Ch.84: Ring Compass

On a sunny morning, Andi woke up in her room. The sound of vehicles passing by in the morning sounded quite clear, of course different from the atmosphere where he lived in the village.

When he started getting out of bed, Andi immediately took and checked his cellphone, still rubbing his eyes he saw there was a message that had not been read.

After opening the contents, he got a mission order from his organization. At first he was still confused why he even got a mission when he was permission.

However, after finishing reading the message below, Andi again snorted annoyed.

“Huft, whereas it is a holiday .. why there should also be a mission that happens to be in this city, annoying, inevitably I have to accept it,” complained Andi who began to be annoyed.

He rushed to get ready, hoping to complete his mission immediately, so that his vacation time was not much wasted.

After he finished his morning activities, Andi also said goodbye to go for a walk around the city.

However, when he got permission from his parents, the sister instead intercepted him and asked to come along, of course Andi refused his sister's request. Although his mission this time was only looking for an object, but still he did not want anyone to interfere with his activities.

Even though the brother whined, he still wouldn't let him go.

“Why can't I go?” asked Ivan, annoyed.

“I'm having business, not just to play around, you stay at home, I will buy something when I go home later,” persuaded Andi who tried to calm him.

“Do not want, father and mother will soon leave for work, alone it is boring so want to join brother,” protest Ivan who does not want to know.

“Can't! you stay home, I won't be long, don't be a wayward child,” Andi's reply began to annoy.

Without further ado, Andi immediately left to complete his mission.

Long enough to walk to find the destination location, it seems he had to cross a fairly wide highway. Without wasting any time, Andi crossed over quickly and stepped forward again.

Soon a familiar voice was calling out his name.

“Kak Andi! wait for me!” pekik.

Andi looked back. At the same time he saw a truck speeding and hit Ivan who was running without looking around.

Andi was silent stiffly seeing the events that were so fast in front of his eyes. His two hands started to tremble and with a breath he started to run towards the crowd of people.

There he saw his sister lying covered in blood, her tears began to flow profusely, her neck was suffocating to the point of not being able to say a word. His mood was instantly shattered back then and could only fall silent as the ambulance drove the two towards the hospital.

A few hours passed and the aunt came to the hospital to see how they both were doing. There the aunt tried to calm Andi who looked very shocked by the accident.

When the doctor gave the sad news about Ivan's departure, Andi also looked more stressed to hear the reality. He could only be silent while crying.

A few hours later the mother and father finally arrived at the hospital, of course they were very saddened by this news, even though there was nothing they could do but calm each other down.

A few days after the incident, Andi just locked himself in the room and continued to blame himself.

‘If I hadn't left that day, none of this would have happened.’

‘No, even so there is still tomorrow that allows it to happen as well.’

‘If only there was no mission.’

‘But I won't be able to protect anyone if I don't join.’

‘Stay only! I still can't protect the people I love.’

‘No, it's their fault .. There shouldn't be such a mission in this place, a mission that is very important to them but ended up snatching mine.’

‘Tak can't be forgiven.’

Andi cried again until finally remembered with the little girl he met a few days ago. Andi got back up and wiped her tears.

“I still have a few days off, a few days away, if that thing is indeed valuable to them all I have to do right now is find it and keep it in a place where no one can find it, that way ... everything they plan will not be realized forever, ” muttered Andi who looked ambitious.

Andi started rushing away to find the object before anyone picked it up first.

Long enough to run on the road, he finally arrived in front of the village temple. There he began to search for the existence of the mysterious object.

After hours of searching, he found a small box behind the inscription that covered a square stone. Andi immediately opened the contents, he smirked in satisfaction.

“Finally, I finally found it ... Ring Compass ... I don't know what this thing is for, but as long as I keep it well then I win.”

Without wasting any more time, he immediately tidied up everything like his original position before finally leaving the place and returning home.

A few days passed before he would return to the village, Andi again contacted the organization.

“Halo, good night .. I Andi wanted to tell you about the mission a few days ago, that I couldn't finish it, had been searching for it for days but still hadn't found it, tomorrow I will return to the village, so please this mission is handed over to the other members, more people are better because it is very difficult,” explained Andi briefly.

“Alright then,” reply is short.

Andi came back to dry after hanging up the phone.

“Ahaha... find as many as possible, the more people the better, even if this world will end soon you will not be able to find because this thing is already in my hands, next I will ask Shin to hide it,” muttered Andi with a cold look.

The next day Andi returned to packing his things to return to the village.

“Andi, have you been better? stay longer here, I know you must still think about the departure of Ivan, I'm afraid something will happen to you too,” said the mother who looked worried.

“Let's just relax, I've been better .. I also have to go to school and my permit period is up too, so I have to go back to the village, don't worry ... I'll be fine,” Andi said calmly.

“Alright then we leave now, if need something later, you can contact father and mother, we will try our best,” continued the father.

“Alright, thank you dad, mom .. then let's go.”

Andi immediately entered the car with his father and immediately left to return to the village.
