Season 2 New life begins: Take time for yourself

"Bye Mom," cried Elenor as she waved her hand at Valerie. That was when he was in the car, when Julian picked him up.

Vale waved his hand at Elenor with a sweet smile as Julian's car started to leave his house.

"Bye Elle" exclaimed Vale, who was standing on the side of the road after driving Elenor up to her Daddy's car.

Heard that familiar voice. Vale then put the book he was reading to the table and then he greeted a handsome man in front of him.

"Sir Edward." said Valerie.

"Edward, just pick me up Edward. We're not in the office right now." Edward said with a sweet smile to Vale.

"How did you get here?"

"I could be anywhere Valerie. Please don't be so formal about me."

"Want me a drink?" ask Vale to his boss.

"May." replied Edward, who was dressed casually and looked so well attached to his body.

Vale then ordered Edward a drink.

"Only alone?" ask Edward for a little chat.

"Yes, I am alone, because I am alone." replied Vale firmly.

"Are you an introvert?" ask Edward to investigate.

"I don't know, I don't think I'm introverted. But now I seem to like something comfortable with solitude and tranquility." replied Vale.

"Do you not want to find a companion?"

"That's not a good question for me. I still really enjoy my solitude and I'm happy living together with my daughter." replied Vale lightly.

"You're young, you have to think of yourself too to be able to get back a companion alive. A beautiful and intelligent woman like you deserves to be loved and protected." Edward said, sounding like he was seducing.

"Is Julian Alexander the biological father of your daughter Elenor?" edward asked, and Vale was astonished. Edward knows that Julian is the biological father of his daughter.

"Jawab it's Vale. I'm just asking."

"Yes, Julian Alexander is my daughter's biological father" Vale replied honestly.

Edward then nodded his head. And then he grabbed the coffee that Vale had ordered, and he sipped it.

"Where do you know that Julian is the father of my daughter?" ask Vale to investigate.

"What the hell don't I know about Vale, if I'm so curious about the sound of things" Edward said with a faint smile, then he put his drink back on the table.

"Are you looking for a clue about me?" search Vale.

"I can do anything, you're my employee. Like I told you Vale. I want to get to know you closer. I want to know more about you."

"Are you in a close relationship with your friend David." asked Edward again, asking about Vale's personal life. Vale is reluctant to answer Edward's seemingly curious questions about his personal life. But because Edward is the boss. Vale felt bad for not answering Edward's question.

"No, we're just friends" Vale replied, but Edward responded.

For a while Vale and Edward looked at each other. Edward was staring at Vale. The mother of one child then shifted her eyes.

"But I'm divorced from him."

"I don't care about that. That's exactly good. Wouldn't I have had a chance to be your man after him." Edward said boldly and confidently.

"You're talking about what Edward is. You don't know who I am. And you don't know my past."

"Then let's get to know each other. Deal." said Edward, thrusting his hand at Vale.

"You're my boss."

"I'm single, you're single. I want to get to know you more closely Valerie. I don't care about our status. My mother gave me the freedom to find a future companion for life that I believed in. Even though I'm your boss and you're just my employee. If I've decided I want to get to know someone closer. Whoever it is why not. I told you just now. You are very interesting."

"I'm not your level" Vale said humbly.
