Along the way to PraHospital , Kafka did not let go of his grasp of Delisa. Even Kafka cried sobbing looking at the weak body of the woman before him.

"I'm sorry, I can't take care of you" Kafka said, filled with regret.

Ayu and the others are still on their way. Ayu had already guessed that Delisa was being dishonest about her illness to Kafka. Ayu herself knew when her confidant reported the diagnosis made by Delisa a few months ago.

"Dadd, what pain does Delisa have?" ask Qilla

"Final stage cancer" replied Elga sighing.

"Momm, what is this that Momm said earlier, Mom does not feel good" said Qilla.

"Yeah, kid. I hope nothing will happen" Ayu replied.

Then Ayu hugged the tiny body of her youngest daughter. He felt anxious for his Son who was currently sad.

-preHospital.

Arriving at the hospital, Kafka helps push Delisa's brangkar, they head straight to the examination room.

There Doctor Aji is waiting, as Ikmal quickly informs her before Doctor Aji returns to his country.

"You can wait here" said Doctor Aji.

"Omm save Delisa" Kafka said seriously.

"Om will do everything Om can, just pray" replied Doctor Aji rubbed Kafka's shoulder.

Kafka sat down with Ikmal, Ikmal told Keila that they had reached PraHospital.

Ikmal calmed Kafka who was very agitated, even occasionally Kafka let out a rough breath.

"I feel useless, Om" said Kafka lirih.

"It's not your fault, son. We just pray that Delisa can be cured" Ikmal replied with confidence.

Kafka nodded with a sob. He remembered the desire of Delisa who could become a great businessman.

"I beg you, hold on" Kafka murmured.

Kafka looked back towards the ER room but was still sealed shut.

Almost 3 hours Delisa was back in check and even Doctor Aji was out with her tired face.

"Dok how's it going, Delis?" ask Kafka.

Doctor Aji sighed and shook his head.

"What do you mean?" kafka asked with fear.

"I'm sorry, Delisa is currently critical. We can only pray for it, hopefully there is a disaster that can make it last" replied Doctor Aji seriously.

Kafka closed his eyes and sat limp in front of Doctor Aji.

"Patience, pray that all is well" said Doctor Aji to help Kafka stand up.

"Can I see it, Om?" ask Kafka as calmly as possible.

"It can be, but only for a moment" replied Doctor Aji.

He walked with gontai approaching Delisa's brangkar. Kafka closed his eyes and opened them slowly.

"Hi, how are you? Wake up, do you not pity me?" kafka.

"I miss you so much, wake up later we'll take another walk. Wherever you want I'll deliver it" he said back.

Kafka held Delisa's hand tightly, then he kissed her gently. Her tears trickled back as she gently rubbed the tapered cheek.

"Wake up, I miss you, baby" she said, kissing Delisa on the forehead.

Then Kafka stepped back his legs out of Delisa's room.

When he came out he saw Keila was already there with Ikmal. Kafka stepped up and sat there.

"Tan, does Aunt know about Delisa's illness?" ask Kafka with a wistful.

"Tante has persuaded him to tell you, but he still won't. Even Auntie had also asked him for treatment but he said no need" Keila replied weakly.

"Even Auntie wanted to tell you but she threatened to leave here" he said.

Ikmal held onto his wife's shoulder which trembled withholding tears.

"What's the condition now?" ask Keila.

"Relisa critical" replied Kafka weakly.

Keila cried hugging Ikmal's body. He was very sick when he heard of Delisa's condition. Keila already thinks of her like her own sister.

"Hiks mas, I I don't want Delisa to be okay" Keila said sobbing.

"Relax, we've tried our hardest" Ikmal replied gently rubbing Keila's head.

"Son" called Ayu who had just arrived.

Kafka looked up and approached Ayu, Kafka immediately hugged the Mommy with tears flowing.

Ayu rubbed her Son's vibrating back. He was very sad when he saw Kafka crying, but rarely did he cry.

Qilla hugged Daddy with tears. Qilla was also saddened to see the brother who was usually strong, strong and cheerful. And at this moment he saw the very fragile brother, even he shed tears in front of his parents.

"Abang" said Qilla.

Kafka let go of Mommy's embrace and looked at her sister with a smile.

"Hey, Brother is fine" Kafka said with a smile.

"Abang ihh ugly, snot brother everywhere tuhhhh" ledek Qilla with spoiled.

They smiled because of Qilla's very comforting behavior.
