Rara is now with Rey. They see Ayu who is doing the examination.

The doctor sat in his big chair, while the other nurse cleaned all the tools that had been used by the Doctor to examine Ayu.

"How's Doc?"asked Rey who was very curious about the condition of his wife.

"The disease is getting worse and has even entered stage 3" replied the Doctor

"Then, is there any other way for my wife Doc, for her illness to be cured?" ask Rey

"Right now the only way is just chemotherapy, but that's not possible because Miss Ayu is pregnant" explained the doctor

Rey looked lethargic to hear from the doctor.

Ayu was brought back to the hospital room because she had finished checking.

Rey and Ayu follow behind the nurse who pushes the patient's gurney.

"Ra, you better just go home. Let me take care of Ayu."

"All right, but Rara's coming home tonight" he said

"You just go home Mom, pity Mom when you're home alone." Pinta Rey

"Yes" answered Rara

In the evening Rara came home with a pick up by the driver of the Aerospace family.

Rara who just arrived at the Aerospace Residence immediately went inside. there were Bu Farah, Juna, and Baby Zie who were sitting relaxed while watching television.

"What's Ayu's condition, Ra?" ask Farah to her daughter-in-law.

"Ayu has done another examination Mah. his disease is getting worse because he did not do chemotherapy as recommended by the Doctor" said Rara

"Astagfirullahaladzim"

"Then what should we do so that Ayu can heal again?"

"We have to pray a lot for the recovery of Ayu Mah. Actually it could be if Ayu back outpatient but the only way Ayu had to abort her fetus. but Ayu still refused because she wanted a child so badly, and it was impossible if she aborted her own flesh and blood." explained Rara

"It's Mah, Mama's strong yeah." Juna patted Bu Farah's crying shoulder.

Bu Farah remembered how patient Ayu had been all this time.even when she had not accepted Ayu as her daughter-in-law, Ayu remained kind to her. Rara is not much different from him. Ms. Farah had promised herself that she would treat her daughter-in-law well, because it was appropriate for both of her daughters-in-law to be very kind and sincere to her.

It does not feel four months have passed. now the content of Ayu stepped on the age of 8 months, and during that time Rey always pay attention to Ayu. even when he was just a day out of town to take care of work, he was willing to come back again for the sake of his wife's wishes. Ayu always wanted to be close to her husband.

Juna, Rara, and Baby Zie also now live with them. This is all because of Ayu's wishes. Ayu wants to be close to her family every day.

Ayu and Rey were alone in the room.

"Mas, Ayu beg Mas to promise one thing to Ayu." Ayu stared fixedly at the handsome face of her husband.

"Dear, what is it?" ask Rey

"Whatever happens later, Ayu hope Mas will raise this child.if only have to choose between two choices, Ayu hope Mas will choose this child." said Ayu with a sad-looking face.

"What are you talking about, honey? we're gonna raise this kid together." Rey looked at his wife's pale face.

"Wait Mom! there is still one more request Ayu." said Ayu and a few moments later heard a knock on the door from outside their room.

"Beautiful moment" Rey said to his wife, then she rushed to open the door to her room.

Rey sees two hijab-wearing women in front of her, Rara and the other Princess.

"Please Enter!" Rey invites both of them to enter.

"Well, I want to go out first. I don't want to bother you ladies."

"Don't go! Mas Rey here, there's still something else Ayu wants to say."

Rey sat down on the side of the bed.

Ayu looked at Rey and the Princess in turn.

"Mas Rey, Miss, Ayu has one request for you." Ayu was actually very heavy-hearted to say her wish.

"Marry" the word just got out of his mouth.

"Dye..Ayu..you why, baby?" Rey was so panicked when she saw his wife was unconscious.

"Ra, get the driver to get the car ready.we'll take Ayu to the hospital right now."

"Good Mas" Ayu walked out of the room in a hurry.

The princess who was still there volunteered to help Rey who was holding Ayu.

"Sinih Brother Rey, let the Princess help." bargained the Princess

"No need! I can do it myself." Rey walked out of the room in a panic.

Do I have to marry him? from his attitude alone it looks cold.there's only Ayu." Inner Princess while staring at Rey's departure.

The princess followed them. She will also come to the Hospital.

After a 30-minute journey, they reached the Hospital. Rey got out of the car and carried Ayu inside.

"Susters...Doctor.please help my wife." Rey shouted while looking at her left right.

"Wait a minute, sir." said one Sister and took a wheelchair.

Rey got Ayu there, and she pushed the wheelchair down the Sister's path.

they've arrived in front of the ER room. Rey is asked to stay outside because Ayu must be given first aid immediately.

several nurses and doctors walked into the room.

After he finished his examination, the doctor came out of the ER room.

"Excuse me to Miss Ayu's family."

"I'm her husband Doc, how's my wife doing?"

"Your wife must immediately perform surgery.this is for the safety of the baby she contains." explains the Doctor

"But it's not time for my wife to give birth to Doc?"

"This is for the safety of both" said the doctor

"Alright, do your best for my wife and son Doc."

Rey sat in the front seat of this room. A few minutes later came Juna, Rara, Putri, Bu Farah, and Baby Zie.

they all panicked to find out that Ayu had suddenly fainted.

"What's Ayu's condition, son?" ask the recently arrived Farah.

"Well Mah is in surgery, Ayu must give birth now.We better pray that Ayu and her child are okay" said Rey

After waiting for an hour, the door of the room opened, the doctor came out of the room.

"Welcome Mr. Rey, your son. and now we will take him to the special room of the baby.for a while the baby will be placed in the incubator because it was born with a premature condition. and you're not allowed to take him home because we still have to check his condition from time to time" explained the doctor

"Take care Doc, thank you for saving my son. Please do your best for my son."

"Of course, that's our job" he replied

"What about my wife's condition? she's okay, right?"

The doctor breathed heavily before he spoke up.

"Sorry before, we've tried our best, but we can only save your son."

"Do you mean my wife died?"

"Yes sir, I'm sorry, because his increasingly severe illness made him unable to survive."

Rey could no longer hold back her cries, nor were the others deeply saddened to hear Ayu's departure for all eternity.
