"Stop or by force we'll shoot you Mistress!" Police warned Amber was still running. Then one shot was finally re-launched and hit his right leg.

Police officers were forced to take Amber down with one shot. But Amber is not the name if you give up just like that. With a limp leg, he still managed to escape.

A second bullet was launched and aimed at Amber's left leg. The old woman slumped onto the sidewalk. His body collapsed with blood flowing from both of his injured legs. Two police officers pulled Amber's body and secured her while waiting for three ambulance units to arrive to evacuate Richard and Leona and bring Amber to treatment.

Mansion conditions are chaotic, Richard who is still unconscious while Leona with internal injuries on her neck. Rona pressing the wound stopped the blood coming out of the incision.

"Edward please call Roland, after all he's Leona's husband. He should know his wife's condition!" rona's Word. He gave her his cell phone and Edward immediately contacted her sister-in-law.

Leona fumbled Rona's arm. "I'm sorry Leona ya.." she asked in a stifled voice.

Rona clasped Leona's hand. "Hold Leona. For the fetus you carry."

Head shakes. "Leona is no longer strong... Le—"

"That ambulance is coming!" said Edward who was preparing to lift Leona's body, but Roland came before him. He carried Leona and walked quickly to the ambulance bench.

While Richard, he was appointed by two medics. Edward followed behind and Rona caught up with him.

"You go with Leona, she needs you." Edward's asking for the ambulance door. He looked at Richard who was being fitted with a breathing apparatus.

"Ta-but.." chimpal Rona who was uncomfortable because it had to be close to Roland.

"It's okay. I know exactly how Roland is." Edward got into the vehicle that was carrying Richard. Rona with a giddy he set foot towards the ambulance beside her.

Rona sat opposite Roland. He glanced at the eyes, looking at the man in front of him looking at Leona with a worried look.

"Don't look at me like that, Rona. I am not an animal without a heart. Seeing my wife as helpless as she is right now, I was shaken!" Roland's gaze turned towards Rona, uniting the gaze. Rona turned her face.

"Ma-I'm sorry I don't mean sep—"

"Have, don't say much, you better shut up and pray your sister-in-law can survive!" Roland pulled Leona's hand and kissed her.

Rona frowned, sharpening her vision seeing Roland's attitude towards Leona being much different than usual.

"My feet.." roared Amber when one bullet was taken out. He roared back when a second bullet was gouged from one of his legs.

"Don't cry madam, we've given you a warning. But you can't cooperate with us!" call one member. He attached handcuffs to Amber's handcuffs and told the old woman to get off the patient's bed.

"I want to call my lawyer. I don't accept being treated like a criminal like this. Just watch out, all of you I'll sue!" Amber pointed her index finger, challenging the man in uniform in front of her.

"Here is the Madam, whatever you want to say .. just say it later at the Police station."

Amber was force-drawn with a still-wet wound. He staggered, and again cried. "Please sir, use my wheelchair is not strong to walk," whined Amber who did not get a response. He was dragged to a detention car, with his feet wrapped in bandages. Blood seeps, Amber whimpers.

"How about Mom, have you repented?" Edward, who had been waiting for Amber to be led out of the treatment room, asked sarcastically.

Edward rubbed the liquid that hit his face and smirked. "This is in return for your own actions, serpent woman!"

Amber pointed her index finger. "Listen to me carefully! As long as my life is intact, I will not let you live in peace. I'm not messing around with my threats!"

Edward closed his distance. "It looks like your wish won't be achieved, Amber. Because soon you will die with venereal disease!" Edward glanced at the officer holding Amber's arm. "Please take this woman, before she bites you dead!"

Amber was dragged back and pushed roughly to get into the prisoner's car. He muttered curses and swearing.

A woman walks back and forth in front of the ICU, waiting for news of her in-laws and sister-in-law. Many times he looked towards the door hoping that someone would come out, but the door in front of him was tightly shut.

"Can't you just shut up and stop walking back and forth like Mrs Edward's hot iron?" furious Roland. "If you don't shut up, I'll make sure your body is in my arms right now!"

Rona swallowed the saliva and squinted her eyes. He snorted in annoyance and was forced to land his body beside Roland, as there were no more seats available.

"You're sweet to obey like this" Roland said. He concluded a smile because he could be this close to his lady.

"Ehm.." Deham Edward was jealous. He sat in the middle of his sister-in-law and wife, making Roland grumble and forced to budge. He stood up while folding both hands over his chest.

"Your attitude never changes, Edward. Still a little rancid!" scorn Roland rolled his eyeballs.

Edward chuckled, his hands clutching Rona's shoulders and then peeking at his left cheek. "What has this crocodile done? Is he teasing you?"

Rona gave a rebuttal with her head movements. "Here you go, baby.just ignore the lonely man. Mending we pray for Papa Richard's safety as well as Leona."

Edward nodded. He clasped Rona's hand and exhaled a rough breath. "There's a place of worship?"

"There, at the end of the corridor. In front of the stairs to the pharmacy, there is a special room of worship," Roland interrupted who eavesdropped on the conversation of a couple. Edward invites Rona to pray and leaves Roland alone.

"If you have any news of my family, just call us...."

"Hm.." replied Roland lazily.

15 Minutes later

"Family patient?" ask a nurse.

"I'm the patient's husband." I'm Roland.

"Em. I mean Mr. patient's family. Richard?" The nurse answered the question.

"I'm his daughter-in-law." added Roland who was excited waiting for news about his wife, but there was even news of her in-laws.

"Alright Mr. patient diagnosis results on behalf of Richard Liam, there is a blood clot in the head that occurs outside the blood vessels. It's gonna be very risky. Therefore we ask for approval to take surgical action, otherwise we could lose the patient's life at any time." The nurse offers a letter of intent to approve the operation for the patient's family to sign.
