PKM CHAPTER 76 - The Hugs of Father
Eros examined each member and made sure their wounds were dealt with immediately. The survivors were ordered to bring the animals back to their cages.
"Let me help move the animals" said Patrick, who will use the helicopter to reduce work.
"We have to make sure the antidote is working or not, so we have to tie the animals up" Eros said.
"Give it all to Wolf Shadow. You just have to think of this place as clean of blood" replied Patrick.
Eros sighed because it was true Patrick said, he had to clean up the blood and flesh that splattered everywhere.
"It looks like we're going to make a hole big enough to bury them all" Eros murmured.
While Kerel was treating Loyd and began to examine the situation outside, it turned out that the battle was really over. He had to pick up Rara who was hiding with the servants.
By the time he was about to leave, Loyd was conscious.
"You're sober?" ask Kerel.
"Where is Ruzel?" Loyd immediately asked the state of his son.
Kerel had not yet answered, the boy had already appeared. Actually from earlier Ruzel peeked at how Loyd was, when his father was aware he had ventured to appear.
Kerel smiled looking at Ruzel, he approached and patted the boy on the shoulder. "It seems like they've all achieved their goal, now it's your turn to solve the problem with your father!"
After saying that, Kerel left Ruzel and Loyd. He will give the father and son space to solve their problems.
"You've always been curious about your mother, haven't you? You should know that she's a strong woman just like you,"
Ruzel approached and sat down beside Loyd to hear more about his mother.
"Your mother conceived you when she was very young, at the age of 18. Your mother and I were so drunk with love that we did things we weren't supposed to. At that time your mother did not tell me at all about her pregnancy because she was afraid that it would hinder me, at that time I had to do missions in various countries. Your mother knew you were pregnant with a pregnancy problem but she kept fighting to keep you born" Loyd explained, recalling past events.
"Until the day of your birth, I've just completed the mission and Dante tells me that your mother can't survive. I came in the last seconds he breathed, I blame you for the loss of the one I love. For that, I'm keeping my distance from you, keeping your mother a secret and siding with Dante" she said.
Loyd shed his tears. "I'm sorry, I don't deserve to be a father!"
Hearing all of Loyd's explanations certainly made Ruzel hurt but he also realized something. "Do you still hate me, Dad?" tanyakanya.
"I don't think if you hate me I'm not here right now, you're trying to protect me" Ruzel added.
Ruzel said with tears. "Will you accept me as your son, Dad?"
"I'm not gonna ask about my mom anymore and make you hard, I promise. You're the only person I want in this world!"
Loyd immediately hugged his son, he was very sorry for trying to deny the existence of Ruzel and not enough to give love to his son.
"I'm sorry, you're my son and you're forever like that" Loyd said.
Ruzel wept in his father's arms. It wasn't the genius Ruzel who was there, it wasn't Ruzel who didn't want to be called a child. But, only ten-year-old Ruzel misses his father's affection.
