The Beginning Has Changed
In Rendra's office, now only Rendra and Agatha are left. Without excuse, Agatha stepped up to Rendra's desk and dropped her butt on the chair facing Rendra.
"Why? You don't like seeing me come here? What losers!" Say Agatha and suppress the word at the end of her words.
Rendra looked at Agatha's face with a hard-to-understand look. "It's not so, Gatha. You misunderstood."
Agatha screeches. "Misunderstand? You think I don't know how you prevented me from coming to see you since a few days ago!" Agatha Sentak. She was not a stupid woman that Rendra could trick.
Rendra sighed. Turns out his best friend was aware of his bully since a few days ago so as not to be able to meet him.
"I could've beaten up the receptionist downstairs and your assistant from yesterday. But I still respect you as the owner of this company." Agatha.
Rendra was speechless.
"Why are you quiet? Is the Rendra I know who has been affected by the disease unable to speak? Or it has turned into a sissy because it wants to run away from problems!" Syndicate Agatha.
Rendra sighed again. "I'm sorry Agatha, I didn't mean that." Rendra said in the end.
Agatha screeches. "Don't mean that what do you mean? You disappeared without even wanting to reply to a message from Amara that had clearly entered your phone. What's the matter with you, Rendra? Yesterday you were so excited to get Amara, and now, when Amara has started dropping hearts on you, you are acting like a loser right now. Gone with no news and did not give the slightest clarity!" Sembur Agatha.
Rendra could understand the annoyance Agatha was feeling right now. Nor does he intend to defend his own guilt.
"Why shut up, you're not mute, Rendra!" Agatha Sentak. He looked upset because Rendra had been silent since just not answering his words.
"What do you mean?" Agatha asked for an explanation with a little demanding.
Rendra turned her gaze the other way with a glaring look. Recalling the events of one week ago that managed to make him change his attitude towards Amara.
"Rendra?" Agatha's voice was now sounding slowly. Agatha seemed to know if there was a big problem that was now being faced by Rendra.
"One week ago, after I picked up Amara from town B. I got some unexpected news from both my parents, Agatha." Rendra opened a serious conversation between them.
Agatha became curious after listening to the beginning of Rendra's story. He sharpened his hearing so that he could hear clearly Rendra's story.
"The story is clear, Rendra!" Press Agatha.
"One day after I came home to pick up Amara, Mama and Papa invited me to talk. There they told me that something terrible had happened to Mama a few weeks earlier and that she would not tell me because she did not want to interfere with my busy work."
"Something that is, Rendra. Speak clearly!"
"When Mama was on her way home from her best friend's house, Mama accidentally hit a mother who was about to cross the road with her son." Rendra answered and explained the chronology that occurred in full. Not to forget, Rendra also told her Mama's request with a heavy heart.
