Rania first walks into Billy's room to check everything let alone her family on coming to the hospital. After everything was okay, the surgeon approached the Dubai entourage.

"Come to Billy's room. She is being waited on by Angelie, her neighbor" Rania asks.

Galena, who was walking in the back with Alex, seemed curious about this one chief. "Chief..."

"Yes Miss Luna?"

"Call Lena. I was wondering, is there a case that makes you stupefied?"

Alex turned towards this tall girl with a puzzled look. "You're interrogating me, Lena?"

"Iiissshh, can't the time kepo?" galena manyun.

"There's Lena. Arsonist serial or serial arsonist case and the culprit is female." Alex looked at the blue-eyed girl who looked enthusiastic.

"Serial arsonist? Hows? She got caught how?" ask Galena who really likes crime stories.

"So when he was a kid, he was a hero who saved his family from a fire and earned himself an award for making him a local celebrity. Apparently after adulthood, he felt others did not remember his heroism and began to burn with accident alibis. Until there was a death in a place where he worked." Alex's story. (This case actually happened in England ).

"So the soul wants to be considered a hero again to make itself do that?" Galena's blue eyes stared in disbelief. "Sick, man."

"Exactly."

The two soon arrive at Billy's room.

Eleonore joined hands with Rania walking towards Billy Gallagher's VIP ward. All of Billy's treatment costs are borne by Gabriel and Garvita after Alisha took care of everything.

"Mbak Rani.." call Eleonore.

"Yes Elle?"

"Is Billy's brother still sick?" ask the little boy who wants a fifth birthday next week.

"still. His head is still sick so Rani cannot go home until she is completely healed." Rania is not making it up because of the final results of the MRI and CT scan when Billy was taken to the hospital, there is a bleeding brain tissue Billy that makes Rania and her neurologist anxious about the poor boy's condition. Billy himself is still taking drugs to reduce bleeding and swelling that is getting better but Rania and colleagues have not allowed Billy to go home first.

"Pity. Elle saw that when Billy's brother was scolded by his grandmother."

"Where did you see?" ask Rania in shock.

"Sama mbak Alisha watching on the computer. The policeman said" Eleonore pointed at Alex Darling, who was still talking to Galena. "His grandmother was in prison. Said Lena, chopped it up when I see you."

Rania glanced at the judges towards Galena who was not paying attention to her. Basic Lena! It's so nice to say chop people in front of the bocil!

"Don't you copy Elle. Can't cut people!" rania's Advice.

"Yes, ma'am."

"Mending you kick into the abyss." continued Rania with a sinless face.

Eleonore giggles. "Bak Rani is sadistic!"

"So, you don't know Billy's condition when he was first brought here, Elle. Wearing."

Eleonore nodded. Gabriel and Garvita only listen to the conversation of Rania and Eleonore, increasingly determined to be able to immediately bring Billy after all the administration is complete.

The Dubai troupe finally arrived at Billy's room and Angelie smiled as she saw Rania coming. Gabriel and Garvita are filled to see Billy's condition is still being digips and although still weak but the boy's face already looks fresh.

"Hi Billy's. Meet Mr and Mrs Luna, Oom and Tante Alisha and me. And this is Galena Luna, their daughter." Rania introduced her family. "Oom, Auntie, this is Mrs Angelie Jha, dear neighbor to Billy."

Gabriel shakes hands with Angelie while Garvita hugs the Pakistani woman. "Thank you for helping Billy."

"Together Mrs Luna. I tried my best to help Billy from that woman" Angelie smiled.

"Hi Billy, I'm Galena who will be your sister later. You can call me Lena" said Galena gently.

Billy smiled towards the beautiful blue-eyed girl. "Greetings know.. mbak Lena.." he replied slowly.

"Then this, Eleanor, commonly called Elle. She's my cousin's sister and she's very worried about you" Galena smiled as she pushed Eleonore closer to Billy.

"Does it hurt?" eleonore asked while pointing a bandage at Billy's head.

"Not really.." replied Billy.

"Billy's bad granny! Thankfully, he is in jail!" eleonore said in a fierce tone to make Billy smile, amused to see the blonde-haired little girl with blue eyes was not clear it put the face of judes.

Galena and Eleonore then invite Billy to chat so that the boy feels comfortable first before later chatting with Gabriel and Garvita.

Alex stared at how Galena and Eleonore looked fun telling him even the blue-eyed girl took an iPad from her Tote bag. I don't know what Galena showed but Billy's eyes seemed sparkling.

"Why did you see my sister?"

Alex turned his head and saw the face of Judes Rania was next to him where he stood.

"Rani, how old is Lena?" alex asked me questions about Rania.

"18 to 19. Wh why? Don't tell me you love at first sight the same Lena !" whispered Rania stuck.

"It was seven years with me." Alex muttered making Rania gawk.

"Listen Darling, are you serious?" Rania looked at Alex Darling with a face of disbelief.

"Lena's eyes are pretty and blue... Why didn't you say you had a sister as pretty as Lena?" Alex looked back at Rania.

"Because, if I said, you'd be like this ! But since I've already met, how are you going?" Rania holds her temple. "Have a crush but Lena definitely won't."

"Why?"

"Because you're old !" answer Rania cuek.

"I'm 26 years old ! Not exactly old, Bianchi !" reply Alex judes.

"But he's a teenager, still under the age of !" timpal Rania did not lose his judges.

"What the hell are you two making a fuss?"

The two people who were in a fuss also turned their heads and saw the face of Galena who was staring did not like the two of them noisily.

"If you want to gelut, go to the field ! Not here !! This is the hospital ! There's another sick child ! Really am !" galena then returned to Billy and Eleonore.

"Geez Rania, she really is your sister ! It's the same thing." said Alex Darling who was still glued to Galena.

"He's my brother, Darling ! Still dubious?" reply Rania.

"Ran, apparently this is what it feels like to be scolded by an angel." murmured Alex who did not blink looked at Galena.

"Not that you get angry with me too often ! I'm not that angel?" rania protest.

"Not... You're Ursula... "

Rania hits Alex Darling's shoulder hard.
