Marrying the Father of My Foster Son

Marrying the Father of My Foster Son
Full Time Mommy's

Sitting next to each other on a rasfur carpet, the two women whose age is not so far away were engrossed in watching a Chinese drama titled A Date With The Future. One box of sweet martabak and two glasses of mango juice was on a round table made of wood. It seems that both of them enjoyed their moment of togetherness which will be greatly missed by the two women.

"So you're sure you accepted your ex-husband's proposal, Sha? Don't want to think about it before the sacred promise is spoken again?" asked Lulu while sipping her favorite cold drink. His round eyes stared straight at his laptop screen.

"Very sure 100%, Lu. At first, he was hesitant to remember how Mas Ghani behaved when we married first. However, seeing the change in attitude and his determination to restart our household that had run aground in the middle of the road, I collapsed and tried to give him a second chance" replied Queensha.

"I can't be selfish, Lu, because there's an Aurora between us. Since childhood she grew up without the affection of a mother. Even though Mother Rumi, Mas Ghani's two younger sisters gave mother-like affection to her own child, still my daughter needed a mother figure who would take care of her, keep and accompany him through the growth phase until he matures."

"Because I don't want Rora to lack the affection of a mother, so I'm willing to accept Mas Ghani's proposal. We're both trying to open up a new calf, bury bad memories in the past and replace those memories with happy memories that will be remembered for a lifetime" Queensha said. There was nothing he could hide from his friend.

Lulu mangosteen heard Queensha's explanation. Although there is a sense of worry in the woman, but seeing the steadiness of his friend's heart, he no longer commented much. Let Queensha decide for themselves the course of his life so that they both have grown up, can choose which is best for each of them.

"Yes, if you are sure of your own choices then I can not stand in the way anymore. I can only pray that your household this time can last until the end of life."

Lulu put the long glass on the table. His hand pressed the pause button so that the drama series that was being watched temporarily stopped. He twisted his body to the side so that his current position was facing Queensha.

Looking at the face of the narrow-eyed woman who had accompanied him for the past five years. With Queensha, he shared all the grievances and sadness that suddenly came. Her beautiful eyes began to glaze over as she imagined their togetherness.

"Sha, even if you're married to Mr. Ghani, please, never forget the two of us together. If later you start busy taking care of your husband and children, please take the time to tell me even though only say hello, at least I know that you are fine." Lulu starts crying in front of Queensha. I don't know, why tonight the atmosphere feels so sad that he wants to cry when he is not the type of weak woman who easily cries just because of trivial things. Tonight he was more emotional than ever.

Queensha carries Lulu's body which moves down and up. The sound of the woman's cry was loud in Queensha's ears, among the rustling of the rain that fell soaked the earth.

Queensha's right hand rubbed slowly on Lulu's back, while her left hand held the friend's body. With a trembling voice he said, "Where might I forget the memories of the two of us that have been beautifully imprinted in my memory. All my life, those memories are eternal and I remember them all the time."

"You're not just a friend, but I've considered your own family. When everyone turns away from me for some vague reason, you reach out, approach me and become my best friend and on what basis should I forget you, Lu? I'm not the kind of person to forget my best friend. You ... will remain my best friend forever."

The louder Lulu cried. The two shoulders of the woman moved down and up. I was so excited to hear Queensha.

At first Lulu thinks Queensha will forget herself after finding a man who sincerely loves her. But apparently, his best friend was still reminiscing about the memories when they were together.

"Lo promised, so don't ever deny it, huh? Just be careful if you break the promise, I maki Pak Ghani in front of everyone because it has taken you from my side. I don't care if I'm called a barbarian woman because I never want the best friend like you have someone else." Lulu spoke again, a little hoarse, accompanied by tears that flowed profusely on her cheeks, unable to prevent it.

"I'll never deny it, Lu. We are the best friend forever." The two women dissolved in the atmosphere. Both Queensha and Lulu put their arms together, as if afraid that one of them might leave and never come back.

"Lantas, what about your job, Sha? Do you still work at the restaurant?" The question suddenly came to Lulu's mind without ever being premeditated before.

Taking a deep breath, Queensha had made up her mind on the question her best friend had asked. A few days ago when she was still in Makassar, she had an argument with Ghani about this problem, but there was no way out so that left a sense of annoyance in her future husband. However, after careful thought, he found the best solution for everyone.

"I want to resign and focus on taking care of my husband and son. If you keep working, household affairs must be neglected. Moreover, Mas Ghani plans to move house, it means that there is only me, my husband and our children later."

"Yes although there will be a housekeeper to help me take care of the house, still the business of caring for my husband and children is my responsibility. It was because of that consideration that I decided to quit my job."

Lulu slumped. "Seriously? Do you really want to be a housewife who only focuses on taking care of her husband and children?" the pekik doesn't believe.

"Of course I'm serious. I've thought about it carefully, trying to weigh the good and bad of the decision I made."

Lulu laughed briefly upon realizing something. "Cie, who's going to be the wife of a rich man. I am no longer sure about resigning from work. I used to think about how to find money to meet daily needs." He nudged Queensha's shoulder. A seductive smile did not forget he gave it to his best friend.

Shamefully Queensha replied, "Oh, what the hell, you. This has nothing to do with Mas Ghani's social status, yes. I just think it would be nice to focus on the family. After all Rora is still a child, she still needs more attention than me. If Mas Ghani and I were busy working, who would take care of our daughter?"

Lulu embraces Queensha's shoulders until their bodies touch each other. "Gue appreciate your decision. Want to be a full-time 24-hour housewife or housewife at work, it is the choice of each. I can't judge a woman who chooses to be a 24-hour full-time housewife better than a career woman, or quite the opposite because we never know how their economy is, ain't he?"

"Therefore, I still appreciate your decision. Want to be a housewife or career woman, I will always support you!" lulu meant it.

"When did you submit a letter of resignation to Mr Rama?"

"Tomorrow morning. You accompanied me to meet him, didn't you?" pinta Queensha with a face.

Lulu's forehead shriveled at the hopeful twinkle emanating from Queensha's eyes. Then a small ruckus sounded in Queensha's ears.

"Why? Are you afraid that Mr Ghani is jealous? Hu ... your future husband was possessive as well. He didn't take another guy, did he." Lulu stopped laughing, then stared fixedly at Queensha. "Yes, I met Mr. Rama. I also do not want if it arrives because of trivial problems, you and Mr. Ghani are out of wedlock. Could fail dong have a rich man's best friend."

Then Lulu laughed out loud while Queensha just blicked her lips when she saw the clumsiness of her best friend.
