Kakashi continues to explore Sakura's sweet lips, even Kakashi to bite Sakura's lips because the sweet taste of Sakura's lips makes Kakashi addicted, and Sakura let Kakashi take her first kiss. I don't know what Sakura's thinking is that she obviously wants Kakashi to kiss her.
