Cell phone's ringing. Arga, who accidentally fell asleep in the car, wakes up. He saw it was already noon. Arga's hurry to check the phone. She found Agni making a call.
"Darling! I-i-"
"Where have you been, Mas? If you go it's say-you! I'll be worried, "cut Agni. Nagging for worrying about her husband.
"I'm sorry. There was a job last night. I'll probably be home later in the day" Arga said. He decided to go home after meeting with Baras.
"You should have said it from the beginning! It sucks." Agni turned off the phone. He sounds really upset.
Arga rubbed his face rough. He felt Agni's nagging back again after a few weeks. Arga thought that his relationship with the woman would deteriorate again if he returned impotent.
"I must meet Sukma immediately!" muttered Arga. He immediately runs the car. Arga and Laras agree to meet at a restaurant. They'll talk all over the food.
Upon arrival at the restaurant, Arga went straight in. He's looking for an empty table. But he could see Laras who was sitting waiting. The woman chose a place on the balcony.
"Did you wait a long time?" asked Arga while sitting in front of Laras.
"No. I just came. Order the food you want first" said Laras.
Arga nodded. He mentioned his order to the waiter on duty. While waiting for the dish to be served, Arga and Laras spoke.
"Hows it? What decision? Do you want to go ahead or stop?" ask Arga.
The atmosphere is so quiet. There was only the occasional gust of wind that hit. Moreover, the state of the restaurant is still quiet because the meal has not arrived.
"It's really complicated. Should we just meet Mbah Seno? I think there must be another way" said Laras.
"I think everything is clear. Now the choice is in our hands." Arga gave a hopeful look. He continued, "to be honest... I want to continue. I don't want to be impotent anymore."
"It's becoming a man. You don't know how women suffer when they have to bear the risk!" Baras showed his frustration. As a pregnant woman, she certainly felt tormented by the circumstances. Both physically and mentally.
Arga is struck by the word Laras. His head was immediately bowed. At least he understood what Baras felt. The silence returned.
"Does that mean you decided to quit?" added Arga. He concluded so because of the speech hit Laras earlier.
The barrel of powerless to hold back the cry. Until the liquid fell from his eyes. "It's really hard for me." she said.
Arga was anxious, he immediately sat down beside Laras. Trying to calm the woman.
"We still have time. You can think about it again before the full moon arrives" Arga said as she stroked Laras' shoulder. Shortly thereafter the waiter came with the order.
"We should eat first" Arga suggested. He returned to his seat. While Laras seemed to wipe his face. The woman stopped crying. The waiter's arrival embarrassed him.
While enjoying the food, Laras thought. He's trying to make the right decision.
Come to think of it, maintaining her fetus was the best. Even when the fetus is not the result of a relationship with her husband. Baras just doesn't want to take any more risks. Considering she had miscarried before. Moreover, the age of Barrel to contain is not young.
The barrel put down its spoon and fork. He looked at Arga who looked greedy eating food. That man hasn't eaten since last night.
The glass filled with wine was taken by Laras. He drank the drink until the toilet. "I made a choice" he said.
Arga immediately sculpted. Staring at Laras with curiosity.
"I choose to continue our ritual. But I have a condition this time," said Laras.
"What?" ask Arga.
"I don't want to see your face. Let's just say this is our last meeting" Laras explained.
"you mean? How do we perform the ritual if you don't want to see me?" Arga doesn't understand.
"I'll close my eyes" said Laras. "You just have to lead me to do it."
"Why don't you want to see me? Can you tell me why?"
"I just want us to remain strangers to each other. And one more condition, I do not want us to tell each other's personal lives," added Laras.
Arga is silent a thousand languages. Somehow he felt disappointed with the conditions mentioned by Laras. But what can be done, he must accept all that if he does not want to suffer impotence again.
"Why are you quiet? Does that bother you?" cecar Barrel. Because Arga is not reacting.
"No. I was just thinking." Arga Belling. "alright. I accept the terms you give me," he said.
"thank you. It's good to work with you." Barrel smiled. From a distance, he could see three men entering the restaurant. The Barrel's eyes were perfectly rounded when it came to knowing one of the men was Hery.
"Damn!" Laras hurriedly dragged Arga away with him. They ran to a place where Hery could not see.
