"For the time being Mrs Bilqis is still unconscious. Hopefully soon he can open his eyes again." replied one of the doctors expert in because the stomach and bile owned by Bilqis is often problematic.
"I beg you to help my wife survive" said William sounding bitter.
"We've done our best for Madam, sir," said the heart doctor.
Bilqis has inherited heart disease. His grandfather died of heart disease, as did his father who died of the same disease. William could not afford to lose the woman he loved again.
"Remain, we should pray for the salvation of Bilqis. Remember, now Grandpa Willi has two little angels who need you" Alex told William of his grief.
"Yes, Sir. Your son and daughter are currently in need of attention" continued the obstetrician.
