Two hours past 10 minutes is the time Sister Sari tells Tata and Dave if Tata has been allowed to breastfeed her children directly. But until now there has been no call from their children's room on Tata.

The couple's behavior was not noticed by Susan. He was engrossed in his daydream on the sofa which was like he was having a very severe problem. Time and time again he sighed and once peeked at his head which was dizzy from many thoughts.

"Excuse me, sir, Madam! You're waiting for the pediatrician in the twins' room! Sorry just came here for changing shifts with Sister Sari! " said Sister Mila with a polite bow.
"Yes Sus no papa! Come on, we'll be there soon! " answer Tata cheerfully.
"Yes dear." said Dave while lowering Tata from his bed slowly.
They both walked closer to the door and unknowingly left Susan, who was engrossed in her daydreams, unaware that she was living alone in the ward.

"What's that forgetfulness dear?? The important stuff we brought here! " pointing Dave to the little bag that's on his waist.
"Yes yes.. ! But how come I feel there is something forgetful, but I forget what it is! " sut Tata again with a confused face.
"That's just your feeling, baby! besides, your nursery is the door I lock! " said Dave again trying to make the order calm.
But Tata still thinks hard if there is something or item that forgetfulness in his nursery. His forehead grew increasingly wrinkled because he thought hard what he had actually forgotten.

They continued walking towards the special room for Tata's children. As soon as they got to the door of the room, they greeted two guards who stood on the left right front of the door.
"Let's Mrs, our Lady come in! Oh yes, this is the most competent pediatrician in this hospital! Doctor Fadlan Amiruddin Spa! " said Sister Mila introduced them to a doctor who was writing what it was.
"Good morning to noon, ladies and gentlemen! " the doctor said with his face to see who came.

"So you're the mother of these twins Madam?? " ask the doctor with a surprised face.
"Yes Doc! I seem to have met you! You are not a stranger ! " tata answered by looking at the doctor who immediately made Dave jealous.

"At least your face baby, I don't like you seeing other men for more than five seconds! " said Dave with a possessive tone.
"Ish, what the hell is Mas! I feel no stranger to his face, like I've known from a long time ago! " tata replied in half a whisper because he was not good with the Doctor.
"Bodo very! I don't like you like that! And I also don't like other guys seeing you for more than 5 seconds! It feels like they want to gouge their eyes so they can not see all of you! " say Dave again in a trenchant tone.
