Meanwhile, Arlan and Ishaya, who are trying to escape from there, walk in a hurry, but Arlan has trouble walking because of pain, they were about to take the elevator but the elevator suddenly had a traffic jam that made them both choose to use the emergency stairs.

"Strong Lan, we must leave immediately, Alma must have called the police by now," Ishaya wrapped Arlan's body in a hurry.

"Wait, my legs hurt," replied Arlan feeling half-dead dizziness on him.

Alma grabbed her bag and followed Deno and Dirga, but because Deno and Dirga had entered the elevator first, Alma was forced to use the emergency stairs.

But how surprised Alma saw Ishaya and Arlan covered in blood downstairs which made Alma shock in a state of smothering his own mouth.

Alma immediately ran after Deno and Dirga who were already in the car. "Den, let me bring you an ambulance to take Arlan and Ishaya to the hospital, they're on the emergency stairs."

"Well, ma'am," Deno answered walking back into the apartment leaving Alma.

Alma got into the car and stroked Dirga's face slowly. "Om, strong well, I love the same Om."

Alma started the car engine and headed for the hospital.

"Mom, ishaya conscious?" A doctor came in and checked on Ishaya's condition.

"Me, why doc?" asked Ishaya grimacing.

"Bu Ishaya suffered a spinal injury that left Bu Ishaya temporarily paralyzed, and Gynecologist I'm sorry we've tried but I have to lose Mother's fetus" explained the doctor concerned.

Hearing this makes Ishaya feel hit by a thousand knives for the doctor's explanation, Ishaya then frustrated and remembered Arlan.

"Which partner?"

"Sir Arlan?"

Ishaya nodded, the doctor then let out a long sigh. "Sir Arlan had a severe hemorrhage in his small brain that left him in a coma."
