Everyone tightly shut their mouths. Both of their eyes only focused on seeing Davin but could not open their mouths to make a sound. His reason?
They already knew that refuting or making justifications was useless because they knew Davin would immediately argue with other scathing words.
But there will be some people who are quite annoyed with Davin. Those people still want to argue because they believe that all the steps they take are not inferior to the white workers in the central company that Davin is proud of.
So a man raised his hand to speak.
"Please." Lisa gave her permission.
"Sorry sir, we've been planning each project by involving the architect during a survey to the site"
"Only one architect?" Cut Davin won't listen more.
"You all do not take every project seriously even if the project you receive is small enough, this is a fact." Davin raised his head to look directly at the man.
"Who are you most important in planning a project?" Davin threw in a most basic question.
The man confidently replied, "We, sir. We're the ones making the planning and-"
"Boring."
Davin got up from his seat. Standing haughtily before everyone's eyes with a domineering aura. In their hearts they are very proud to be led by the sole heir of the very leading Demian Property Company at home and abroad. Their influence cannot be underestimated and the most important thing is that almost all major projects are handled by this company.
"Team architects, they are the most important of a project. You guys know why? Their work is not only limited to drawing a building, therefore they must be involved in every survey. The buildings they design are the result of surveys you do so involving more than one architect is one other important step. By involving more than one architect you can choose which design more meets the aspirations of local companies and local leaders so that when the construction is done local officials will guarantee protection for us. But, you don't do it in planning and the funny thing is, every project involves only one architect. Are you all kidding me?"
What Davin said was true but again they were a branch company and the funds they got were not as much as those at the headquarters.
"We don't have much money, sir. If we had enough possible use more than one architect we could do." One of the women dared to speak.
His bold gaze stared directly at Davin worthy of appreciation by other female employees. They actually wanted to do that too but Davin was too cold, ah!
"As long as for the company then the company will not be stingy. You can file it. If anything complicates it, immediately send a report to me because I will handle them myself. All right, pretty close today. I want every plan renewed until early next month, good afternoon."
In the end Davin would never let them down.
Davin came straight out of the meeting room with Lisa tailing in the back. When going into the elevator president Davin suddenly called by a female employee who dared to speak in the meeting.
"Sir Davin, may I speak for a moment?" The woman spoke softly.
Davin glanced, "You can talk to my secretary."
Davin said before the doors of the president's special elevator closed.
Lisa left Davin trying to keep a smile on her lips.
"So, what do you want-oh, Yuni." Lisa reads her name on the front id card of Yuni's chest.
"What do you want to talk about. Just tell me, if it's important I'll tell Mr. Davin but if not I'll take care of it myself."
Yuni forced a smile on her face.
"No need, I just want to talk casually."
Lisa smiled obliquely, "Oh, no wonder Mr. Davin immediately left when he saw you. You are a wolf in sheep's hair. Next time, don't try to provoke Davin if you don't want to leave the company." He said cynically before getting into the elevator of ordinary employees.
The presidential elevator is for CEOs only and requires Davin's fingerprints. If not Davin then the elevator will not be used by anyone.
"Currently, the wolf is shouting." Angered Yuni without using her gentle image.
"Other times, there's gotta be a chance next time." His determination is still not lost to approach Davin, the sole heir of Demian Property Company.
