Chapter 206 Operation Action
Ivona arranges an appointment with Esther to perform brain neurosurgical surgery, an important patient. Actually doctors at various hospitals have given up on the risks they will receive. "Miss.., this way!" upon seeing Ivona's arrival, Esther directs the girl to enter a room prepared for her. Ivona walked after Esther in front of her, they did take a road that did not cross much with the crowd.
"Please enter Miss., Doctor Marcus is waiting inside. I'll just go outside, make sure nobody comes in." Esther invited Ivona in. The girl then sat down on the chair that was already available at the door.
"Thank you Esther.." Ivona immediately enters the room, and sees Doctor Marcus talking to a man inside. Questioningly, Ivona looked at Marcus.
"Thank God, Doctor Ivona has finally arrived. Doctor..., meet this Richard! The son of the patient who has surgery scheduled today." Doctor Marcus stands up, then introduces Ivona to the patient's family. Ivona smiled and held both hands cupped forward. The man just looked at her while raising the corner of his lips upwards.
"How much percent of your confidence is in doing surgery on my papa?" suddenly the man asked a little cynically to Ivona. The girl took a breath, then looked at the man named Richard boldly.
"I'm asking you. answered Dong. Don't even look at it that way." the man continued his sentence, upon seeing Ivona's gaze.
"Huh.., my belief in surgery depends on your belief as the son of the patient." smiling smirk, Ivona answered Richard's question. The girl dislikes the most people who do so without waiting for the results first.
"Take your word. What do you mean by your word?" Hearing Ivona's reply, Richard looked very angry. But luckily Doctor Marcus mediates them right away.
"Mr Richard.., please hold the emotion for a moment. Papa Tuan's operations will be carried out. Indeed Doctor Ivona is also not wrong, the belief of the closest people to the patient's recovery will form the psychological fighting power of the patient to be able to survive. Ivona studied the results of blood tests, electrocardiogram (ECG), electroencephalogram (EEG), lumbar puncture, chest X-ray, and MRI of the patient. All results obtained, stating that the patient is ready for surgery. After reading the patient's physical preparation for surgery, Ivona washed her hands and sterilized both hands.
"Good morning Mr...., ready to live longer."in her distinctive voice, Ivona greeted the patient. Mr. Frans who is about to perform the operation looks towards Ivona. After the patient's skull was successfully opened, Dr. Marcus shifted to the side. Ivona quickly takes over Marcus' place. With great care Ivona observed the problems experienced by patients. The damaged part of the brain was removed by Ivona, then he repaired it. Everyone in the room took a deep breath, the slightest mistake would be fatal. Not long after..
"Doctor Marcus reattached the patient's skin, and bones." the line the men were waiting for finally came out of Ivona's mouth. Breath of relief accompanied them. Quickly, Marcus immediately took over Ivona's actions.
Seeing and observing what Marcus was doing for a while, Ivona immediately walked out of the operating room. The girl went straight into the bathroom to clean herself up. Esther, who always accompanied, immediately approached Ivona after seeing her come out of the bathroom.
"Miss.., Dr. Marcus has prepared lunch in the waiting room. Non Ivona is going straight home.., or do you want to have lunch first?" seeing Ivona's achievement, Esther immediately invited him to lunch.
Ivona looked towards the wall, and the girl took a breath after counting the time. Seven hours he spent in the operating room.
"I reached Esther.., I ate in the car. Take me home..!" without waiting for Esther's answer, Ivona had changed into her favorite dress. After calling someone, Esther immediately followed Ivona behind her.
