Chapter 34. Choosing love

"Bella, is that you?" ask Riko who is still drunk.

"Yes, it's me" Bella replied briefly.

"Hi Bella, you better get out of here. Riko never loved you. You were forced to get engaged to you" Tere said annoyedly.

Tere tried to push Bella out of the room. Bella does not want to lose. Bella uses a bit of her power to fight Tere. Tere's impulse is unable to keep Bella away from Riko. Even Tere almost fell because his strength was not as strong as Bella.

"Abang Riko, you have to take responsibility" said Bella spoiled beside Riko.

Bella tries to seduce Riko with the style of a teenage boy. Bella does not care about Riko's views, which is important, Bella can create problems between Riko and Tere.

"Riko, honey. Don't affect him anymore. You can get away from him, don't get tied up again" Tere said as he bounced on Riko's arm.

Unexpectedly, Riko threw Tere's hand. Of course, not only Tere was shocked, but also Bella.

"He who? Only you are my fiancee and only you will be my wife" Riko replied. "Let's go home."

Riko stood up while holding onto Bella's body. Bella, who was pretending to be drunk, had to take care of Riko. Riko pulls Bella's body to leave the karaoke immediately. Riko didn't care about Tere at all.

"Richo!" shout Tere.

Riko still continued walking away regardless of Tere's shout. Bella was confused, should she be happy with Riko's attitude?

Arriving outside, Riko's personal driver, Mr. Johan rushed to them. Asa looks at the anxious face seen when she sees Riko's condition drunk.

"Sir Johan, please take her home" said Bella slowly.

Bella hands Riko over to Mr. Johan. However, Riko's hand did not want to release the grip on Bella's body. Although with all her might Bella tried to let go of Riko's grip, it still failed.

"Mbak Bella, just come with us home" said Mr. Johan.

By force, Bella helps Riko and comes home with him. Bella sighed a few feet along the way to Riko's house. Intentions want to take revenge, it turns out that now he himself is trapped with Riko.

Until they are in Riko's room. With great difficulty, Bella helps Riko get out of her car. It was heavy, almost falling. Fortunately, there was Johan who helped.

They finally arrived to also bring Riko to his room. Bella lays Riko's body on the bed. Suddenly, Riko throws a tantrum. He held the hand of Mr. Johan.

"Sir Johan, please be a witness for us" Riko said in a trembling voice.

"Witness what Mr Riko?" ask Mr. Johan confused.

"All right, Mr. Riko. You will be a witness" replied Mr. Johan.

Mr. Johan took care of Riko and Bella immediately left. Bella just smiled to see Riko's condition. Just this time, Bella saw Riko drunk. And the words of a drunken person, will be meaningless because after he later realized, Riko will definitely forget everything.

The next day, Bella and her friends decide to find the same campus. Unfortunately, Rangga had to follow the wishes of his parents to study abroad.

Although with a heavy heart, Rangga decided to leave, after being convinced that his love for Bella did not have a future. Bella never loved him.

Bella, Risha and Vivi continue their dreams even without Rangga. The three of them were accepted at a university that is quite famous and majored in Fashion design or clothing designers.

After college, Bella gets a phone call from Riko who wants to meet her. Riko invited him to dinner at a restaurant.

"Bella, what's wrong with you? You should be happy, Riko wasn't who we thought she was. He's a good man" Vivi said.

"Yes, Bella. I, as your brother, support you to continue your engagement like your father's will. Not by will, the love that is between you, you consider coercion. What's wrong, if love does grow after getting engaged?" Risha is more mature.

"Ask your heart, love it or not. Don't think about anything else" Vivi said again.

Bella just kept quiet while sighing heavily. She does love Riko, so she gets angry when she finds out Riko told her that she wants to keep Bella because of her father's will. Though what Bella hoped for, Riko would take care of her from her own heart.

The night has come, and Johan's sir has picked up Bella. The car stopped at a fancy restaurant. The atmosphere is so romantic, because it is decorated with colorful balloons. As Bella sat down, a music performer came over to perform a romantic song.

After the song was over, Riko took out a small box and opened it. A ring is inside.

"Bella, will you marry me?" riko said while looking at Bella.

Bella was shocked but also moved. Bella's heart suddenly broke. But he remembered the words of Risha and Vivi. Love, most importantly, they love each other. No matter the love it comes before the engagement or after.

"I, I'm willing."

Bella's reply made Riko cheer happily. Proudly, Riko put a ring on Bella's ring finger which was greeted by applause from visitors present at the venue.

"Bella, I promise I will always be honest and trust you" Riko promised.

"I need not only an appointment, but real proof. Can you tell me what I don't know?" ask Bella.

Riko agreed to tell Bella. But Bella decides to assume everything is the past. And they will live for the future.

Even so, Bella finally finds out if Tere is just a fan of Riko not her ex-lover.

Bella and Riko's wedding will be held one month later.
