Whosoever in the circumstances in which the law determines to testify on oath or to effect a legal effect on such information, willfully confers false information on oath, or shall, whether by oral or written, in person or by his special powers appointed to it, shall be punished with a maximum imprisonment of seven years;
If the above false information is sworn in a criminal case and harms the accused or suspect, the guilty person shall be sentenced to a maximum of nine years in prison;
Equated with a vow is a promise or reinforcement that is required according to general rules or that is a substitute for an oath;
Penal revocation of rights under article 35 No. 1 – 4 can be dropped.
** clause 263 KUHP related to falsification of documents, which reads :
(1) Anyone who makes a false letter or falsifies a letter, who can issue a right, an agreement (obligation) or a debt release, or who can be used as a statement for an act, or who can be used as a statement for a deed, with the intention of using or telling others to use the letters as if they were real and not forged, then using them can bring harm punished for falsifying the letters, with a prison sentence of six years.
2) With such a penalty also be punished, whoever deliberately uses a false or falsified letter as if the letter was genuine and not forged, if the use of it can cause harm. (K.U.H.P. 35, 52, 64-2, 276, 277, 416, 417, 486).
