Crescencia

Crescencia
Chapter 12

Crescencia arrived at the school with a cheerful smile. Greeting anyone who meets him. Crescencia clasped tightly onto her backpack strap. Walking alone down the corridor is quite gentle.

"Cha!" greet someone who suddenly shuffles his hair that he has combed neatly.

Crescencia did not answer Nando's call. She was busy tidying her messy hair with her fingers.

"Yesterday was exciting, right?" asked Nando who made Crescencia's head moved to look at him.

"Hm. Thanks, Nando!" Crescencia smile. Making Nando instantly pinch the side of his cheek in a fit of anxiety.

"Next week how about another road? I'll go wherever you want!" Nando lowered his two eyebrows. Crescencia seemed to think.

"Emm, Icha go to the beach. Icha for life never go to the beach," said Crescencia look hot. Nando replied by raising his hand in respect and exclaiming, "Well, first lady!"

Crescencia laughed crisply. Until he realized that the two had now reached the front of his class. Crescencia put her bag on the table. Making Ara who had been arguing with Zikri directly return to her seat.

"Ciee-ciee, who yesterday ran out with Nando!" goda Ara forced her smile. Meanwhile, Crescencia was seen frowning her forehead.

"Kok Ara knows?" ask Crescencia. Because he didn't tell anyone.

"Nando posted your photo on his social media account!" Clarify Ara. Crescencia was quite surprised. He rarely plays with his cell phone.

"Lo don't know?" asked Ara who saw Crescencia's face. Crescencia shook her head.

Ara grunting. Take out his phone, then show a photo of Crescencia there. Crescencia grabbed Ara's phone. He swiped a photo a few times when Nando apparently posted himself not just one photo. Crescencia's lips slightly pursed looking at the many candid photos of him. But the boy smiled again.

"Ciee, what were you yesterday, Cha?"

Crescencia returned Ara's phone which continued to tease her. "Nothing to say, Ara. Just a walk. Nando asked Icha to let him know Malang said."

Ara nodded, then embraced her friend. Ara opened the camera on her phone. He took pictures of both of them. Crescencia also immediately widened his smile. Because they have never photographed both of them so far.

...🌹...

The first lesson of Friday is sports. The average student will love these subjects. But not for Crescencia, the sport is precisely the most boring lesson for him. The reason, his father had advised Mr. Joko, his sports teacher so that he would not be included in the field. His father explained about his health condition to Mr. Joko and the principal. The two teachers agreed to Dimas' request, but were replaced with a weekly writing assignment.

As usual during sports lesson hours, Crescencia just sat on the edge of the basketball court. Seeing all his class mates who were exclaiming ran over and over here dribbling basketball. Crescencia's lips chipped away miserably, slightly feeling envy in her mind.

"Dream! Your possession is ntar!" Out of nowhere, Nando suddenly ruffled Crescencia's head from behind. Crescencia was a little surprised and immediately raised a dislike gaze at her nosy friend.

"Bodo very!" crescencia reply mimics Nando's custom.

"Haha." Nando laughed crisply. "Please open my watch" he continued, sitting next to Crescencia.

"That's really marijuana. I can't get out of it alone!" crescencia refused.

"My hands are busy, Cha. Can't you see I'm holding a basketball?" Crescencia stared at the pretty dirty basketball in the boy's hand.

A heavy puff of breath came out from Crescencia's lips. The girl finally complied. Although his pair of eyes glanced sharply as Nando put down his basketball and instead thrust out his right hand.

"Nando's not a baby anymore, why take off the watch just have to-"

"CHAAA!"

DOOMM

Suddenly the basketball that came out of nowhere hit right above Crescencia's head. Suddenly it made everyone excited and some of them immediately ran to Crescencia.

Nando swiftly caught the body of Crescencia who almost fell down. The boy looked very panicked. Moreover, Crescencia immediately closed his eyes and did not move at all.

"The cha! Conscious, Cha!" Nando patted Crescencia's cheek repeatedly.

"Yeah, Icha!" A pair of Ara's eyes immediately glared at the sight of fresh blood starting to pour out from Crescencia's nostrils. "Ndo, take Icha to the UKS! Ndo's cheaps!"

Nando who also realized it immediately carried Crescencia's body. A little run towards the UKS which is not far from the basketball court. Ara and Zikri followed behind him. While Mr. Joko immediately called Dimas to inform the condition of his daughter.

Nearly thirty minutes into Crescencia's fainting, the girl was not yet self-conscious. The blood on his nose was not flowing. Eventually, Crescencia had to be rushed to the nearest hospital by school car. Not only his classmates, his teachers also panicked to see the condition of Crescencia increasingly pale and cold.

Crescencia's body was carried into the school car. Ara who was crying hysterically insisted on accompanying her best friend. Likewise with Nando and Zikri who came up against Pak Joko and the headmaster who forbade his students to go to the hospital. Almost everyone who saw the incident was immediately anxious and panicked. Especially seeing the blood on Crescencia's nose that continued to seep soiled his white uniform.

Their car crawled like a snake on the heat of the asphalt of Malang City. The speeding white car was carrying several people, including Ara, Nando, Zikri, Pak Joko, and Pak Damar as the driver. Arriving at the hospital, Crescencia was immediately transferred to the top of a gurney that had been prepared by three sisters at the door, then brought Crescencia's body into the ER room.

