The doctor asks the patient to prepare themselves for the worst possible event.

Early in shock and then fainted in his place. Arland and Glesty then asked for medical help.

Of course this news was the worst thing Arles had ever received in the history of his life.

"No. no. Don't doc. don't. I don't want to hear this." Arles shook his head.

"Please doc.. please...! Save her...!" Arles bowed weakly then knelt down before the doctor, making the others feel moved, unable to bear to see Arles pleading like this.

Doctor: "Emmm.You are also a master doctor. I hope you can understand this!" The doctor passed from there.

His two best friends approached Arles to help him stand up. "Brother, don't be like this. You have to be strong in order to take care of your woman." said Bagas, mimicking Arles saying that Calista is the woman.

Fran: "Anyway. Maybe Calis is the woman!" (PROtest).

Bagas: "It's up to me Fran. Why do you mind?"

Lean and Nino were seen shaking their heads listening to the 2 companions fighting their mouths.

The operating room opened again and several nurses and doctors appeared at the same time, pushing the patient's bed where Calista was still asleep on it, with many kinds of medical devices attached to it. Like in his nose, mouth, neck and hands!

Arles, the auto approached, and again clasped the fingers, as if it were legitimate. Rest assured, if Calista is fit, he must have brushed off Arles' hand, and said what the hell hold-hold! Shame to know, no?!

The medics also brought Calista to a special room that has been prepared for him, do not be asked again, a room filled with complete and best facilities, getting special services like the Arland family of course.

Arles looked back at the pretty face as medics placed Calista in his treatment room.

His two best friends, Lean, Nino, were there as well. The four people were just sitting quietly on the sofa a bit away from Calista and Arles were, without saying anything.

In the end, Bagas invites Fran to come home.

Nino also moved from there because she just remembered Dini's aunt, Calista's mother who had fainted.

Before long, Glesty and Arland entered the room to confirm Calista's condition, and were about to leave.

"Ma.. pa.. how is Auntie Dini?" ask Lean.

"He was just in shock. Mama told me when she realized they were going to take her to this room." replied Mama Gless. Lean, too, nodded in understanding.

Arland approached his son.

"Boy. papa mama is coming home. Stay strong, rest and don't neglect your health!"

Glesty and Arland came out of the room to go home. Lean and Arles stay behind Calista.

2 Hours later, it didn't feel like the morning was saying hello. Lean and Arles did not even fall asleep.

Someone came in with a paperbag in his hand. He was someone commonly called Anton's uncle by Lean and Arles. The paerbag contains Arles's clothes. Right, the man had not changed his clothes that were filled with bloodstains.

After the departure of Anton's beloved secretary, Lean approached Arles.

Calis touched Arles' shoulder.

Now the two are standing near the sofa, precisely near the paper bag containing Arles clothes.

"Arles. He's gonna wake up, huh?!" Arles just nodded.

Lean gave a warm embrace to her twin sister. They did not realize, someone came and caught them hugging. That person was Nino who was just about to enter.

After releasing a hug, Lean then unbuttoned Arles' shirt, the man who was not wanting to do anything about it.

"What do they want to do?" inner Nino with her ignorance of the relationship between Lean and Arles.

Lean intended to replace Arles' shirt with a clean one. Just his skills, nothing more.

The moment the shirt had slipped off from Arles' body, suddenly a hand held Lean's hand.

"Nino?" Lean looked at Nino, puzzled. While Arles, the man just stared blankly at Calista.

Nino: "What do you want to do?" with a little annoyance.

Lean: "Yahh?" still staring confused!

Nino then pulls Lean away from Arles. Both are outside the room.

Nino: "Lean, what do you want to do?" staring doesn't like.

Lean: "A-I-I want to help Arles change his shirt."

Nino: "You don't deserve that to Lean's man. Can't he be alone? Why do you have to help him?"

Lean: "Oh, that's just a regular thing Nino. I've done it a few times!" Answer Lean, plain.

Nino: "what? Haah... So you're that kind of woman?" with an angry look.

Lean: "yes, that's inappropriate. But he is my twin brother. So I think it's okay when conditions and situations like this!"

Nino: 🙁"what? Twin brothers?" astounded.

Lean nodded quickly.

Nino: "You... and Arlesss? Brother?" feel in disbelief.

Lean: "Iy...iya.." But, why do you sound so angry?"

Fix, Nino auto speechless, with face restrained in embarrassment.

"Damn... Why am I so stupid?" inner Nino.
