Still at Grandpa Rolf's main residence
the Mavericks' living room
As soon as the Mavericks' father left, the man quickly climbed upstairs to the room where he and Irene were supposed to be staying tonight.
Once inside the room, the man immediately closed the door slowly, deliberately not making noise so that Irene was not awake from her deep sleep.
Mavericks stared at the clear color of the sky still darkening towards the glass window on the left side of the mattress where Irene was asleep at the moment.
A breeze hit the cream-colored curtains, like he forgot to close the window earlier.
With a slow motion Mavericks walked towards the window, he pulled the curtain and closed the large glass window with a slow motion, make sure no wind comes back and disturb Irene's deep sleep.
Again the man tried to look at the night sky before morning, he could see the leaves of trees along the way his eyes looked on him continue to move following the wind.
He again thought winter was coming quickly, much faster than usual, even seeing the cooler weather like never before made him sure soon snowfall would fill the French city and its surroundings.
Mavericks tried to slowly reach into his pants pocket, he took out his cigarette box and his paramatik, trying to reach for one cigarette that was there but, he was,
for a moment the Mavericks' eyeballs turned towards Irene, he could see Irene trying to curl under the blanket, trying to pull the white-colored dominating blanket to roll her body that began to freeze.
The man suddenly remembered Irene's grunts throughout their time together.
"Can't you not smoke around me? u know? I'm a passive sucker, if anything happens to me, are you ready to be a widower?"
"Mave can't you stop smoking near me? you said you wanted me to print a lot of kids, you know? smoking can cause acute fetal damage and cause difficulties for couples to get pregnant"
The instant the Mavericks stopped the movement of his hand, he lowered his cigarette and his pathetic slowly, then he snorted and laughed at himself.
Shi.t you're making it hard for me to ignore your babble.
The Mavericks put the cigarette back in his pocket.
The man now began to walk closer to Irene slowly, he tried to sit on the edge of the mattress and looked at Irene's face that poked behind the blanket.
"Who are you?"
Mavericks muttered softly, staring into his wife's face for some time.
His father always said over time he would know who the woman was but strangely the old man always tried to commemorate her.
"Don't mention Irene to any family except the Grim Reaper, don't take Irene out unattended, don't let him know so many people that he gets his memories back and he opens up his whole identity, until that day comes let him continue under your watch and be under your confinement"
Didn't the warning her father gave her sound so strange? it was as if the man said out there there were a lot of people who were after and wanted him.
"20 more years of deliberately hiding his identity is not easy, so if people know who he is before his time, you know how risky it is to hit him"
Mavericks slowly lay down next to Irene, lying face to face Irene, staring at her face for so long.
Eventually, the man began to close his eyes.
The sound of the clockwork ticking faintly filled the room, only the regular roar of breathing continued to race with the sound of the clockwork ticking Slowly.
Irene slowly opened her eyeballs, staring at the Mavericks with a glint filled gaze of light behind her eyeballs.
The woman was seen displaying an expression that was so calm without emotion, then a thin grin that could not be interpreted to expand behind her lips.
"Welcome to my world, Mavericks"
He muttered with a look that was very difficult for anyone to guess by looking at his eyeballs.