"Cha ...." Ara sobbed in front of the ER door that had been sealed shut.

"Quiet, Ra! Relax!" Zikri started to get emotional. After that, Ara kept crying. Even now his cries were louder, and it greatly disturbed his sense of hearing.

While Nando continued to go back and forth like an iron in front of the ER room. Both of his hands were tightly clenched. Mr. Joko was sitting limp in one of the iron chairs, not far from them with a pushy look. A few minutes later, Doctor Paul and some of his assistants entered the cold ER room.

Nearly two hours passed. Finally Doctor Paul came out of the ER room. Ara, Zikri, Nando and Joko immediately ran to the doctor.

"How, Doc?!"

"That's fine, isn't it, Doc?"

"How is my student?"

The successive questions led Doctor Paul to raise both his hands, a sign telling them to calm down. And all fell silent as they looked at Doctor Paul with worry.

"Relax, Icha I've handled it. She's doing just fine. It had been conscious for a while, and now Icha was sleeping because her condition was still limp. For now, no one has been able to meet, let him rest. Later you can meet him when he's transferred to the hospital room."

A breath of relief was immediately breathed out after hearing the explanation from Doctor Paul. Ara, and Nando directly leaned against the cold wall. Feel his bare, boneless body.

...🌹...

Dimas entered the hospital area in a very chaotic manner. The coat he was wearing looked tangled, his hair had fallen apart. He was willing to leave his job and cancel all important meetings to see the condition of his daughter. VIP Room 203. That was the message on the screen of his cell phone that had been sent by Doctor Paul. Dimas immediately breathed a sigh of relief after opening the door of the room, and saw his daughter had smiled on the patient's bed.

Ara, Zikri and Nando instantly looked at Dimas with unfamiliar gazes. They had never met Dimas. Dimas stepped up quickly. Nando who was next to Crescencia.

"You okay? What's that hurt? Tell Papa." Dimas rubbed Crescencia's head gently using his large, cold hands. A pair of blackened eyes due to lack of sleep was highlighted full of anxiety.

"It's okay, Papa. Just a little dizzy. It will also disappear. Papa don't worry."

Dimas tipped soft Crescencia forehead. Resisting the tightness that was now gnawing at his chest. "Part yourself well. Papa doesn't want to see Icha get sick again."

Crescencia smiled wryly hearing that. However, Crescencia nodded her head and did not want to see her Papa worried like this.

"Yes, Pa."

Dimas breathed heavily. A small smile at his three daughter friends. Then his gaze turned cold as he looked at Pak Joko who was sitting on the sofa chair with a slight bow of her head.

"Let's come with me, Mr. Joko. I'd like to talk to you," Dimas ordered coldly and walked out. Followed by Mr. Joko who exhales resignedly.

"I'm asking for your explanation, how did my son get hit by a basketball? I've asked you not to include my son in the Master's lesson!" Dimas seemed to be very emotionally restraining. The sides of his molars overlapped each other, revealing his protruding neck veins.

"Sorry, Sir. Icha was just sitting on the sidelines. And accidentally thrown the ball from the others," explained Mr. Joko tried to calm down.

"Why did you leave him on the sidelines? Why don't you tell me Icha's in class?" Dimas's breath began to go up and down. Both of his hands seemed to be clenching tightly. "Once again I heard Icha why-napa, I could have directly sued the Father!" emphatically Dimas then went from in front of Mr. Joko to see Doctor Paul. Meanwhile, Mr. Joko can only smile resignedly. He really knows the anxiety of a father if he sees his son why. She also has a household and has just had a child. Seeing the condition of Crescencia like that .. he will also definitely do the same.

"Sore, Doctor," said Dimas after opening the door to Paul's office.

"Sore. Please come in Mr. Dimas."

Dimas stepped in and sat down before Paul. Doctor Paul put down the questioner. Then show the Crescencia data file to Dimas.

"From the last six months, Crescencia's condition has been on the decline, sir. Icha should be more extra to maintain his health. He should not be stressed and should regulate his diet. The medicine I give should not be late for drinking. Icha should also do chemotherapy for once a week. I'll be the superintendent of Icha for that long. If the condition is completely ready, then Icha can run a bone marrow transplant. While waiting for Icha's condition, we will look for a donor with matching cells" explained Doctor Paul at length and width while showing the file on his desk.

Instantly, Dimas immediately lowered his head in lethargy. His whole body felt limp without bones. The three-headed man exhaled a long breath. Staring at the nanar of her daughter's medical history paper that made her pair of eyes begin to heat up. He doesn't know what to do. The bone cells are different from Crescencia. But all Dimas could do was pray and work harder. He will pay whatever he wants to get well and live normally.

Dimas flanked the base of his nose as his tears began to flow. Dimas felt his body tremble weakly. If he had the power to change fate, Dimas was eager to replace Crescencia. Let him be behind the painful tools. Let him be the one in pain. But what can humans do? Man can only accept all the destinies that God has set. For indeed, the Lord is fair and good to all his servants. And while Dimas is still alive, he will try his best to make his only daughter happy.
