tightened. But the poison doesn't harm Donter Van?". Arran then goes ahead to face Dr. Van.

Dr Van then removed the mask.

"No. You take it easy sir, your wife will be fine". Doctor Van replied.

"who's mastermind? don't tell me he was the perpetrator of Mr. Cornelius' murder?".

Arran said to himself. He nodded while rubbing his chin.

In the room Aleris was being treated by a nurse and a private doctor belonging to the Xavier family. He was unconscious because of cyanide poison that entered through the skin on his palm. It seems that someone deliberately placed cyanide poison in the cup that Aleris drank. For he did not swallow it. But because the poison hit the edge of the glass and was touched by the palm of Aleris finally made the poison absorb into the body. Fortunately, he was immediately dealt with, if it was too late then his life was not helped.

Grandpa slapped Arran all of a sudden. He was accompanied by the head of security Joseph entered the room with full of emotion and ready to vent it right now.

"I warned you to take care of my grandson properly Mr. Arran!". Both of Grandpa's eyelids widened looking at Arran. His left hand squeezed the collar of Arran's shirt and his right hand held upward.

"I'm fooled". Arran replied as he rolled his eyes. Both of his arms pulled Grandpa's right arm from his collar.

"If anything happens to my granddaughter then I won't stay silent you know". Grandpa threatened Arran.

They almost fought. When the nurse and the doctor finished treating Aleris, Grandpa and Arran then approached Aleris. He was unconscious. Grandpa sat down next to him. He grabbed Aleris' arm while looking at her with a face full of sadness. Grandpa then shed tears.

"I'm sorry, I'm really sorry". Arran approached Grandpa with a half-body bow.

Grandpa just fell silent. He did not respond to Arran's apology. He was still shocked by his grandson's condition.

It was almost dawn, everyone was still awake. They waited for Aleris to escape. The nurse checked Aleris' condition. Sister then told everyone that maybe Aleris will wake up soon. Soon Aleris began to wake up.

Somehow Arran suddenly got up from his seat and went straight to Aleris. He sat down next to Grandpa and almost touched Aleris's arm, but Grandpa reached for him first.

Aleris opened her eyelids. He felt so dizzy and weak. He doesn't know what time it is. He looked at Grandpa and Arran who were now beside him.

"Thank God you're human. How worried Grandpa is about your condition, son". Grandpa said as he stroked Aleris' hair.

"Doctor, how now?". Arran sat down and stood up to the doctor.

"He just needs enough rest now. Once checked everything is safe, vital organs and others are safe. The poison did not spread throughout his body. So it's still saved".

"alright". Answer Arran.

"Miss must have recognized the smell of cyanide, right? That's why you don't swallow it. Only 20 percent of humans can recognize the smell of cyanide. It smells like 'almond bitter' ". The doctor spoke to Aleris.

"Yes, I recognize him. But I didn't think that the poison was all over the cup's surface". Answer Aleris.

"You've got the CCTV, haven't you Mr Lee?" Arran said while looking at Mr. Lee.

"That means you already know who did it?" Grandpa asked.

"Yes, right. From CCTV evidence a waitress with white surgical gloves delivered the cup to the Mr and Mrs' table. But I can't be sure that he did. Maybe someone else told him or helped him".

"You've secured the man, haven't you?" Ask Arran.

"Yes, I took him to White Prison. We have also closed the meeting of this incident so as not to spread widely everywhere". Chief of security Lee.

"Good". Arran.

"We need to investigate tonight. Security chief Yosep, you'll be on duty with Chief Security Lee to investigate the case. Find the mastermind behind this incident and bring the culprit before me. I'm going to teach them a lesson for harming my granddaughter" Grandpa explained.

"Good Sir". Yosep's security chief and Lee's security chief exited the room.

Grandfather then came out following Lee's security chief and Yosep's security chief leaving Aleris and Arran alone in the room.

"That's so messy, even the poison you touched? It's funny you're this". Arran said to Aleris.

"I'm not in the mood for a storm with you right now Arran. My head's dizzy". Aleris said while twitching her forehead.

"By the way, did all the guests know that I was poisoned?" Ask Aleris.

"No". Arran answered him briefly.

"Thank God. Because if yes then berabe. I'm pretending to be pregnant, so it'll be hard if they find out".

"You don't be happy, who knows that giving you poison tea is one of the guests. I suspect she's trying to harm you because they think you're really pregnant". Arran.

"Yes, you have a point too. But who put it down, huh? Let me remember".

Aleris daydreamed back at the events in the party. Arran then looked at Aleris face fixedly. He was prepared to listen to the revelation of the perpetrator who had put the poison.

"if that is also what I know. I'm suspicious of the people sitting at the table with us. Did you see anything suspicious about them?".

Aleris again daydreamed.now his eyes closed, he was remembering the incident on the party table earlier.

"yes I remember!". Aleris shouted out in his spirit. He then looked at Arran while nodding his head.

"who?". Arran was so curious, he tilted his body before Aleris so that he could clearly hear Aleris' words.His face was so tense as if he was on stage. Everyone in the room also had the same expression as Arran. Rather who did it?
