CHAPTER 98 - Extra (Nicole) 1

Nicole is picking vegetables in the fields behind her house, she lives in this quiet village for 5 years. Since a year ago Nicole has been living alone because her parents joined her sister abroad again because her sister got a very good job after graduating from college.

Nicole chose herself because she was afraid that her sister would fall like her and asked her parents to take care of her sister because she was already living peacefully in the village.

"Nicole, is there no organic lettuce?" Ask her neighbor Auntie Merry who opened a small restaurant in the nearby town of the village, just 30 minutes away by car.

"There's an auntie, just got a harvest and I'm gonna take it to the market." Nicole answered Merry.

"Don't take the market, I'll see your vegetables first." Merry said then entered the back garden of Nicole's house from the back door of her house. Nicole did focus on her current farm and she had a fairly large garden that she bought from the rest of her money.

"Today there's only lettuce, tomatoes and spinach." Nicole brought back all her vegetables today.

"If the one in the back garden doesn't know because the workers haven't reported yet." Further again. Nicole already has 2 female workers and 4 male workers in her garden located 3 kilo meters from her home.

"It's enough, auntie take it all yes. because there's that much message and want organic vegetables." Ask Merry.

Nicole enjoys a 30-minute trip to town and Merry also invites her to chat about anything because they are very suitable even though their age difference is quite far. Merry knows who Nicole is but she also understands that sometimes humans have a dark past but humans can also change themselves for the better.

"Well, I'll be back a little afternoon so Auntie can go home first." Pamit Nicole then he walked leisurely in the small town. There were not many people who recognized him here, other than because of the small town abroad, his appearance had also changed.

"Hi Nicole, there's a new flower." Call one of the florists there. As usual Nicole will buy several types of flowers to beautify her home while helping the small florist.

"Thank you Jo, the flowers are beautiful." Nicole said before going to the next destination is her subscription cafe.

Nicole's steps were very light and she decided to sit on the terrace, she chose the outdoor because the weather was nice and sunny with the wind blowing slowly.

"As usual, mocha latte 1 and vegetable sandwich 1, mineral water 1." Nicole's message and it was recorded by the waiter. Nicole immediately paid as usual because there was no need to wait if she wanted to go later.

Nicole opened her tote bag and pulled out the book she bought online last week and read it there. While occasionally sipping his mocha latte he was cool reading until suddenly the sunny weather turned cloudy and the rain spatter hit his white skin.

"Miss, just move inside." Said a waiter and helped Nicole move her things. Nicole sat in the 1st corner of the room there facing the TV.

"Lumayan, my reading mood is gone and now I can just watch tv." Nicole said to the waiter who was still helping her.

"Please." The servant said.

"Thank you." Nicole said kindly.

Nicole closed her book and put the book she had just read half of it back in her tote bag.

"I think I should have lunch here." Nicole muttered and called the waiter and ordered her lunch.

After eating, Nicole looked at the TV that distracted her, smiling at the show.

It is reported that the fourth child born to Richela and Elios Tierney, making them a parent of 4 children, 3 twins and 1 youngest child.

The weather was really unpredictable, Nicole waited for the rain to subside for almost 3 hours, it was 4 pm and she had not bought anything in the city. He wanted to buy some snacks and other food.

"Nicole, haven't come home yet?" Merry asked who saw Nicole passing in front of her crowded restaurant.

"Yes, it was waiting for the rain to subside auntie." Answer Nicole.

"Well, come home together when you're done." Merry and Nicole said.

After buying some of his necessities Nicole returns and sees Merry who is still busy working as her orders are booming today.

"It's 6 o'clock by Edgar." Merry and Nicole were confused.

"Who is Edgar Auntie?" Nicole and Merry asked Edgar, who was sitting there enjoying his snack, waiting for the message to be finished.

"This is Edgar, he's been living near a lake this year behind your garden. Time doesn't know?" Ask Merry.

"Sorry, I haven't been to the garden in a long time since I entrusted Uncle Wilson." Nicole replied and she looked at Edgar who looked cold and looked quite handsome.

"I'm Nicole, nice to meet you." Hail Nicole.

"I'm Edgar call me Ed." Ed's reply was still cold.

"So Ed, then all of you take Nicole home. I still have a lot of work, the direction of your house is the same." Pinta Merry and Ed nodded.

"You guys sit down and I'll make you food, Ed."

Edgar and Nicole sat at one table and Nicole who was troubled with her stuff arranged everything so 1 place so it looked big and heavy.

"I'm sorry if I'm a hassle, and my stuff might be spending a lot of space in your car." Nicole said, but Edgar had no problem with that.

"It's okay, my car is big enough and fits a lot." Edgar and Nicole smiled.

Merry gives Edgar an order and Nicole follows Edgar to his car. Because of the difficulty of carrying his goods, Edgar was the one who helped bring Nicole's goods.

"Thank you." Nicole said quietly and they entered Edgar's big car which was almost like that truck.

The 30-minute journey felt like a long time for the two of them who were still awkward with each other.

"Do you know me, Ed?" Nicole asked to open the conversation.

"Yes, I know. We are from the same country." Answer Edgar.

"I'm guessing, I saw the look on your face when you met earlier." Nicole continued, and they kept quiet.
