"Why are my eyes blamed? I actually see it every time I walk by from the front of his study,"

"If you don't believe me try to visit Duke once," said Seira who raised the teacup with a slight frown as Kayla talked about her vision which had no problems

Kayla then switched the subject to something else, as Kayla did not want to talk about Duke or the person she was going to break off from, however he became a little curious about what the current Duke was doing if he really changed a little. Kayla and Seira then talk about their favorite in their previous life, until finally the afternoon arrives and Seira permission to go home because the Duke will come to pick himself up to go home if not already to the mansion at sunset. Kayla asks her sister to drive Seira to the door and she leaves, while Kayla goes inside her room and starts writing a visitation permit to have tea together.

"I'm writing short and solid enough, right? But I remember the last time I was angry with him and if I sent him a letter wasn't impressed I admitted my mistake," kayla muttered that she suddenly remembered the previous incident between her and the Duke

Kayla quickly tore up the paper she had written after so many experiments and threw it into a trash can not far from her, as she had determined to break off her engagement in this way, she said, but after Kayla tore the paper suddenly a servant delivered a letter from the Duke's residence.

"Letter? Does she want to apologize for her mistake of thinking of me as a naughty girl and bothering her?" kayla said with an enthusiastic gaze to receive the letter and began to open it

Kayla read the contents of the letter written for a few moments directly making wrinkles on the paper, because the content of the letter was not a feeling of guilt but an invitation to go with her fiance to a formal party hosted by one of the nobles tomorrow.

"Seira, your eyes are troubled when you see him change,"

"I always knew the man was sending me a letter because it was just a matter of where he needed me" Kayla said loudly as she tore the Duke's letter

The next day, although Kayla was still upset with the Duke she was still preparing to attend the party that the Duke would attend with her as his partner.

'Why would I want to be prepared and do this kind of thing?' said Kayla who had been at the door of her house waiting for the arrival of the Duke who invited her to a party together

The party that Kayla and Duke will attend is the party of a friend and a colleague to the Duke on the battlefield a few years ago, it was along with Kayla who was betrothed to the Duke on the king's decision and Kayla's forced desire as a child to meet the Duke.

"Remember, don't make trouble in front of a lot of people behaving like a noble girl,"

"Otherwise this is a party hosted by one of my friends so don't embarrass me," said the Duke who then held Kayla's hand to the dance hall while Kayla could only nod without speaking a word

By the time the two of them took a few steps into the party hall, all the eyes of the guests and nobles present went straight to Kayla and the Duke. They watched with sharp gazes the pair of tyrants that entered the party, some of them did not even believe that the two came to a party that was only held by the Count family when only a small noble.

"Miss Kayla Lucretia, haven't seen each other in a long time,"

"But why are you in such a hurry to leave the balcony? Though it is a coincidence and rarely can we meet like this" said the voice of the man on the balcony while turning over with a friendly smile

Kayla turned her head towards the back right the man passed by her and how shocked Kayla was with the male figure who was in front of the balcony door staring with a cold and sharp gaze, then the man pulled Kayla's hand and took her to the horse-drawn carriage.

'I think he's mad at me, because his forehead is a little wrinkled,'

'Well which fiancee is not angry when she sees her fiance with the other man both,'
