After emptying all the scales in the hospital warehouse, Ars leaves unbeknownst to Richard and the people around him.
Walking on the street, he noticed there were many pedestrians compared to a few minutes before. People are no longer afraid of being infected with Night Fever, after learning that all the patients have miraculously recovered.
Only a handful of people know that he was behind the incident, so Ars did not attract attention while walking.
"With the current level of technology, it will take at least five more years before the Night Fever vaccine is invented. When that time comes, I don't know how many human populations are left."
Seeing the joyous look on the faces of the people around him, his mood was as calm as the surface of the lake.
(If it was me before, I would also feel the happiness of others. Sure enough, the longer I live, the more apathetic and lost my humanity.)
Even so, Ars does not care about this, and has predicted this sooner or later.
...
"No one?"
Ars infiltrates the mansion, but does not find Marie.
"The last time I met little Marie was about three years ago. Forget it, he's not like I'm an unemployed man who has unlimited time."
He was not too disappointed not to be able to meet his friend's granddaughter.
In addition to managing the Grocery Bar founded by Nicholas, Marie has built a cosmetics company, and as a CEO of the company, every second of her time is precious.
"Well, let's look at the situation in other countries."
Ars left the mansion, from the beginning of his arrival until his departure, no one was aware of his whereabouts.
...
In just five hours, Ars has circumnavigated the world once. If not for him occasionally stopping and observing the state of the human settlement, he could have been faster.
He is now in the State of Sarabael, which is the oldest country in the world.
"As the oldest country, this place is very poor. This place is even worse than Mathias City in the Yakini Country."
This is already the fifth city in the Sarabael state, which Ars came to observe.
If he had to make a comparison, Mathias City was like a city, while the cities in Sarabael Country were like slums.
"Rin and Idaten of previous generations were too careless, they never even considered soil fertility so that humans could grow crops."
The land in Sarabael State is barren and difficult to plant, so the people of Sarabael State experience hunger and malnutrition. Plus the outbreak of Night Fever, they lived a very miserable life, and many people decided to commit suicide.
Ars knew the State of Sarabael was founded by Rin and other Idatens before the Devil was sealed. Originally this place was only an underground shelter, which was dug to keep humans safe.
But, after a few centuries, there were few humans to live in the State of Sarabael. Landslides, droughts, floods every rain, etc.
"This place is so hard for humans to survive."
"Well, I'll help change Sarabael's country for the better."
After going around, Ars could not bear to see the suffering of the people around him and decided to help.
"Rin wouldn't be mad if I skipped training a few days, would he?" Ars muttering.
...
Ars worked hard for a week.
In addition to curing everyone infected with Night Fever, he does many other things.
He turned barren land into arable land, grew many crops and wheat, tamed the flood, etc.
It transformed the Sarabael State into a much more livable place.
Ars did not hide his existence until the inhabitants of Sarabael witnessed all his actions.
They even made a religion about him, and considered him a god.
Of course he never claimed to be a god, but they were unwilling to listen to him, and still worshiped him as a god.
Ars looked at the green land and the rivers that flowed through the fields..
This is all the work of a week!
"I have made this country a habitable place, the rest is up to you. Whether you want to develop or destroy, it has nothing to do with me."
Those words were aimed at the people behind Ars.
"We understand, Lord Ars. We will definitely work our best to keep and improve all your awards."
A 35-year-old man, wearing religious clothing, and a high hat on his head. He was named Joshua, and the highest religious priest who worshipped Ars.
Ars glanced at Joshua and the other devotees, then his figure disappeared because his movement accident was too fast to be seen by the human eye.
"Goodbye, God Ars."
Joshua and hundreds of worshippers kneeled down, and bid farewell. Unfortunately, the god they adored did not listen, as he was already thousands of kilometers away.
...
Ars is running at hypersonic speed. From his point of view, the scenery around him changed in just a few seconds like an accelerated film, but one scene made him stop abruptly.
"That's..."
He walked towards a phenomenon that caught his attention.
In front of him was a vortex like a black hole. If observed carefully, in the vortex there is a yellow light similar to the sun.
"Don't tell me this is the new Idaten birth phenomenon?"
Ars once asked how Idaten could appear to Rin.
According to Rin, Idaten is a naturally occurring figure. The birthmark of Idaten is a vortex floating in the air.
If the vortex is left, the Idaten within that vortex will still be born within a few centuries. But with the intervention of another Idaten, they could be pulled out in the blink of an eye.
The reason Brandon was stuck in a dark place for more than 24 hours, on his seventh reincarnation, he was reincarnated as an Idaten and took several centuries to be born. Fortunately, within a few days of incubation, Rin comes to find her and pulls her from the vortex, allowing her to be born sooner than she should.
The reason Rin is patrolling around the world, she intends to find and attract new Idaten to join her.
"Must I pull Idaten inside the vortex or call Rin and let her do it?"
Standing in front of the vortex, Ars hesitantly acted.
"Just do what I need to fear. With the addition of a new Idaten, it means I have juniors and there are friends to talk to."
Ars thinks Rin is boring, and needs a chatter buddy.
"Let's start."
Inserting his right hand into the vortex, he felt a sticky sensation as if his hand had entered the quicksand.
"It feels disgusting..."
Ars complained, and his hand held a hand.
"Here we go!"
Pulling his hand from within the vortex, a tall, long white-haired man was pulled along by him.
The vortex disappeared along with the exit of the tall man.
"Eh?"
The tall man exclaimed and looked at Ars with a confused expression.
"You know who you are?"
Releasing the man's hand, Ars asked to test something.
"I? Hmmmm.... I'm an Idaten." Answer the tall man.
(Truely, every Idaten knows this. The reason I'm not the same as them, is because I'm a Reinkarnator, so I don't receive any innate information as an Idaten.)
Hearing that, Ars' speculation was finally confirmed.
The tall man before him was the recently born Idaten, yet he already knew of his status as an Idaten. Unlike Ars who knows nothing about Idaten.
"You're also Idaten?" Asked the tall young man curiously.
"Yes, my name is Ars, Idaten is just like you, nice to meet you. What's yourname?"
"I was... Prontea."
The tall man frowned, and reported his name.
"Prontea, I'll take you to see the other Idaten."
Not waiting for Prontea to react, Ars pulled his collar and dragged it while running at Hypersonic speed.
His method was exactly the same as Rin had brought him first.
"Yahoo!!!"
Prontea was hysterically screaming.
