Adryan felt there was pain in his heart because of the rejection of the wife who came from nowhere without being asked.actually the slap did make Adryan emotional but more than that there was pain that he felt because of their time kissing Adryan kissed the wife with a feeling that may be for him it is still a feeling of affection I don't know he himself is not sure but when rejected hard with a hard slap it makes the pain that imparts not only cheeked but also imprinted in Adryan's heart.
