"Yinanow!" hanan shouted as soon as he arrived at his original place. That is where Mang Dirman and Ki Praja were involved in a fierce fight earlier. "W-what is all this? Wh-what happened?"

Mang Dirman and Ki Praja were panting, standing half-footed with one knee propping up the ground. The two of them were not too close, but each face was like grimacing in pain.

"Godverdom!" curse Mr. Guus upon arriving at the scene. He looked at the condition of the two old men while grumbling. "What are you two doing, huh?" tanyanya. Then brandishing a gun right at Mang Dirman. "You people have dared to hurt this my working man, heh!"

(Damn it!)

"Hold, Master! Don't shoot!" hanan exclaimed hurriedly blocking Mang Dirman's body. "We solve this problem with a cold head! I beg you, Sir!"

"Heh, you young people want to be heroes here?" asked again, Mr. Guus turned the muzzle of his gun directly towards Hanan. "You people want to die too, huh?"

"Patience, sir," said Hanan trying to calm down. "Don't shoot us. I beg you."

Dor's!

A bullet shot quickly, but was deliberately aimed near the leg where Hanan was on foot.

"Father! Niet schieten, Papa!" roosje shouted that had just arrived at the place with Gert and Dasimah. "Stop!"

(Don't shoot, Papa!)

Mr. Guus turned his head towards his son. Smiling petty, but still with the position of the gun still pointed at Hanan and Mang Dirman. Spontaneous Gert also pointed a long-barreled weapon in the same direction.

"You take care of it Ki Praja, Gert," said Mr. Guus coldly. "Let's have two of my guys in charge."

"Ready, Master!" replied Gert obediently and immediately approached the figure of Ki Praja. Help him stand in the condition of mouth drenched in blood and stand staggering. "You can walk?" tanyanya while watching the wounds on the old body.

"Can, Sir. B-but .. aahhh, my chest feels so tight," complained Ki Praja while grimacing and spitting red on the ground. "Please take me to sado's place there."

"Good, Ki. I help you," said Gert.

The two of them also staggered slowly towards the sado that belonged to Master Guus.

"Papa, put the gun down, Papa," Roosje's pinta as he approached his father. "Please, don't hurt anyone. I don't want Papa soiling his hands with this kind of thing." Slowly the girl reached for Mr. Guus' gun and helped lower it. "Dit is veel beter, Papa. Met dank."

(It's much better. Thank you, Papa)

Master Guus snorted in annoyance. He immediately sheathed his gun back and turned towards Ki Praja and Gert who were already on the sado. "We go home right now, Roos," the big tall man asked without even looking at Hanan and Mang Dirman.

"Good, Papa. But …." Roosje did not continue the speech because her father just passed from there. For a moment he was confused. Then decided to approach Hanan and Mang Dirman. "Uummhhh, forgive me for what happened, Hanan. I don't know the truth. But ... I guess, you're a person—"

"We're okay, Miss," Hanan said. He blocked Mang Dirman's shoulder to stay upright. "But we have to get home. Mang Dirman's condition felt like he had to get an examination immediately."

"But Hanan …."

"Excuse me, Miss. We're saying we're going home. Thank you for the help that Miss Roos gave us earlier" Hanan said.

"Hanan? Ah …."

Roosje couldn't do much. He could only stare at Hanan, helping Mang Dirman up the sado. Then get out of that place immediately.

'Verdomme!' rutuk girl is upset.

On one side was angry at his father's attitude earlier, Master Guus. On the other hand, he did not want to leave a bad trace for his efforts to attract the young man before.

"Miss Roos, Mr. Guus is calling Miss." Dasimah recalled his master's son who was still pensive on the spot. While Mr. Guus with Gert and Ki Praja are waiting on the sado.

"Roos, latent we nu naar huis gaan!" shouted Master Guus from a distance.

"Ja, Papa!" sahut Roosje's. "As you know, let's go home."

(Yes, Papa!)

"Well, Miss," Dasimah replied, bowing and allowing Roosje to walk first.

While walking, Mr. Guus' daughter said, "Later tonight, I want to talk to you people, Dasima."

"All right, Miss Roos."

"There's something I'd like to ask you people."

"I will answer according to what I know, Miss."

"Ah, great. I hope, you also know a lot about what I want to ask."

"Well, what, Miss?"

Roosje glanced for a moment while smiling knots. "You people think who else would want me to know that, huh?"

"Who else? Who .... who ... who, yes?" Dasimah thought for a moment. "Ooohhh .. mean Miss ... about Den Hanan?"

Roosje smiled back to himself. It could not be separated from the view of Dasimah who walked right next to his master's son.

'Hhmmm, it seems Miss Roos is also paying the same attention to Kang Hanan. Goddamnit! It's obviously going to be a very complicated thing. Considering she is a woman who always wants whatever she wants, said Dasimah. 'Is that still not enough? As far as I know, he has always had a lover in his home country. Uummhhhh, Kervyn .. yes, Kervyn. Prospective doctor like Kang Hanan.'

After giving instructions to one of the plantation foremen, Mr. Guus immediately left the place together Roosje, Gert, and Dasimah. While Ki Praja, even though he was injured, had to remain as a steering wheel sado aka coachman.

"What exactly happened, Papa?" roosje asked on the sidelines of their journey home. "There is something between Aki Praja and that old man named ... name …."

"Mang Dirman, Miss," said Dasimah to help remind Roosje.

"Yes, that's .. Mang Dirman."

Gert glanced at Dasimah and secretly they both threw smiles at each other.

"Don't talk about it here, Roos," pinta Tuan Guus after looking at the figure of Ki Praja who sat on the coachman's bench. "We'll talk at home."

"Why, Papa?"

"Ah, this is you, Roos," said Mr. Guus annoyed. "Always force you to know everything you want to ask. Can't you wait until the situation calms down a bit and subsides?"

The beautiful blue-eyed girl was embracing her father from the side. "Because I don't want to linger thinking and wondering, Papa. If there really is a chance to know right now, why not ask at the same time. Is that so, dear Papa?"

Master Guus chuckled for a moment. "You're this guy is a lot like your Mama, Eline. He also often made Papa have to know a lot so that Eline no longer asks a lot."

"Because I'm Papa-Mama's son."

"He-he. Yes .. yes .. yaaa," said Mr. Guus as the mangosteen. "Certainly, if only you people hadn't brought Hanan here, maybe this would never have happened, Roos."

"I'm tired of being home, Papa," Roosje said. "Then from that, I want to go around the village. But no one took me away. A person who can accompany. Then, on the way, I met Hanan's man. The rest never thought there would be an incident. That's not him, but Aki Praja with .. Mang Dirman, right?"

"Yes, stop. Later we continue to talk at home again," said Mr. Guus immediately silenced his daughter. "After all, there's something Papa wants to talk to you about, Roos."

"About what, Papa?"

Smiling, Mr. Guus replied, "About you're the one with Kervyn, Roos."

"Abuehh …."

Roosje's face changed as soon as she heard her father's words. This was not out of Dasimah's view.

'Hmmm ….'
