Make Me His Substitute

Make Me His Substitute
I've got to help her

Amara has returned to her desk after enjoying lunch with Sisil and Ane. Since his meeting with Sisil and Ane earlier, Amara's face looked gloomy. He felt sad as if he felt what Sisil was feeling right now.

The sadness that Amara felt was increasing when she found out that Aga had not returned to the company.

"Huh, if only my money were much, I would definitely help Sisil to finance his mother's operation." Complain Amara. With her profession only working as a secretary, Amara did not have much money to help Sisil's mother's operating expenses. Amara can only help a little.

"Do I ask for help to Brother Daniel also yes so that Sisil's mother can be immediately in surgery." Think Amara. With his brother-in-law's background as the owner of the company, it seems Daniel has enough money to be able to help Sisil and his mother. "Yes, I have to ask for help Brother Daniel later. Brother Daniel would help." Amara Mumbles.

In the midst of Amara's belief that if Daniel would help her help Sisil, Amara remembered Daniel's attitude some time ago that was very angry with Sisil and Ane for insulting him and Naina.

"Geez, I'm not sure if Brother Daniel will help." Amara thought again to ask Daniel for help. But when remembering that Sisil was in desperate need of his help, Amara also strengthened her determination again to ask Daniel for help.

"No, I must keep asking Brother Daniel for help. If I can, I'll ask Gatha for help too!" Amara did not want to be discouraged.

Despite the problems and Sisil some time ago, Amara is sure if Sisil is a good woman. Moreover, now he already knew that Sisil was being bad to him at that time because he was influenced by the people around him who liked to gossip about him.

"Sil, hopefully after this many good people can help you, yes." Amara muttered expectantly. I don't know why Amara is currently very passionate to help Sisil even though basically the relationship and Sisil is not that close.

At half-time three in the afternoon, Aga and Cakra had just returned to his company. Seeing the arrival of Aga and Cakra, Amara forced a smile. He did not want to look moody in the eyes of Cakra and Aga's assistants.

"Mara..." Aga looked at his face with a smile.

Amara, who was called by her name, smiled at Aga. But his smile this time looks forced to make Aga who saw it so frowned.

"What's wrong with you?" Ask Aga who can see the depression on Amara's face even though Amara has worked hard to cover it up.

"I'm fine, brother. But there's one thing I want to talk to Brother about." Amara.

"What is that?" Ask Aga with a wrinkled forehead.

Amara looked around. Making sure no one else can listen to his and Aga's conversation.

Realizing Amara needed privacy to speak, Aga chose to invite Amara to speak in her room only.

"So what do you want to talk to me about, wife-to-be?" Aga's question was followed by a gentle swab on Amara's cheek by her thumb.
