The next day....
Ryan who is a diligent student and always leaves for school quite early in the morning, approximately 06.30. It also took a lot of time, where he had to wait for the lazy princess to prepare herself.
But still better, because Ryan does not need to spend the cost to commute using city transportation. Which means he has more money than Reina's car.
And when Ryan walked into the classroom, one figure he could see was cleaning the floor. She is a woman with glasses and hair pigtails that change her appearance.
Arum seemed to not care when Ryan came, he was still busy to stay focused on cleaning the floor.
A greeting from Ryan was spoken clearly to Arum casually... "Morning."
"Yes, good morning too." Short reply.
"Why are you alone, where are the others."
"It hasn't left yet."
Ryan took the initiative to take a broom and clean up the class...."Let me help you."
"You don't have to do it, today's not your picket schedule."
"Is helping a friend wrong ?." Reply Ryan.
It's just that Arum's expression doesn't look happy...."Not wrong, but when I heard someone say 'help' and 'friend' it gave me goosebumps."
"Why do I understand what you're saying."
The friend itself for Arum is no more limited to the pronouns of human subjects who are arrogant, selfish and seek the benefits of others.
A little better because Ryan has two friends, Narmo and Nela, just those two. While the rest do not ask why, because most of them will come when they see the opportunity to benefit in the circle of friends.
Finished with the picket job, Ryan picked up Arum's book, which Ayu left behind in a locker.
"It's yours, right ?." Ryan directed the book to Arum.
Seeing what Ryan was holding, Arum's eyes opened wide, he immediately grabbed him quickly.
"Why can it ?."
"Sir asked me to give it to you." Answer Ryan.
"You really saved me." Arum's smile was shown with sincerity.
"Good then."
Opening the backyard in his book, Arum quickly glances at Ryan's eyes.
Hesitating Arum while asking...."Did you see it."
"See what?, if it's about the poem you wrote, I think it's interesting enough to read."
"How come you read it, it's a private secret."
"Yes to say not once, I have memorized every verse." Ryan laughed to himself.
Arum's face lit up red in shame...."Forget it, forget everything you read."
"It's impossible for me to do that."
Suddenly the door opened, and a few people in their class began to arrive, Arum's attitude that was quite talkative now fell silent on the spot, then sat on his own stool.
Ryan understands why Arum hides around other people and that makes them have the same reason. No one expected their presence in this place. Between the rich and the poor is always separated by an outline called the social caste.
Arum was lucky enough to get a scholarship from the Nawasena foundation to attend school for free until graduation, however, the arrogant views of others to him, he said, making Arum have to accept the fact that they refuse to be said to be friends.
The first lesson begins....
All went as usual, the days were filled with subject matter with algorithms, science, history, and Indonesian language.
Until where the last hour they have to make a group for learning activities.
Anyone can see, if Arum does not move from his chair when each student already has a Circle in their own study group.
Ryan disliked the atmosphere in which he, Narmo and Arum were alienated.
Without hesitation or much to say, Ryan came to Arum's table....
"So dear, a pretty girl like you no one wants to." Ryan sounded relaxed.
"It's not a matter of being beautiful or not, they're the only ones who know the rules of the world."
"Of course, as long as no terms and conditions apply." Reply Arum.
The smile on Arum's face clearly showed a sense of relief, for fellow people who were never expected, being a supporter of each other is certainly very reasonable.
"There really is, as long as you can be patient." Ryan didn't get her excited.
"Why ?."
"Because we're with Narmo."
"Aah so." It was as if I understood what Ryan was saying.
Not intended to demean Narmo, but it is difficult when it comes to expecting more to his figure.
"Alright, so on Tuesday, each group must make a summary of the social conditions in society about morals, responsibility and justice to fellow human beings. And each will do a percentage of the results of the summary in front of the class." Said the teacher along with the sound of the lesson hour mark ending.
"Good Mom." Saut all.
After the teacher left the classroom, Arum's expression looked limp.
"This task is troublesome." Arum complained.
"Actually not really."
"Why can you think like that."
"For both of us, society is an environment of human ecosystems where they are forced to live in accordance with the power of the majority in it. We see everything directly and it's already the material of the summary later." Ryan answered as an explanation.
"Well, let's talk about that later, for now it's best to go home, there's a lot of work I have to do." Reply Arum intends to return to his desk.
"Yes you're right."
But Ryan had not yet had time to fix his books into a bag, a woman walked in with a step knocking on the floor and an arrogant face.
It wasn't Reina or Nela either, because Ryan knew very well how the two of them came and immediately approached without needing to get stale.
So clearly this one woman is different from the two figures that Ryan thought of, because now he just stood still while looking seriously at her.
"Looks like he's looking for you." Arum whispered into Ryan's ear.
Little laugh..."That's impossible, so don't mind."
Narmo and Arum glanced back at the woman, her face unchanged, eyes fixed on Ryan.
"No doubt, he wants to talk to you."
"I?, What for?, I don't even remember if we knew each other." But Ryan was confused, because no one consciously without coercion wanted to talk to him.
"But, yes obviously, I can't possibly misinterpret the expression on her face." Reply Arum back.
Ryan who from the beginning did not care because he felt uncomfortable to interact with people typical of rich, arrogant and stubborn women. Just taking care of Reina was enough.
"You're Ryan." Fierce speech.
"It was me."
"Blessed because of me. L'm.... Sea Asmi Herdiansyah, one of the city's most distinguished families, wants to take you to dinner." Sea said in a high tone and deliberately done so that others could hear.
"Ah, no thanks. I don't have time." Short answer Ryan.
Trying to digest Ryan's answer, Sea became confused and simply stayed in place.
"What did you say ?."
"I don't want to.... I'm sorry you're blocking the way, I want a mulanh." Reply Ryan who walked through the Sea.
Sea walked over and stopped Ryan from the front...."Wait !!!."
"What else do I need?, haven't I rejected it."
"How could you refuse me."
"Something's wrong?, you asked me to leave, but unfortunately I couldn't. That's the answer." Reply Ryan.
"I don't take it." Rigorously.
"As much as you're willing to accept it or not, sorry don't stand in front of the door, I can't get out."
Sea was silent in place, his face stiff from shock because for the first time in Sea's life, there was a man who refused his invitation.
