Shania secretly glanced at Arsya who was calming Dikta. There was an uncomfortable feeling that suddenly perched in his heart. What's more when he sees Cakra and Fahri go first, after arguing with Dikta. The shadow of his conversation with Dikta in the library, again revolved in remembrance.
Flashbacks
"Well, do you want to enter Atropos? Lo it, girl .. You know what?" scowl Dikta as soon as the guy stood in front of her. They already had an appointment to meet at the school library during the second break.
"Lo knew that was my wish for a long time. Only, all this time I have not been a suitable motorcycle gang," replied Shania with a confident face. However, it is undeniable, if the iris of his eyes slightly wavering, when he saw the sharp gaze of Dikta who continuously highlighted it.
"Lo did not think, how will your parents react if they know their children entered the motorcycle gang? You can be sent directly abroad-" Dikta sighs frustrations. Both of them were friends since childhood, even their homes were neighbors.
Dikta clearly knows the character of Shania who is hard, brave, and tomboy, since childhood the girl has been interested in martial arts and various automotive, especially motorcycles. However, because both of her parents are always limiting her movements, making Shania never really pursue her hobby.
All that, very different from him who only focused on the lesson, without ever caring about his surroundings. His daily life is only friends with various types of books and a stack of questions that he continues to repeatedly learn.
Struggles, it has become his daily food. Often it is Shania who is his helper, when there are brandal children who disturb him. That was the moment where, Dikta and Shani became more familiar about ten years ago, until now.
"Yes, don't be bokap as nyokap I know. I'm sure, if you don't tell me, they won't know either." Shania clucked lazily while throwing her face away, as if the discussion about her parents was something unpleasant.
"They just pay attention to the work. Where there is time for my concerns" continued Shania, in a more slender voice. There was a thick veil of frustration and disappointment on his face.
Dikta just exhaled slowly. Worry suddenly enveloped his heart. On the one hand, she does not want to until Shania enters the Atropos gang and struggles with danger, plus she also does not want to if until Shania will receive punishment from both her parents, as well, if you get caught being a member of a motorcycle gang. However, one side of his heart was even brazenly expecting the presence of Shania within Atropos. That way, she can get closer to Shania and make it easier for her to keep an eye on her little friend.
Yeah, just a friend. Enough friends. At least until now. I hope there will be no special feelings between me and you, which will make us awkward and destroy this friendship, the inner Dikta.
"For this time, let me win, brother. Pliiss...." Shania is still trying to seduce Dikta. Although he played with the bike longer, but after joining the Atropos gang, Dikta is no longer a man figure that he can underestimate.
Long enough, Dikta was silent. His eyes were fixed on the face of the friend who was still begging him. Until finally he grimaced while answering Shania's request. "This time I can't. Sorry, Shan."
Shania was irritated, she almost hit Dikta to vent her frustration, when first the man's hand held her back.
"What if we make a bet?" tanya Dikta, trying to dampen the anger of the friend.
"Betc?" Shania looked to be frowning.
"Heem. So, if you win, you not only have a chance to enter the Atropos, but I will also kabulin one request lo. But, if I win, you also have to kabulin my one request. How's it? This is enough to make you more motivated to win, right?" Dikta looked straight at Shania's iris.
"Lo sure as hell will win from me? You're getting me again, aren't you?" Shania looked suspiciously at Dikta. His eyes squinted, looking at what the guy in front of him might think.
"So now you're not sure you're gonna win from me?" challenge Dikta. A faint smile that looked annoying in Shania's eyes was clearly visible on her face.
"Enak aja ..no word lost in my dictionary. Okay, then let's bet. I'm sure I'll win from you." Shania nodded confidently. He behaved arrogantly in front of Dikta, although he could not be denied if fret also began to wrestle his heart.
Flashback off
"So I'm actually officially a member of Atropos, now?" shania asked cheerfully as Vareen congratulated her. His eyes seemed to be glancing at Arsya and Dikta who were standing behind Vareen with complicated gazes.
"Yes. Atropos never broke its promise. Because you've won from Dikta, so now you're officially part of the Atropos gang" said Vareen, smiling warmly.
"But how is Cakra? I think he didn't like it when I won" Shania whispered to Vareen. There is still a sense of obstruction in the heart, will the incident earlier.
"That's all right. Just relax." Dikta said while walking up to stand parallel to Vareen. A faint smile was seen adorning the man's face.
"Ooh...." Shania just nodded her head, when she heard Dikta's reply. His eyes looked back at Arsya who still seemed silent with her flat face.
"Congratulations, Shan." Moments later, Shania is distracted when Isha and Rumi congratulate her. The third seemed to dissolve in the chatter of the girls.
"Dark, mending lo threesome home. Not good for girls wild malem-malem like this," said Dikta while circulating his eyes, seeing the sky that has changed color to black.
"Yes." Yeah." Isha looked up and straightened up again and looked at everyone who was there in turn, saying goodbye. "Then we both go home first."
"You want antherin first, don't you? This is malem, Sha," said Vareen.
"No need. I took Isha in a taxi. Isn't that right, Sha?" Rumi immediately refused. Inadvertently his eyes looked at Arsya's dark black iris which had seemed to notice him since. Of course, all that makes Rumi uncomfortable and misbehaving.
"Yes, we've been waiting for a taxi in front" Arsya said after just watching his friends interact.
Together they head to the parking lot, then accompany Isha and Rumi waiting for a taxi. However, because it was a busy time, it turned out that there were no online taxis to book. Even ordinary taxis are empty.
"Mending us anterin aja, it's difficult if the taxi pesen at rush hour like this," suggested Vareen after almost thirty minutes they wait, Vareen, but not a single taxi took orders from Isha.
"Yes already," break up Isha who also got a message from the mother, who asked when she would come home.
"So, you can't handle me, can you?" connect Isha again to Vareen. His eyes slightly glanced at Arsya who was staring at him sharply.
"Can dong. Come on up," replied Vareen with a bright smile.
Isha did not respond to Arsya's sharp gaze. He even went straight up to the Vareen motorbike.
"Rum, I'm first yes," said Isha who also got a look of protest from her best friend.
"Gue went home with Shania. It just so happens that our house is one way," Dikta said directly, as Arsya looked at him. The man seemed to signal to Shania not to refuse her words.
"Yeah. I'm with Dikta aja," nodded Shania. Both of them seem to be ready on their bikes.
"Lo can anterin Rumi himself right, Ar? Don't you know his house?" asked Vareen who was preparing to leave immediately, with Isha behind.
Arsya.
"If so we go first, yes" said Vareen.
Meanwhile, Isha and Rumi were still arguing through the eyes of both of them. Before Rumi finally agreed with Vareen's words and joined the farewell.
"We're also first, Ar. See you tomorrow at school" said Dikta and Shania who still look awkward, by her new status.
Now, Arsya and Rumi are both still reluctant to even look at each other. Arsya breathed out slowly. This situation feels so awward. I don't know for what reason? He also doesn't know for sure. However, one thing is for sure, this is the first time Arsya does not know what to do in front of a girl.
Goddamnit!
