Kinan Application

The noisy sounds produced by the thump of the meeting of cooking utensils of the people of Air Keruh Village, are still echoing throughout the Village. All the citizens were so anxious that a little child had disappeared from within the Village.

The parents of the little boy named Kinan, only realized they had lost their child earlier this morning. They woke up from their sleep and realized that their second child was no longer on the bed they were sleeping in.

Both Kinan's parents and his older sister Ana search for the little girl near their home area but they can't find Kinan anywhere.

Until some residents were disturbed by the screams of the three residents of the Water Keruh Village, because they kept shouting calling Kinan's name.

"What's up Ira?! Why are you screaming your son's name, blind in the morning like this?" ask Minah, Ira's neighbor, Kinan's mother.

"Kinan, Mbok!!! Kinan! He's missing!" Ira said with a pitiful cry and scream.

"Oh my goodness, how can you?! How could Kinan be missing??? What's the story of Ira?!" Mbok Minah of course immediately worried about what happened to Ira.

Not long ago they occupied this government-made village, but a disaster had approached them.

The brains of the villagers are already overwhelmed by mystical things, because most of the residents who occupy this Water Keruh Village are Javanese who strongly believe in the thick urban legend.

Kidnapped Wewe or kuntilanak, gendruwo even brought tuyul. All the residents were busy speculating, even though it was not necessary at all. Because it will only make the family of the missing boy grow more panicked and afraid.

But who would have thought if Kinan, a 9-year-old girl who was still running away from home because of a dispute with her sister Ana. They were fighting in the middle of the night for a doll.

But their mother Ira, instead, blamed the crying Kinan with a high shrill scream in the middle of the night. So as to make Kinan desperate out of the house, he fled into the oil palm plantation that is still in the process of planting.

The little steps of the young girl, continued down the dark place inside the plantation without the light that helped her eyesight. But there was no fear absorbing the weak feelings of the 9-year-old little girl.

Long enough, his two little feet stepped in the darkness, until the neutral that was swollen from crying found a bright light from a distance. Kinan literally followed the bright light he saw.

The light he saw turned out to be from the reot hut that was still good at that time. The light was almost as bright as the light of the yellow sun glistening like a golden chunk that was in the middle of the forest.

Out of curiosity, Kinan went into the hut and found a man in old royal clothes. Sleeping on a beautiful feather mat.

Instead of being frightened, Kinan was actually very happy as he immediately lay down near the man. Without much thought he clasped tightly onto the burly hand of an adult man he had never seen before. Because it was very sleepy so in Kinan immediately fell asleep.

Warm, peaceful and feeling protected. The little girl closed her eyes in a very happy smile.

The Demon Tiger Beetle that had left the hut, immediately pulled out the supernatural fence he had installed before going to bed. So that the residents can see the existence of the hut and also Kinan who is sleeping in it.

Since that day when Kinan was scolded by his parents or his brother, he always ran away to the hut reot. It turned out that Kinan still remembered, how he had met the Demon Tiger Beetle that night.

Almost every day Kinan went to the reot hut, so that he could be reunited with the figure of the man he had met there.

That day Kinan went to the reot hut in the afternoon, because during the day he had to look after the house and clean the house, as well as cook for his family who worked in the oil palm plantation.

That afternoon Kinan was scolded again by his parents, simply because he cooked the rice for too long, so the texture of the rice produced was not to his mother's liking.

Ms. Kinan is indeed a very grumpy person, the slightest mistake can ignite blazing emotions. Because from birth Kinan lived with his mother, he became aware of the traits possessed by his biological mother.

Kinan never said it when his mother was angry. Because if he were to speak his mother's words, then his mother would definitely use violence to advise Kinan, whom Kinan said he was completely innocent.

As a result the girl can only escape to Reot's Shack, then she will hope. He was able to meet the ancient man he had seen when he was a child.

Again that day Kinan simply swallowed disappointment, the man he so longed for never to reappear.

Feeling very sad and miserable, Kinan cried inside the reot hut. He also begged that the man he had met as a child, could reappear and calm his heart that was not okay.

Kinan cried until he fell asleep and when he woke up it was already pitch black. But the light of the full moon helped him illuminate the direction of his return.

Upon reaching the village, Kinan heard the boisterous sounds of the citizens. The residents are chasing the thief who fled after stealing something from the village he lives in.

"What's up, sir?" ask Kinan to one of the citizens who ran towards the forest.

"There are Demon Tiger Beetles that enter our village, you quickly go home and lock your house tightly.

"Don't till the demon, come in and kill your family!" said the man.

Hearing the explanation of the man Kinan immediately ran to his house, to see his family but his house was empty.

There was only a piece of paper on the table that Kinan had found.

It turned out that his father and mother and brother were going to Pilip village, because their grandmother was seriously ill. His family had been waiting for Kinan for quite a while but the girl did not return home, so they went first to the village that was inhabited by the family of Ibu Kinan.

In the letter also his mother advised Kinan, so that the next morning the girl went to her own grandmother's house.

Kinan did not care at all about the letter left behind by his mother, nor did he intend to go to Pilip village. Because if he went there, he would also just be a slave.

His mother must have told him to do housework, which is what Kinan hated the most.

Since it was already quite a night, Kinan did not dare to take a shower. The air temperature in this place was quite cold at night, but at least he washed his face because his face was very sticky and sweaty because he had just run towards the house.

The distance between the Kinan house and also the bathroom which is still in the form of a well, turns out to be quite far about 100 meters.

In the middle of the journey Kinan heard the moaning of a man, who seemed to be enduring the pain.
