Two hours had passed, Reyhan's surgery was finally completed, everyone waiting could calm down, but Angel was still feeling anxious because Reyhan had not regained consciousness.

In front of the glass room ICU Angel accompanied Joshua, Rey with Dika came to Angel. Not knowing what the man was going to do this time, knowing who Reyhan really was, Rey looked at Angel sharply and said, "We need to talk." 

Angel immediately turned her head towards the voice, Joshua immediately distanced Angel from Rey who was standing next to him, but Angel held him back. Angel assures Joshua that he is fine. 

Joshua just kept quiet, letting Angel talk to Rey. 

"What do you want to know?" ask Angel calmly. 

"Many, but not here. Because there's someone else." Rey said as she glanced at Joshua. 

Rey leaves the ICU room, Angel follows her until their steps are stopped at the end of a quiet hallway. 

"What's wrong?" ask Angel to the point.

"When did you know you were pregnant? Why didn't you ever tell me?" 

Angel could already guess Rey would definitely ask that. 

"After we got divorced" Angel replied. 

"Are you keeping it secret intentionally? At the trial we met what did you say that was? You should have told me." 

"Will anything change if I say it?" Angel asked as she looked at Rey.

"Why didn't you ever say that Reyhan was my son?" ask Rey with emotion.

"I don't think it's necessary, because we're divorced" Angel replied.

"Are you still going to keep it a secret? You think that's best for Reyhan?" ask Rey with emotion.

"Do you think Reyhan knows who his father is best for Reyhan? No Rey, not necessarily you think it's good for Reyhan either. Now you know who Reyhan is, so from now on don't bother me anymore. I thank you for donating your blood, you can go." 

"Are you afraid that Reyhan would know that I'm his father?" 

"I've never been afraid, because sooner Reyhan will find out." 

"After Reyhan recovers I'll take him," said Rey, making Angel look at him. 

This is what Angel was afraid of, Rey will bring Reyhan. "You have no right to bring Reyhan." Angel said as she looked at Rey upset.

"Why? I'm his father." 

"But I'm her mother who gave birth to her."

"Aren't you going to tell Reyhan that I'm his father?" 

"There will be a time when Reyhan will know." 

"Now it's time" Rey argued.

"Wait for Rey, you don't just think about yourself but Reyhan. There are many reasons I can give Reyhan if I ask him where and who his father is. However, what reason would you give if Reyhan asked who his mother was? Did you forget that in your house there is Velove? A child of Reyhan's age won't understand, unless he grows up he'll understand himself. If you want the best for Reyhan think of what I say." 

Rey fell silent after hearing Angel's words. Not only Reyhan must think about, there is Bian who also has to think about. Maybe Bian won't accept Reyhan as his brother. 

"I won't stop you from meeting Reyhan, but I won't let you take Reyhan, '" said Angel, repressed and left Rey. 

Angel returns to Joshua, who is still waiting for him in the ICU room. Joshua stood up when Angel came. The man did not dare to ask, just looking at Angel's face Joshua already knew what had happened.

"What did he say? Is he threatening you?" joshua asked after Angel sat down beside him.

"Rey, you want to bring Reyhan, but I won't let that go" Angel replied.

"You don't worry, I'll prepare a lawyer for you. Rey won't be able to take Reyhan" Joshua said. 

"I don't think about that for now, all I think about is Reyhan's recovery." Angel again sees Reyhan on the glass wall. Wanted to wipe his face and hold his tiny hand, but Reyhan has not been allowed to be looked at by anyone.

Velove and Bian were still frightened, Bian kept daydreaming about the events this morning, what if anyone saw and what if Reyhan did not survive. 

"Mama, am I going to jail?" ask Bian. Velove just kept quiet, looking at the son who was very frightened. 

"How many times have you said, don't remember that, did you hit him?" velove Bian asked immediately. 

"So why are the police looking for you? Drink." Velove said while giving a sedative to her son. 

"What medicine is Mama?" 

