“Sus.. Seriously have to buy this?”. Ask Evan who still doesn't believe.

“Iya, please buyin as soon as it's an emergency!”. The nurse nodded while answering Evan's question.

Evan of course did not want to buy it, but because it's for Alexa then this time it's okay according to him. After all, the triple a had also looked at him strangely, perhaps indirectly hoping that Evan would buy it for their sister.

Suddenly, when the cashier and Evan were confused, someone put his groceries on the cashier table.

Evan and the cashier looked towards the person who placed the basket.
