After arranging the strategy and thinking about the future impact, Zavian finally opened a room to discuss with his family. He met Aunt Tania and Aunt Siska as the younger siblings of his father. 

“ I will not hold any position in Rayyansyah company. But here I will position myself as a partner who works together in running several projects in the future,” said Zavian explained the situation. 

“ Nothing,” replied Aunt Tania while nodding. He knows exactly that no matter how small Zavian's role will definitely be of great help here.

“ I have also bought shares of the company as much as two million shares, so I am currently the most shareholder in this company,” explained Zavian while showing some of the files he has.

Both of his brothers nodded slowly. Indirectly, Zavian currently controls the company through its shareholding status. 

Now they sense that there is a bright spot that is starting to foster hope against this almost fallen company. There was relief greeting them.

“ For the CEO position we will determine in the general meeting of shareholders to be held next month,” said Zavian. He looked towards Om Farhan who had been listening closely since.” For a while now Om Farhan alone set everything up, yes. Om Farhan nodded quickly, as did Aunt Tania. They initially asked Zavian to join and take the position of CEO . But it looks like Zavian avoided it because he did not want to be involved further with Fabian.

“ My men have also succeeded in sniffing Hendri who fled to Australia. Perhaps this week he will return to Indonesia after being deported from there. We are preparing legal action to deal with this. The company money he brought out must come back again,” Zavian stressed. 

“ Well, let me handle Hendri's case,” says Om Farhan.

Then the discussion became more serious when Zavian revealed various project plans that will be implemented in cooperation with these two companies. Both of his Papa sisters can now smile with satisfaction at the exact steps taken by Zavian. It is not wrong if all this time they wait patiently because it turns out the results are quite satisfactory. Zavian with his extraordinary thoughts could always make anyone feel amazed. 

Unfortunately, in happiness over all the steps Zavian took, they again got bad news. Fabian who was in the prison suddenly collapsed and had to be rushed to the hospital. 

Zavian and Mama Widya immediately headed to the hospital and asked Fabian. But how surprised they were when they heard the explanation from the doctor about the condition of the man.

“ We have done various tests and it turns out the results are quite surprising,” said the doctor with glasses. “ This is what caused Fabian to collapse because his immune system is very weak.”

“ What's the result?” zavian asked impatiently.

A piece of paper from the lab examination was thrust in front of Zavian. There was written the results of the medical tests that Fabian passed. 

Zavian widened his eyes.” Fabian HIV positive?” 

“ This is impossible, not possible..” Mama Widya almost fainted when she heard the explanation and also the evidence presented to her. 

It was fortunate that Zavian had swiftly restrained the middle-aged woman's body so as not to fall to the floor. For a moment, Mama Widya cried sobbing. Many times he shook his head in order to deny the bitter reality that now hit him hard. 

“ Why would Fabian have to go through something so miserable like this?” mama Widya asked in a poignant tone.

“ This is the result of his wild behavior during this time,” replied Zavian.

Mama Widya looked at Zavian with a look of dislike. Therefore, Zavian directly defended himself,” That's the reality, right? Did Mama forget that in the hobby of visiting nightclubs even changing dating partners?”

“ Fabian will not be able to heal as before. The disease has no cure, Za.” said Mama Widya while continuing to cry.” We have to support Fabian.”

“ Ma , this illness suffered by Fabian should make him aware and repent. He should know that his mistake that had been crossing the line would only destroy him. So, Mama don't spoil him anymore,” said Zavian who couldn't help himself when he saw his mother's weak attitude.

“ I mean, okay we give Fabian moral support, but that doesn't mean Mama's back to pampering him and can't be strict with him. If not now, then when else will he realize?” asked Zavian in a voice that was deliberately made slow and soft. He did not want to be impressed by patronizing his own Mama even though his soul rebelled violently.

Mama Widya did not say anything, she just kept quiet while easing her cries. He only asked to be allowed in to see Fabian. 

Meanwhile, Fabian did not understand why he was transferred to the isolation room once he finished undergoing several health tests . The feeling grew even more uneasy when the nurse and the doctor who examined her used a complete self-protection tool. 

Since entering prison, Fabian had felt a strange happening in his body. He is easily tired and easily attacked by fever. There at one time, he felt his hands go numb and lose strength, but after that everything went back to how it was. He thought maybe it was the effect of dropping out because all this time he always took the drugs given by Liza.

“ The test results have come out and are held by the family outside,” said the nurse who entered to replace the Fabian infusion tube.

“ Who is my family outside?” asked Fabian curiously.

“ Mother and brother Mas,” replied the nurse.

“ That's my sister,” Fabian correction quickly. A long time ago, a lot of people thought Zavian was his brother. Maybe because Zavian looks much more mature than he is.

“ Ah, yes. Mas' lab test results are held by them,” said the nurse again.

“ How did the test result look like?” asked Fabian curiously. 

“ Later asked directly to them only yes, Mas. The doctor has also spoken to them, kok.” explained the nurse. 

Doctors and medical personnel are asking that the patient's own family submit this explanation. Because they believe that the patient's family must have a better way of delivering sensitive and surprising news like this.

Fabian remained silent and his curiosity grew . Until finally Mama Widya entered with Zavian while using sterile clothes and also a face mask. From the mask worn by Mama Widya, Fabian could see her eyes slightly moist and red after finishing crying. Zavian looked a little frustrated and took many long breaths.

“ Doctor says what about my pain, Ma?” asked Fabian impatiently.

Mama Widya turned her head towards Zavian and the man handed her the test paper from the laboratory. There are Fabian's medical test results and what caused him to fall like this.

Fabian read the test results carefully. There are some things he does not understand about the results of antibody tests, antigens and also resistance. But after that Fabian was surprised to find evidence that he was positive for HIV.  

He certainly knows for sure about this disease, but he still does not believe if he suffered from the disease without the antidote.
