“It seems that you guys ignored King Zhao Tian's decree and the case has been settled with the main suspects being Huang Taiji, Zhao Meng, and so on, Zhao Qihan and the Huang Clan Elders as well as all of the Royal Soldiers and Court Officers present in this Huang Clan Residence were sentenced to death!” Zhao Jian said casually with a thin grin emanating from the corner of his lips.
Zhao Meng, Zhao Qihan and the Huang Clan Elders were shocked to hear, why was he still calm and unafraid of Zhao Meng's threats.
“Kill them first!” zhao Qihan exclaimed at the Huang Clan Elder to kill Huang Bai and his mother.
Huang Bai immediately unsheathed his Sword even though he could not expend his spiritual energy. However, at least he had fought to protect his mother even though the result was obvious he would die as it was impossible to defeat a Spirit Realm that could expend Spiritual energy.
The First Elder of the Huang Clan used his left hand to slash at Huang Bai, while his right hand was still frozen even though he was draining spiritual energy but the ice was unwilling to melt. It happened because the Cultivation base of the Fox Beast had reached the peak Spirit realm and a little more would reach the Jie Zhu realm.
The First Elder Sword Bar of the Huang Clan let out a blaze that was about to burn Huang Bai, but suddenly his Sword froze and spread to his left hand.
The First Elder immediately panicked, his facial expression turning pale. “Commander Meng help me!” The ice spiritual energy of the Fox Beast kept flowing to the other parts of his body.
In just an instant, his entire body froze into an Ice Statue.
“Why can that Beast use spiritual energy? Didn't the Star array formation have emphasized Zhao Jian's spiritual energy?” Zhao Qihan was shocked.
Zhao Jian chuckled and said, “Yes, my spiritual energy is indeed suppressed by the Star array formation. However, Huli Jing was not a human, she was a Spritual Beast that would not be affected by a lowly formation like this!”
Huang Bai, Huang Xue and his mother were very happy to hear that, as there was still Judge Zhao Jian willing to defend them.
“Don't be afraid, he only has one Beast, whereas we have Dozens of Warriors and Elders of the Huang Clan. Victory is still ours, let's attack him together!” zhao Meng exclaimed immediately leaping towards Zhao Jian.
Dozens of Royal Soldiers and Court Officers of the Canglan City branch charged into the Huang Clan Residence after crippling the members of the Huang Clan outside.
Zhao Jian was still sitting quietly on the throne of the Huang Clan Patriarch. He again smiled which frightened the Royal Warriors, otherwise obey Zhao Meng—'s orders they might have fled being intimidated by the aura emitted by Zhao Jian.
Zhao Meng who had advanced first became the first victim, while Zhao Qihan immediately retreated after he saw the appearance of the Purple Caterpillar Beast on Zhao Jian's lap.
Zhao Qihan immediately recalled the incident last night at the Canglan City branch Court building; where all the Royal Soldiers that Zhao Meng sent to eliminate Zhao Jian were instead killed by the Purple Caterpillar Beast easily.
“Do not be afraid and attack from behind!” zhao Qihan exclaimed at the Royal Soldiers and Court Officers who suddenly stopped stepping in shock at Zhao Mengs death.
The Royal Soldiers and Court Officers immediately split up to damage the concentration of the Purple Caterpillar Beast, leaving him confused as to where to go first.
However, suddenly a Fox Beast with a sun symbol on its forehead appeared on Zhao Jian's shoulders, then the Fox Beast released a fireball from its mouth— which left the Royal Soldiers and Court Officers instantly charred in flames.
“Whataaaaaa? He still has another Beast!” zhao Qihan's grumbling panicked, the Huang Clan Elders immediately ran outside the room unwilling to die like Zhao Meng and the First Elder.
However, suddenly their bodies froze, now the situation in the room became chaotic. The Royal Soldiers and Court Officers also chose to flee—so Zhao Qihan's facial expression grew sour, but their attempts to escape were futile as the Silk Yarn of the Purple Caterpillar Beast chased after them and instantly cut off their bodies.
Huang Xue and his mother vomited their entrails as they could not bear to see the terrifying scene in the room. Shouts of pain and cries echoed, so Zhao Chen and the others immediately walked out of Huang Taiji's Workroom. They also sensed the Star array formation had been activated which signified they had been ambushed.
However, they immediately frowned, as the one who was the victim was not Judge Zhao Jian, but instead Commander Zhao Meng and his subordinates.
Only Zhao Qihan was left there and he was sure he would be killed too even if he begged for forgiveness.
He glanced at Huang Xue and immediately jumped at him because Huang Xue was the plan they had carefully arranged was destroyed, and killed his comrades and subordinates.
