Ever since that conversation on the beach, Edgar no longer called me and never showed up on campus again. What the hell happened to him? There's a little guilt. I went back to fighting with my heart. Should I send a message to ask the news? But, there was a sense of prestige holding back that desire. Until it just passed. I finally waited a few more days. Whether he will show up or not. If not, I decided to look for him.
A week later, Edgar still did not appear on campus. I started to wonder what he was doing. I don't think he's out of town for a competition either. I finally threw away the prestige and tried to contact him. Unfortunately, the number is inactive. It just so happens to be Sunday. Sienna went outside with aunt. While I'm home alone. Because there was nothing to do so I decided to go find Edgar at his mansion.
The journey is quite fast by taxi. I arrived at Edgar's mansion in less than half an hour. The atmosphere of the house is very quiet. From the gate I could see Edgar's car parked in the garage. I asked the driver to wait in front of the gate while I went inside.
This vast courtyard is very quiet, there is no one I have met. I saw Mr. Henry used to drive me and Sienna here. I called him right away.
"Mrs. Henry! Mr. Henry!" I shouted while half-running towards the place where he was.
Mr. Henry is aware of my call. He looked at me and nodded respectfully as he used to do to Edgar.
"Miss Eriza! How are you?" tanyanya.
"You remember me!?" I said.
"Of course, my memory is still good. What did Miss get here?" ask Mr. Henry frowned.
"I'm looking for Edgar! Is he home? I've contacted him but his number isn't active!" I explained the purpose of my arrival.
"Sorry Miss, but young master is not here! It's been a week since the young master left for New Angeles" replied Mr. Henrys.
"To New Angeles?! What's for?" ask me in wonder.
"Family business" replied Mr. Henry calm.
"Oh," I muttered. I understand Mr. Henry wouldn't explain it to me in detail. So there's no point in me asking more.
"Alright, Mr. Henrys. Thanks for your information. Excuse me first!" I'm leaving.
Mr. Henry just nodded. I started walking out of the yard. At first glance I caught the shadow of a woman behind the windowpanes. The woman seemed to be watching me. Realizing that I was looking at her, the woman then hid herself behind the window curtain. I don't care about it anymore either. I got into the taxi that brought me home.

"Who's the girl who just came here?"
Nancy immediately intercepted Henry with a question as soon as the old man entered the house.
"He's a college friend young master. Is there a problem, ma'am?" ask Henry.
"No," replied Nancy as she passed away.
From his heart he muttered, 'the poor girl is walking towards the valley of death'.

Strange, what's Edgar going to New Angeles for? What's he doing there? What kind of family business is Mr. Henry's? I became curious.
I grabbed my phone and tried to dial Edgar's number. But again the number is off. I got anxious. Does this have anything to do with Wallace?! Oh my goodness .. don't let that relate to him. Remembering before Edgar's departure he warned me to stay away from Wallace. I'm so confused what is this really?
"What's wrong?" asked Sienna who had so come to see the trembling in my face.
"I don't know. I'm not calm!" my answer.
"What's the problem?" ask Sienna more clearly.
"Edgar. He's been to New Angeles for a week. The number hasn't been active until now" I explained.
"Why do you feel unsettled?" ask the confused Sienna.
"Before he left he asked me to stay away from Wallace for no apparent reason. Of course I was angry and didn't want to talk to him. The next day he did not appear on campus. And he went to New Angeles. Then now there's no word from him and I don't know what he's going to do" I replied clearly.
"So, what do you think he's missing to see Wallace?!" sienna.
"Will he do that?" my many.
At first Sienna shrugged both of her shoulders, but she said.
"If he ever dared to ask you to stay away from Wallace. Wouldn't it be possible if he would also ask Wallace to do the same?!"
"I won't let it!" I said quickly.
"What are you gonna do?" sienna asked calmly even though I was already so tense.
"I'm going to New Angeles!" I said steady.
"What?" sienna was shocked.
I threw a triumphant smile at him. Then go to the room. But Sienna followed me. As if I still can't believe what I just said. He kept asking me.
"You're kidding me, right?" abugn.
"I'm serious!" I said.
"What about college?" tanyakanya.
"I can repeat it when I come back later" I replied calmly.
"But, you can't go alone!?" sienna said objection.
"Maybe. I'll go there myself. I've been there before and I'm sure I won't get lost!" I said.
Sienna was speechless at a loss for words.
"Geez, Riza .... Are you sure of your decision?" Sienna still couldn't believe it.
"A hundred percent sure!"
"Then, when did you leave?" ask Sienna.
"Tomorrow!" my answer is very sure.
"Did Wallace mean so much to you!?" sienna asked in a low voice.
I'm dumbfounded. Meanin? I'm honestly not sure about that question. But anyway he's the young man who made me fall in love at first sight. And I still can't forget it to this day. But regardless of the meaning or absence of Wallace, I still have to find Edgar to straighten out my problems with him. I nodded quickly.
"Yes. Yep. Sure thing!" I said quickly.
"What are you going to tell my mom?" sienna asked with a sigh.
"Maybe I'll just tell him by letter. Aunt would have disagreed if I went alone for some vague reason" I replied.
"All right, I get it. I can only pray for you. Good luck!" sienna said and then she left me alone.
I don't want to think much anymore. Before my mind changed I immediately packed up the things I would bring tomorrow. I booked my departure ticket online for tomorrow afternoon. Then write a letter to Jane's aunt as well as a letter of absence on campus.
The next morning Sienna met me in the room before she left for college. I'm making the bed. His face looks sad. But I tried to encourage him.
"You should call me as soon as you arrive. And get home as soon as the business is done!" sienna's message was like a threat.
"Yes. Ja. At least I'm only a few days there!" I said with a smile.
"You know how boring the house is if there's no you, Riza! I'll miss you!" sienna said as she hugged me tightly.
"I must have missed you too! I'll go home and buy some souvenirs, yeah!" I said a little comforting.
"I don't need souvenirs. As long as you come home quickly it's already a very good gift for me!" answer Sienna.
Realizing he must soon depart for college lethargicly dragging his feet away from the room.
I just smiled to see it. Sienna turned around and ordered.
"Be careful, yes! Remember when you called me!"
"Yes. Be a little excited, Sienna! You look old when you're so lethargic!" my tease.
Sienna just nodded. And go until there's only me in this house.
I put a letter to Aunt Jane on her dresser. He will read it when he gets home. When the clock was right at eleven o'clock in the afternoon, the taxi I called arrived at the front of the house. I hurried off from Los Angeles to New Angeles.
