63. Down the charade
Inside a VIP room in a US army hospital.
Everyone was focused on a CCTV screen showing a frustrated man calling her Princess by name.
"Mother" Sarah hugged Leora when she couldn't see her husband in such a state.
Seemed frustrated and in pain, filled with regret and helplessness. Moreover, the man had just been injured due to his leg being bumped into the corner of the table.
"Calm down, let your father handle it." Leora rubbed Sarah's head.
"Mother, it's best to stop this charade I can't bear to see Big Brother like that." Ana said as the teenage girl held her mother's hand.
"Wait a minute." Laila.
Just now the woman finished speaking when the door to Andra's room was opened showing Angkasa using night vision that helped her see in the dark.
"Hows it? How does it feel to see and go back to being blind? Are you glad you can only see the darkness?" Space said as the man walked towards the sofa in front of Andra and sat there looking down at the helpless Andra on the floor.
The place was so dark, so dark that Andra could not realize that actually his eyes could see normally, but the place was deliberately made dark by Angkasa so that the man thought himself back blind.
"Master, sir, please meet me with the Princess. For the last time, after which I will never bother him again." Said Andra as the man shed tears and tried to fumble to get closer to Angkasa.
"You think you're still worthy to see him after everything you've done to him? Even to meet your son one day, I won't let you!" Space speech made Andra who was temporarily fumbling instantly stop his movement.
The kid? A kid? The daughter is pregnant with her child?
Quite a long silence, Andra again dropped himself on the floor and crawled towards the source of the sound.
"Please, please, please, please, one last time please let me see my wife." Said Andra in a very pitiful voice as the man finally found the legs of Angkasa and kowtowed beneath the man's feet.
The man did so for only one reason, only one reason so that he could meet his wife and at least greet his unborn child to the world.
"Do you think my grandson deserves a blind father like you?" Angkasa asked as he watched the man from behind the night vision lens he was wearing.
Although not very clear, but the man can still see that at this time Andra's face was filled with slump. The face was exhausted and looked very messy.
"I know, but please allow me to apologize to her, after which I promise, I promise I will never approach her again as long as I can apologize to her." Said Andra where the man further tightened his grip on the shoes belonging to Space.
While in the VIP room, Sarah who could not stand it anymore, the woman immediately ran out of the room and entered the elevator to go up to the floor where Andra was.
"Sarah," Ocean was surprised to see his daughter-in-law so hurriedly.
The man had just returned from downstairs after talking to the doctor about Andra's condition.
But Sarah did not have time to respond and immediately closed the elevator door and pressed the floor button she was about to go.
"Andra is conscious. I'll meet her" Sarah half-whispered as she wiped away her tears that had washed down her cheeks.
Enough is enough, her husband has suffered enough. It was enough for her father to humiliate her husband, anyway now, the only thing on his mind was to end the whole charade.
She would go into the room and light the lights and hug her husband tightly and tell him that she had forgiven all Andra's faults.
