Rai lowered his head not heeding Ken's words back then, he was silent and did not fight back in the slightest.
"You know, they're all innocent. And you still believe yourself free to go anywhere at will. You're the real devil!" Caci Ken's.
"Hopefully you're unlucky! Someone precious to you is still alive, right? Let's see it later." Ken ended his words with a slight smile challenging Rai who still did not react.
"I'm sorry for being late. About that demon if there's a chance I'll kill you according to your grudges." Rai finally spoke. Ken heard it and did not respond with words. He instead returned to showing a cynical smile and left just like that.
Rai only saw Ken's departure back then, he couldn't possibly prevent it or calm his heart. All right, all this time over the incident that happened was indeed because of his fault. But who knows if the devil will do it. Rai is quite sorry and increasingly ignited emotions when he hears every day cases committed by demons who do not know themselves. But what can Rai do? He doesn't even know how to control it.
Deep in his heart Rai really understands what Ken felt at that time, because everything Ken felt, Rai also experienced it now.
Rai was immediately aghast waking up his mind drifted back to Hyerin.
Without thinking of anything else, Rai immediately left that place.
Now is the time when all spirits live in their world. Because the time covenant of man and spirit can coexist within the time limit set by the turn of the clock.
Rai looked at Hyerin deeply. He could not for a second go and ignored Hyerin's eyes, although it was very painful when he saw that powerless Hyerin, but what power Rai could only withstand all the increasingly piercing tightness in his chest.
No one will understand his story, Rai cannot continue to wait within the boundaries of the two worlds that separate them. But what can he do? Hyerin had already lived through fate even though she lived like a statue. Living yet unable to breathe her breath like she was alive. Suppose Rai could have ended his magic, it might have made Hyerin return to being a full spirit and reincarnated.
Very long Rai looked at Hyerin who was lying on the bed. Although he opened his eyes but Hyerin did not react in the slightest.
What's wrong so fate makes him like that.
Rai can't get her back to crying like she was alone. Her feelings are already shattered, after a long wait she must see Hyerin again bear a painful destiny. Luckily there would be no one to see him crying, for he was only an invisible spirit.
Every wait always ends in disappointment. Till now. If only the opportunity came even once, Rai promised to fix all the problems and no longer made a pact with the demon. He will accept his destiny and leave in peace.
Suddenly something surprised. Rai immediately investigated and when he lifted his face looking at Hyerin was seen from the monitor beside him which indicated that the patient was dead? What the hell's going on? Rai panicked not being able to control himself. He cried out in vain, for there would not be a single human listening to him at that moment. Rai ran in search of a doctor, coincidentally a doctor was walking towards him. Rai further accelerated his footsteps and continued to tell the doctor that the patient in the room, Hyerin, was dying. What power his efforts are just in vain. The doctor did not listen to even anyone in the room that he saw, instead no one could look at him and realize his presence.
Rai is very frustrated because he can not do anything. But he realized again, wasn't he the death god Hyerin? Why he immediately panicked, now should be the time to pick up Hyerin.
Rai continued to run with pleasure because he would meet again with Hyerin who he kept waiting for.
After arriving at the door of his heart thumped, a line of smiles widened at the tip of his lips.
However upon entering the room all the beauty of Rai's expression suddenly changed. Just silence. Rai did not say anything, nor could he express it. Should he be happy or vice versa?
Hyerin in front of her eyes seemed ordinary to be sitting and talking to a nurse while removing every tool that had been attached to the body. Rai stared and just lowered his head.
Destiny always plays and surprises that no one can expect. Hyerin recovered instantly after passing through the dying that Rai himself watched with both of his eyes. Some time ago until now Rai has seen Hyerin recover from coma and dying.
What it will be, it is impossible to stop destiny. If it should happen it would happen too.
Rai could only resignedly turn his face and slowly retreat away.
Disappointed as to whether he should vent his disappointment. This is his defeat again. Rai was still silent under the shade of the sky. Leaning back in a building looks empty and weathered to age. Rai could not do anything even though he was actually a god of death.
The memory of the mass is always coming back, of all things in the matter of Hyerin's birth and her coming into this world. All the memories Rai would never forget, let alone for now. It felt like he was unlikely to forget all his sacrifices all along.
It would all be in vain if the opportunity did not come a second time. But what can Rai do? Although he was a god of death but his birth as a god of death was not something perfect, his age was limited in a matter of time.
And now is the time? Time is just a little.
The feeling of worry made Rai lose his mind. He was still slumped and drowning in his own grief.
It was highly unlikely that he would return to the forbidden agreement, but if not would the time be enough to wait for Hyerin who was uncertain when she would return to this place?
To whom will Rai ask all his worries? He didn't have a single person by his side. All he didn't have included Hyerin who just came and went again.
Time passed without waiting. Rai is getting worse in his grief, he is worried and cannot do anything that will make him understand about destiny and the way he accepts all that destiny. Everything feels so hard. He only had one determination to live and live it. It was only for Hyerin and to wait for the opportunity to come for her again.
