Monday, July 17, 2017, will be a historic day for Salma. Although the date is beautiful, but not with the fate of the woman—all her life she will remember the events of today.
Salma sat in front of the judge, hearing every sentence the judge read in reverence. This time the seat beside him was no longer empty. There was a representative from Endra's side who attended the hearing.
“ ... With this, I as the presiding judge granted the lawsuit filed by the first party, as plaintiff Rajendra Arwenda. Based on the trial process undertaken by both parties, the court decided, granting the plaintiff's request filed on April 15, 2017. Starting today July 17, 2017 Rajendra Arwenda's brother officially divorced Amora Salmadani.”
The sound of a hammer knock is a legitimate sign of a court judge's decision. Salma's head bowed, sad and happy now gathered into one body.
“It's okay, Salma!” Ms. Deva rubbed Salma's back after the presiding judge finished reading the verdict. "The rotation of human life is twofold. Sad and happy. There is a lot of sadness that you have been through. After this, may your life be covered in happiness."
Salma turned to look at her parents in turn. “Sorry, Sir, Mom! again Salma makes trouble in your life. Never regret having given birth to Salma, Mom!”
“Whatever you are, Sal! Do not think badly like that, at least I never regret having you.”
“Better we go home soon, so as to prepare for your departure later tonight.” Mr. Arif gave advice.
Salma nodded her head, then passed from the courtroom. Just a few feet away, he turned back. Seeing that Endra's representative was still clearing the file, Salma intended to take her divorce certificate from the man.
“Shortly, Sir, Bu!” salma told them to stop. "You'd better wait for me in front of the room."
Mr. Arif and his wife have not denied. He left the courtroom. While Salma now approached the man who had represented Endra's side.
“Is Mas Endra out of the hospital?"
The man looked at Salma cynically. "Why are you asking Endra again?"
"I just want to know his condition."
"He's still in a coma."
It turned out to be true what was said by some people around him who talked about Endra's condition which was still in a coma.
"Can I get the divorce certificate?" pinta Salma hesitated. "Em, I mean—I want to give directly to his second wife."
“Can you be trusted?”
Salma nodded her head, intending to give the letter directly to the Endra family. After getting the divorce certificate. Salma went back to her family.
“Mothers go home first. There are things that Salma wants to do before going.” Salma tried to hide her intentions, if they found out, her parents would not stop worrying about her.
“Where are you going, Sal? Don't see Endra, his new wife can hurt you until you show up in front of Endra.”
This time Salma could not keep her intentions secret to her mother. He told her to hand over the divorce papers to Endra. "It's not long, Mom! Salma promise will not be until the ashar adhan."
“We go home first, let the banner take you!” Ms. Deva pulls Salma's hand force her to go home.
“Bu! Nothing bad will happen with Salma, after all it's a hospital not a house that can be arbitrary they scold Salma.” Salma persuades the stubborn Bu Deva to force her home.
Mr. Arif who heard Salma's request could only take a rough breath. Although not completely sincere, he had to believe in Salma.
“Jaga yourself! You can go crazy until they hurt you.” Not wanting the debate to get longer, Mr. Arif gave the message and let permission.
Salma nodded her head, then separated from them to leave for Parinama hospital.
After pausing to buy a fruit parcel, Salma finally managed to arrive at Parinama hospital. The main purpose of Salma is the treatment room on the second floor. Where Endra is lying weakly there.
Arriving at the door of the room Flamboyan Salma tried to be polite by knocking on the door of wood painted white. Unfortunately, there was no answer from inside the room. Salma decided to enter the room.
The first thing that greeted Salma's gaze was Endra's body lying weakly on top of the gurney. There was no one to accompany the man, only medical devices that faithfully accompanied his solitude.
At that time Salma regretted her decision, realizing that the woman who yesterday forced her to leave was not next to Endra. "After all, we used to have ties. Lying if I don't like you, Mom!" salma Mumbles. "Wake up, Mas Endra. Me and Aundy will always pray for your recovery. And you'll see how your real son grows up. You can take your wife to Kutai whenever you want. I hope that one day we meet. We're both in a life of happiness." Salma gave her final smile to Endra.
When he was about to put the brown envelope to the bedside table. A doctor entered the Endra treatment room. Salma felt he had a gap to know the condition of Endra more clearly.
Seeing that the doctor had finished examining Salma immediately threw a question. “Where is Mr Endra, Dok?”
The doctor just smiled. “We doain only hopefully patients can wake up soon.”
“Since the last time I came, there seems to be no meaningful development. Does his family have no intention of moving Mr Endra to another hospital?”
“I heard, his wife has just given birth. So it is still too busy to go to patients, usually three days once Bu Arienta comes to visit.”
“His family?”
“Wah, if that I don't really understand.”
“You, who?” ask the doctor.
“I'm his ex-wife.”
The doctor smiled again and nodded his head. “May the patient immediately awaken, so that we can examine more clearly about the motor damage.”
“What happened—apologies I don't really know about his condition.” Salma grew curious after hearing a brief explanation from the doctor.
“There was part of his nerves that suffered damage.”
Salma nodded her head, her eyes fixed on Endra's face which looked like a sleeping, calm person with an unkempt face.
“I'm sorry, Ms. Salma.” The doctor said goodbye.
Not yet managed to step Salma to withstand the departure of the doctor. "Where does the doctor know my name?" salma asked suspiciously.
"I'm just guessing. But thank God your name is really Salma?" The doctor smiled wryly. "Some times I've heard Mr. Endra mention my mother's name."
Salma. As he was about to throw in the second question, the doctor had already passed from Endra's room. Salma turned her head towards the door when she heard the door open.
“Ngapain you coming? Want to laugh at me?”
“Why say that? I just want to hand you this, a letter from the religious court. This is proof that Mas Endra and I are officially divorced.” Salma handed the brown envelope from the court to Arienta. “You will be happy, just calm down! after this, there will be no more tones blocking your relationship.”
A sly grin emerged from Arienta's lips. “Already, right? You better go.”
Salma smiled knot. “I'll go. Without you asking me.” Salma then passed away leaving the room that Endra occupied.
Finished his business in Semarang. After this he would completely leave his hometown.
