Chapter 21: The New World

The Another Shire POV

I walked among the beautiful flowers, the sound of a guitar playing the classical accompaniment soothing my ears.

I walked without hesitation along the flowers that were infested by many beautiful butterflies. Surprisingly, there was no disturbance of the fearful sounds of the future, I felt like I was in heaven.

Wait, suddenly a very bright light appeared from the end of the road. Someone came from the direction of the light, his steps were peaceful but it made me curious.

Then he said "Receive all the gifts of God, consider them gifts.not curses.then you will be fine". I was surprised to realize that the figure turned out to be Leon's father who once gave me a guitar.

"Master, where have you been? Leon is very sad to find your whereabouts.."

"I'm not far, I'm always there.." Leon's father said as he pointed at the white light.

"Where?" My eyes felt so glare that they couldn't see it.

I ran and fell while chasing Leon's father. Suddenly I woke up, and it was all a dream.

I woke up and was confused to see the whole corner of the room was very foreign. "Leon??". Called him.

There was a rumbling noise from outside the room, and the nurse entered the room carrying medical equipment.

My head was dizzy from the difficulty of distinguishing reality, but the longer I realized that all of this turned out to be just a dream.

The love and pain I've been through all this time was just a dream? Leon and all those voices turned out to be nothing but meaningless dreams.

Before long a man and woman I knew very well came.

"Mother, father". I was crying so much.

Seeing my mother alive and well, I was so happy.

The doctor came and gave me the good news that I could be home in a few days. I was declared conscious from a coma after 1 year due to a bus accident I used to ride after school.

Mom said everyone died on the spot except me who survived.

"Mom can I play guitar?" My toot.

"What's? of course not, you love basketball from the past, I don't think you have musical talent. Why are you suddenly asking?". Mother's answer made me sigh.

"A..uh..so I don't have a musical instrument at home?"

"No one's got, no one's family likes music".

"Your son why are you suddenly acting so strange? Okay, you just rest now don't have to think weird yeah.later mom ask the doctor". Mom looked worried.

"Ahh..no-no! a. I'm just the name in my dreams mom". Answer me

Mother breathed a sigh of relief.

"Thank God, I'm so grateful that there was a good person who saved you that time".

"Who is mom?"

"Name's Noel"

1 Month after discharge from hospital

I walked around my house contemplating my dreams in a coma that seemed so real. I'm very involved because I haven't been to school yet, and there's a good chance I'm repeating 1st grade.

Even though in my dream I have been in 2nd grade and so busy people, in a dream it has seemed tiring.

Soon a moving truck passed me, and I saw a flower plant that looked familiar, and I followed the truck.

To be sure, I suddenly remembered that it was a flower that always appeared in my dreams. But until now I did not know what flowers were.

The truck went very slowly and finally stopped right next to my house, which was my father's house.

I was surprised to see Leon and his father get off the truck. I ran and called him.

"Leon!!"

But when Leon looked around he looked confused and seemed to not recognize me.

When I confronted him, I called him once more. "You're Leon?".

Shortly after the confusion he suddenly smiled and called out to me.

"The shire? you're sober?".

"You know me?" My toot.

"Sure, I was the one who helped you in the accident? you don't want to be hehe?" The answer.

I was silent for quite a while.

Then I realized it was all just a useless dream.

"Thank you for saving me. Noels".

The man seemed busy

"Together, I'm glad I could help. I'm also very grateful that your father took us for a while. Oh yeah, you called Leon, who's Leon?". Leon spoke while lowering his things.

"Ah. I called wrong. Sorry to interrupt, welcome to the new house, Noel and Uncle".

Just as I was about to leave, I saw Noel lowering his guitar and I suddenly became obsessed with seeing him.

"You can have a guitar? ah.. Can I see?".  I asked with a pushy tone.

Leon seemed confused but just nodded and opened the guitar bag.

"But look, don't play! My father forbade anyone including me to play this guitar". He seems protective.

How happy I am, how could this be such a fate. The guitar is very similar to the one in my dreams.

"Wuahh.. That's great your guitar Leon, uh I mean Noel! Teach me sometime!".

"O.ok". His answer was still confused but he ended it with a smile.

"Judah I say yes!! Sorry can't help hehe!!". I answered and turned around, leaving happily.

"The shire!!". Call Noel.

"Yes?". Suddenly he gave me flowers.

"Secure as it is healed". Noel smiled sweetly.

"Thank you if you know what flowers are?".

"lily, hmmm you must not want to. But I always take this with me if I look at you". Answer

I smiled and accepted it.

Suddenly a malevolent figure appeared that I knew in my dream. Doctor Rendy he came with a sword and was about to attack Noel's father. I reflexively picked up the guitar and threw it at Doctor Rendy to prevent the attack.

I can't believe what just happened. The doctor suddenly vanished like smoke after being hit by the guitar. Then all that remains is a mysterious book that is not foreign, because I often see in my dreams.

"W-what did you just do to her? Why did the bad guy leave?". Noel was also very surprised.

