Ruby's sick

Ruby, coming out of the bathroom, after she just finished cleaning her body and changed clothes.

Tonight, the air in the room was really cold for him. He wanted to ask Arka to raise the AC temperature, but she wasn't brave enough to say so. As a result, he prefers to lie on the sofa, and pull a blanket to cover his body.

Night, it's getting late. Arma suddenly awakens, hearing Ruby's delirious voice.

"Arghh, shit! she could be delirious, completely disturbing my sleep!" Arka came down from the bed and walked over to Ruby. The man did not forget to bring something that he would use to wake Ruby up, so that his hand would not touch the woman.

The man's eyes instantly enlarged, when he saw Ruby's shivering body. Unknowingly, the man fingered Ruby's forehead.

"Well, his head is hot! looks like he's got a fever. What am I supposed to do now?" the man's mind immediately panicked.

Arka, unconsciously ran out of the room, towards the kitchen to fetch warm water to compress Ruby's head. The man also did not forget to take fever medicine which was always available at his home.

Arriving at the room, the man painstakingly began compressing Ruby's head, using water and a small towel that she was carrying. Then, he lifted Ruby's head and put the medicine into the woman's mouth. Ruby, swallow the medicine between conscious and unconscious.

Then, Arka swung her foot forward towards the closet where the blankets were usually stored. He grabbed a blanket that was thick enough and walked back to Ruby. Then, she covered Ruby's body with a blanket.

"Haish, make people bother!" swear Arka while reaching for the AC remote, and raise the AC temperature.

Arka was just about to step back onto the bed, but she paused when she suddenly heard Ruby again deliriously.

"Ma, why the hell are you leaving too soon? why don't you take me?" ruby said with her eyes closed, but from the corner of the woman's eyes was seen letting out tears.

"Mama saved my life, so I can live happily, right? but do you know, ever since you left, that was the beginning of my suffering. Papa and Brother always blamed me, saying that I was the cause of my mother's death. Papa always says that I'm the cause of his loved ones leaving, Ma. Is this really my fault? mom shouldn't have saved me that day, if I ended up suffering like this. Ma, I'm tired! I want to go with my mama. Please pick me up, Ma. I'm tired of being looked down upon by everyone. Even my husband looks at me contemptuously. I'm not wrong, Ma! I'm really not wrong. "The princess hasn't gotten up yet?" rosa said as she looked towards the seat beside the empty Ark.

"Last night he was sick!" sahut Arka with a flat tone, without the slightest expression.

"Oh, it seems like God is starting to punish her," Rosa sneered cynically.

"Mama! it can't be like that!" adijaya and Adelia almost simultaneously.

Rosa gasped in shock at Adelia who suddenly rebuked her. If it was just her husband, she wasn't too surprised, but Adelia? totally out of reason.

"Since when have you defended that cunning woman?" rosa's tone sounded demanding and her gaze, probing. Not only was Rosa suspicious, but so was Arka. Her memory of last night's incident where Adelia was also seen trying to defend Ruby, flashed back in her head.

"I'm not defending Brother Ruby, I just feel that your words have passed," Adelia tried to deny.

"Since when did you call that woman Brother?" Rosa looked suspicious.

Adelia fell silent, confused as to what to answer. Eventually he preferred to just shut up and continue eating.

"It's Sunday. Aren't you going anywhere? it's usually Sunday like this that you're going to leave, because you're not comfortable with that woman in this house?"

Arka. He almost forgot his habit. "Haish, why would I suddenly want to stay home today? really sucks!" swearing the man in the heart.

"I didn't go back to the room to see the woman's condition. I just want to change clothes and leave," Arka concluded while wanting to continue his steps.

"Rush! wait up!" again Arka stopped walking, hearing her name called again, and this time from her father.

"You better bring food to Ruby. He also needs breakfast, in order to take medicine" Adijaya said.

"Pa, don't ask me to do this! ask your aunt to deliver food for her. Sorry!" Arka continued her steps.

"Papa knew that if Arka hated the woman so much, he could ask her to bring him some food, of course she refused," the corner of Rosa's lips smirked cynically.

Ruby, opened her eyes slowly, then massaged her head that still felt dizzy. Then, the woman tried to sit down. The woman, shocked because suddenly there was a small towel that fell into her lap.

"Wheel?" Ruby, look around. He was even more shocked, seeing that there was a bowl filled with water.

"What happened last night? am I having a fever?" whispered the woman to herself.

The woman was then further shocked when she saw that there was a new blanket attached to her body.

"Who did all this? it can't be Arka's, right? She couldn't be that good, willing to do all this" Ruby spoke to herself again.

At the same time, the door suddenly opened. Arka entered with a flat face. The man looked at Ruby with a flat face, and Ruby looked at Arka with a question mark.

"Emm, did you do all this?" ruby asked in a very careful tone.

"So, who do you think you are?" sahut Arka, without expression.

"Emm, then thank you very much!" ruby said, smiling thinly. Ruby was happy, hearing Arka's words, even though it was clear from her husband's tone, if she had to do it all

However, for Ruby, it was already the happiest thing.

"You don't misunderstand me! my hatred for you is still! I did it all, because I didn't want you to die in my room. I want you to be healthy, until later you die standing to see my happiness with Jelita," Arka concluded without feeling, to make Ruby's face back mellow.