"Drink only. Let's just calm down and sleep." Bian immediately drank it, after which Bian fell asleep. 

'I have to protect Bian at all costs. What does Bian mean by saying that Reyhan will seize his father, who is the woman who gave birth to Reyhan?' inner Velove. 

"Hello Ma" Velove said as the phone was connected. "Will Mom get home? When Mama has time, Bian and I will come" she told Rita at the other end.

"Alright, Ma. There's something important I want to say, it's about Bian. We'll stay at Mama's house for a few days." After saying that Velove hung up her phone. 

Rey, and Dika are still in the hospital. However, it was a considerable distance away from Angel and Joshua. 

Dika approached Rey and said, "Boss, that person has contacted me. He's asking for payment according to the deal." 

"You just give me the pay, but I can't leave. You're the one who met, I don't want that guy to know my face" Rey said

"Alright, Boss. I'm leaving."  

Rey, just nod letting Dika go. 

Rey approaches Angel and Joshua, then sits between them. 

"Why are you still here?" ask Angel. 

"I also want to wait for my son" Rey replied. 

Angel snorted, then went back to silence. 

"You haven't eaten yet, we'd better go to the cafeteria. While there are people guarding Reyhan," Joshua quipped Rey.

Angel glanced at Rey and looked at Joshua. "Yes" he stood up and walked away with Joshua.

Rey stared at their annoyance. Celingukan no one around him then go suckling Angel. 

Angel and Joshua just got to the cafeteria. They order food and drink, and Rey joins them all of a sudden. And then order the same food. 

"Angel do we need to move tables?" ask Joshua who immediately denied Rey.

"Please if there is an empty place" Rey said. 

"Just let Joshua, anyways we'll sit here first, if anyone has to go not us but him." Angel said as she glanced at Rey. 

Not long after their orders came. Angel and Joshua tasted each other's food, laughing and joking together. Rey who was ignored was so upset that she could only prick her own food.

Especially when Joshua feeds Angel, Rey's heart is increasingly torn. Emotions mixed with jealousy. 

"It looks like your food is too spicy, you need a cold drink?" bargain Angel on Rey whose face is already very red filled with anger.

Rey was silent. 

"Angel try this, the food in this hospital is very good not inferior to cafes on the outside." Joshua continues to feed Angel, wanting to see what Rey has done to him. 

"Wait a minute, there's a sauce on your lips." Joshua said as he gently rubbed Angel's lips. 

Rey could not bear to see the affection anymore, the man chose to leave. 

Angel and Joshua laughed as Rey left their table. 

"Do you see his face, red as fire" Joshua laughed crisply. 

"I don't care what his face looks like that man is gone" Angel said, leaving Joshua speechless. 

In silence Joshua smiled, it turns out Angel had forgotten Rey as the man she once loved.

"Sucks." Rey grumbling. "They thought I would be jealous, romantically-romantic in front of me. Although not jealous I'm still upset," said Rey. 

"Who else is this."

Rey was getting upset when someone contacted her at a time like this. Judging by Velove's name, Rey immediately answered the call. 

"Yes what's wrong?" tanya Rey is short and crisp. Velove who was in another place was annoyed by Rey's greeting. 

"Where are you?" tanya Velove held back the anger.

Rey sighed for a moment and replied, "There's still work, why?" ask Rey back. 

"Me and Bian will be staying at Mama's house for a few days" Velove said, only to be answered with a murmur.

"Hem." That's all Rey said and hung up. 

Velove fell silent, staring at her phone. Rey didn't ask Bian or himself at all. Really don't care. 

"Bian should be afraid that his father is owned by someone else. Rey's attitude like this will not be able to do justice to her two different sons. Whoever Reyhan is, I won't let him take Rey away from us. Bian's only Rey's son, and Rey's only father to Bian's not another." 

Velove, put the phone in her bag and went to take Bian to Rita's house. Besides telling me about Bian's problem, Velove must be telling me about a boy named Reyhan. I don't know what will happen to Reyhan.