"A- did I kill him?". I panicked in fear at the crazy thing I had just seen, not realizing my tears were flowing.

Noel's father took the book and looked at me with a smile.

"Not to be afraid, all these are the consequences of his greed. He's not the one who should be here, so he's ruined because of that guitar". Noel's Dad.

"Then I would like to ask you one more question, if I may know if you know Leon?". I asked while holding back tears.

"Of course, he's my son in another world". The answer.

"So all my dreams are true? if in another world there's someone like me and someone like Noel". Ask surprised.

"What do you mean dad? What the hell is going on?". Noel asked in confusion and also appeared to be still in shock.

"You know the theory of parallel worlds?". Ask Noel's Dad.

"I've only heard of it, but feel it doesn't make sense". Answer Noel.

"The person you saw earlier is not a person from our world, he must have come here to look for the heirlooms of future readers". Answer Noel's father.

"Yes, I know that through my dreams. What kind of heirloom is that?". My toot.

"Follow me". Take Noel's Dad.

We followed Noel's father into the house. He cast a spell and appeared a black hole that sucked us into another world.

Suddenly we were in front of a Guitar shop that always appeared in my dreams. I immediately entered the room and ascertained whether the other Shire and Leon were there.

They both looked surprised to see our presence. Leon suddenly cries because he sees Noel's father.

"Dadzh". Leon hugged her immediately.

"I'm not your father, son". Said Noel's Dad.

"Then where's my dad, tell me he's alive, right?". Leon Said.

"He's in this world, he'll be here any minute". Answer Noel's father.

"Leon!!". Someone from the door called Leon.

"Dadzhhhh". Leon cried even harder and hugged his father.

"Hahaha, since when have you been so whiny?". Ask Leon's Dad.

"Dad joking? I suffered so much without my father". Leon replied while venting his emotions.

"Dad did this for the good of everyone, from now on father will never leave you again". Answer Leon's Father.

Funny thing in the room there are 3 people whose faces look alike, as if there is a CGI effect there.

Suddenly someone came in and was surprised to see all of us in the room. He was Dio, Dio looked very shocked and finally he fainted.

After a while Dio finally woke up and saw us again, making it seem like he was going to faint again.

"Dio! don't faint again" Shire said from another World.

"Shire, why are you 2? these people are also why are there all 2?". Ask Dio.

After we told a long story, Dio finally understood but was still afraid.

"So this sir is Leon's father? Aaaah.. Right, I saw him when he was overseas telling me I had to follow my heart. I was influenced to go home and cancel my scholarship to look after the Shire who lost her mother. Though at that time I was just a prankster with this man I consider a stranger". Dio.

"So you've been overseas all this time?" Ask Leon.

"Yes, right. I can't harm you. If Dr. Rendy finds out he's alive, he'll probably go crazy and hurt our family". Answer Leon's Father.

"Yes, it was Leon's father who planned to defeat Doctor Randy in your world, but I was surprised that even the Shire of my world defeated Doctor Randy". Answer Noel's father.

"So it's true I killed Dr. Randy's? Why did he die so easily? Then Leon's father should have been able to prevent him from the past by using the magic guitar". My answer.

"W-what? you killed him with a guitar? Sir please explain". Ask the Shire from another world.

"There's actually a part of this book that's missing. I also just found out that it could be a deadly weapon for explorers from other worlds and the Shire managed to uncover it at the right time". Answer Leon's Father.

"So Doctor Randy has not been aware that the item he's been looking for is a guitar? How could you give me that guitar? I was so tormented by her". The shire from the other world looked disappointed.

"Shire, from the beginning I didn't just give it to you. I get a hint that you are not greedy and qualified to wear this guitar. Do not blame yourself, all the disasters that befall the people around you are supposed to happen. It's just that you know it sooner, think of it as a gift". Said Leon's Father.

"Well I'll accept it, but I want to return the guitar to the master and eliminate this power. Actually I wonder why I got strength again after meeting Leon, when I stopped playing that guitar". Ask the Shire from another world.

"You're wrong, you never lost that power and it didn't come back because of Leon. That power is always with you, which may be unstable and turbulent at first, and then it will disappear for a moment until the right moment will develop into stronger". Father Leon's reply shocked the Shire of the Otherworld, I who only saw it from a dream came to understand the woman's feelings.

"Sir please, I don't want to have this power anymore". The other Shire begged sincerely.

"Calm down, when you get back home there won't be any more symptoms. All the heirloom guitars of future readers have been wiped out thanks to this woman". Leon's father looked at me.

The Shire of the world called his father and confirmed it. The woman smiled happily knowing that the guitar was gone.

"Then I say I want to clean up my transfer items". Noel's father said with a smile.

The three of us went to return to the original world and waved each other, delivered with smiles of the inhabitants of that world.

"Leon take good care of the Shire!". I shouted at the last second that the portal was closed.

"wait". Shire from Another World.

"May I come along for a moment, I just want to see my mother's face for a second". Further.

I nodded with a smile and took her to come to my world.
